I could spend all day in this store. So many amazing products for anything and everything. Arts and crafts, DIY projects you name it!! I promise they will have whatever you are looking for!!

The customer service here is nonexistent. I was missing an item and went to get it replaced. I waited for 45 minutes for the manager to even come out. No apology and no solution. I will not be back. The quality of the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I have fallen in love with Diamond Dotz and have made MANY. Will the sale of $5.99 be on longer for the beginners kits?

Beautiful store, very organized, and many great books. I went to get one specific educational book for my daughter and ended up buying 5 different ones! They were in excellent conditions!

The place is nice, but the manager, April, needs to be demoted or go through a manager training course. She doesn’t great or at least smile at her customers. She walks around with this “I don’t want to be here” look on her face. Not sure if she was just in a bad mood or just woke up, even if she was, she should always bring a positive attitude to work; her behavior is an example to her team.She does not have customer service down at all. I am not sure who promotes managers in this branch, but you should try having a secret employee come in and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Great selection of wiring, beads, storage containers, candle making supplies and seasonal craft works and very good prices despite not allowing coupons any more.

I can always find something I need for my crafting. They sometimes have some good clearance, too.

Older store with limited merchandise compared to other stores that I have been to. Store was very well organized and clean.

Thankfully I can walk around the store without being bothered by an employee. I like to look around at a lot of stuff while Im looking for what Im there for and they seem to get that at this location I guess.

I shop here regularly because I love the items that they have here.Today 02/01/21 I got embarrassed in the checkout with pricing. No one ever wants to be the one holding up the line. There’s a 40% coupon off an item so I asked about the item sale price, even though I had the amount incorrect (I admit, I said 50% because that’s what the sign said) but I’m almost certain the associate knew what I was saying because when I went back to into the store after going to my vehicle to retrieve the email on my phone (because I knew what I saw) she proceeded to ask me “using the coupon”? Why not help your customer the first time around. Life is already complicated with all these things going on and you don’t know what people are going through to only add more to them. Maybe ask probing questions & assist your loyal customers. It’s only right. That’s all I ask. Love the store but maybe a customer service refresher? Not everyone is out for madness, at least not me.

I have become less and less impressed with my local Hobby Lobby. The last several times Ive gone in, they havent had what I needed. They must not be selling as much because it seems like they have the same inventory every visit. Maybe because its near Christmas. Their cash register can never read my card and one cashier at this location never keeps her mask over her nose like youre supposed to. Ive simply stopped going in.

We always like Hobby Lobby! This time my wife just needed a zipper... Staff at Michaels were confused about where to find stuff, but not Hobby Lobby. Thanks!

I fully disagree with their religious and political statements but they had what we needed and for a really great price. And the cashier was really kind and nice. The rest of the workers that we interacted with were not.

I love hobby lobby. They are my one stop place to go when do my art stuff.... Like the shoes I design for fun. And its always so opened and quite in the store that I dont feel super rushed to buy anything... :)

Some store labeling is confusing. 75% off marked price does not mean the same as 75% off original price anywhere else but here.

Hobby Lobby is good for the soul. Wholesome merchandise, huge store where I can safely social distance from everyone, no mask requirement. Went to purchase some flowers to leave on a family members headstone only to find that identical item number flowers are priced higher than others. This is not how a retail store operates. The price should be consistent across the same item, not priced however you feel it should be that day.

Very VERY short handed. No one knows where anything is because they move it so often.Theres one person covering 2 or 3 departments at the time. Nightmarish lines during peak hours but only one cashier available. Employees are threatened often and under a lot of pressure to do double the work within a time frame.Hostile and angry store manager

Dont go unless you are in a hurry and you know just what you need. They just have too much stuff. But their pricing needs improvement. And the common 40%-off coupon is something of a bait-and-switch - way too many exclusions. Two of us tried to use the coupon on our most expensive item, and both were excluded. So we each saved about $1. For example, everything pre-priced and labeled your price $xx is excluded from getting 40% off.

Only two lines were open, even though at least six people were in line. When skiing the check out manager to open another line, she did not say I will open another line, which she could have run. Her answer was that she was waiting on another employee coming to work.

Always a great experience, was in FRISCO and decided to drop in.

This is a great craft store and a good place to find home decor. This location is kind of big and I love strolling around there in the afternoon looking at pins, patches, and jewelry charms/chains. you never know what you might find there. a generally nice experience, the employees were friendly. the checkout lines were relatively short. all in all, a great store 🧡✨

I went in 10 minutes before closing, I knew exactly what I needed I hear an announcement over the intercom, that theyre clearing everyone out in 10 minutes. I have never felt more rushed out of a store in my life. I jokingly told the cashier wow, They must really not want you guys to get over time she silently responded with a head nod.

Large store with a lot of merchandise. They mark things as clearance, but dont physically put tags on them so the cashier, who did not trust me, asked the other cashier if she thought they were on clearance. They were, and I got a good deal... but, still very outdated in the way they process merchandise.

I just went to this location once. I love Hobby Lobby, but I couldnt purchase what I wanted at this location due to the super long checkout lines. I was on my lunch break, and I waited about 10 minutes before giving up because the line hadnt moved at all. No one called for backup on the cash registers either. Ill probably go to the location in Euless next time.

Great quality and variety of craft goods here 👍 Spent at least two hours exploring each aisle this place had to offer. This Hobby Lobby is a pretty big size as well. Ill definitely be coming back here again soon.
