This guy fixes my automatic watch within a week of receiving it. Bulova had my watch for six weeks and told me it was be at least $500 as it needed major repairs. This guy has it for a week and charged $120.00. The watch has sentimental value to me and I’m so thrilled to wear it again. Would highly recommend them for watch repairs: They are timely and fair!

Beware of the dishonorable business practices there at Arts. The owner quoted me $19.95 to change the battery and a band that I had brought to him on my ol wrist watch. I accepted the 19.95 price quoted, he preformed the task, and then without telling me, charged $54.00 to my debit card. He said the battery was lithium & cost him a bit more, but when I checked prices, that type of battery was only $5 at Walmart and Amazon. It was the old bait n switch. I begged him to refund at least $20 back, which he did not. Honest Jewelers seem hard to find anymore.

The owner, Art, and his staff go out of their way to be helpful. He did an excellent job repairing a ring that I had taken to another jeweler at least a couple of times and wasnt satisfied with the results.The other day I went in to have another ring repaired and decided to see about buying a new one while I was there. I found one I absolutely fell in love with at a very reasonable price. I bought the ring on my lunch hour and was able to pick it up after work that same day, with the sizing already taken care of.If youre looking for a jewelry store where youll get excellent customer service, quality repair work, and jewelry that is reasonably priced, Art in Gold is definitely the place to go.

Great custom piece but terrible customer service. I pay over $700 for a custom gold charm and Art does a great job bringing my vision to life but does not give me the exact diamonds I requested. I spend over an hour in his store arguing and he promises he will call me back and make things right. Long story short I haven’t heard from him sense. Nice guy for the most part just bad at doing business the right way.
