Ive been going to this place for over 20 years, but no more. Just got way overcharged, $20 each for two batteries, $20 to remove a link to size a watch. they have lost my business.

These guys have been providing great customer service for me for years. Most of the time I just go there to get new watch batteries and they get that done quickly for me. Today I took my watch in because it stopped working and he cleaned it and oiled it. He did not charge me since I have a battery warranty with them, I was done in less than 5 minutes, and my watch started working again! A few years ago I took in my loupes (glasses with magnifying telescopes built in) and not only were they upfront with me that they did not have the machinery to repair them, but they gave me a recommendation for someone who did! I highly recommend you trust Fast Fix to take care of you.

Went in to get a couple of things done to some watches and rings i had for a while and let me tell you these people know what they are doing. The manager and staff is very knowledgeable and had everything done and fixed in the time frame they promised. Was very surprised on how cheap everything ran compared to other places ive gone to. Really am and forever coming back here. I highly recommend them!

GREAT service! Was told that shop Is under new management. Was a bit nervous to take my engagement ring to be re-sized but they did a GREAT JOB. They made it look brand new! Highly recommend. The guys have a great sense of humor.

I dont usually like to leave negative reviews but I felt the need to warn potential customers about the terrible customer service and incorrect servicing. I decided to give this location a shot but dont waste your money here, spend a couple of extra dollars and get it done the right way at a reputable store, you most certainly get what you pay for! Jose has a bad attitude, and clearly has not been trained properly on customer service or watchmaking(repair) skills, as he tried twice to put the wrong parts in my watch. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

Rating this place Poor-Fair is doing them a favor. They should not be in business misleading people.I gave my husband a watch for Christmas. The band was too big so he took it to Fast-Fix, He was charged $25.00 for the service, two days later he was back, it just came off while he was moving things around in the house. Second time, a manager fixed it, and a week later, same thing it just snapped off.He got it fix at a jewelry store that charged him 0 dollars. According to them it was an easy fix.People BEWARE.

I took in a stopwatch that had stopped running. I left it with them and came back in an hour and the repairman, Zahn, said something inside was broken but he couldnt tell what. It would take several hours of work to take it apart to see what was broken, and even then it would be difficult and expensive to find parts.I thanked them and said it is not worth it and left. When I got home, I took the back off the watch and found a wheel/gear that was loose in the case. After about an hour of my own research on watch repair, it became clear that the rattrapant wheel had been broken off the main post, and anyone with familiarity with a split second/rattrapant complication would have recognized it immediately. Without going into unnecessary further detail, there were other findings that were highly suggestive of the repairman breaking it, in my opinion, while trying to turn the wheel.I spoke with the manager who was very polite and gave me an audience. I explained to him my concern that Zahn was supposedly unable to see what was broken, even though I was able to see a major problem with minor effort. I took it back up there to show him my concern and told him I felt there was a real possibility--if not probability--that the repairman had actually broken the part and did not want to admit it.The manager had to stick by his man and said, We dont do that here. The other repairman who looked at it the second time I was there and after examining it himself, took a while to admit I was right with respect to what had broken, but became quite offended that I dare suggest his comrade may have accidentally broken the part. He walked off in a huff.I tried to make sure the manager understood that I was not demanding a repair of the broken part or any sort of compensation, but rather I just wanted him to know what had happened. He was in a tight spot, having to accept my side, or stand behind his employee. He chose the latter. I thanked him for his time and left with my watch that was now broken further.

The owner is very knowledgeable and an expert in watch repair, however the bad review is for the fat old man who sits up front, he is a terrible excuse for a human being, he doesnt know how to talk, how to behave especially to customers. Fire him and the review goes to 5/5.

Quoted me $9 each for a spring bar for my watch strap. Absurd amount consider they are a 1-2 dollar part.
