Arrived at the store at 12:30pm to match and mix paint needed the next day. I was told no product was available and they were to busy to match color... I left and called the Frisco store and they told me that Lewisville had plenty of product.... I returned to the Lewisville store and asked again. I was told the product was for another contractor but wasnt paid for yet... long story short. I did buy the product, but had to take it to another store to get it matched/ mixed. It only takes 30 minutes to match paint... they missed out on a 250 gallon order over 30 minutes of labor...

The people at this store are the worst. They are under new management and the new people have know idea what they are doing. They are very unprofessional. I was in there to get a couple gallons of paint thinner and stood there for 15 minutes while a guy walked around cursing and throwing stuff behind the counter and never once asked what I needed. Its the 10 minutes to drive to the ppg in Coppell or the one down 121 instead

Attentive service and good prices using AAA discount, but the tint of the paint was off both times I bought it there.
