Ace glass provides excellent service, they replaced my pick up truck windshield and it was in and out fast. I also checked prices with two other glass companies, ACE glass offered the lowest price. They have been in business for a long time so if your vehicle needs a windshield, give them a call, I definetely recommend them

I called 3 local glass companies yesterday for a quote on a Corolla. First place took my number to call me back (which they never did), 2nd place had no answer but the office was open, the 3rd was Ace Glass who was super friendly on the phone and gave me a better quote than places Id called a month ago. The glass tech who came out was Lorne. He was very professional, friendly and super fast. I had a windshield replaced a few years ago on my Jeep through my insurance company by Safelite which was horrible. The Toyota windshield today wasnt covered by insurance but with service like this, I gladly pay out of pocket.

Been using ACE for many years now. They do good work at a great price. You may be thinking, glass replacement is free, thats true, however insurance treats it as a claim, and if you have a driver prone to even minor accidents, insurance will drop them. This forces high rates that claimes make worse. I had ACE come to the house to replace a front windshield. They responded quickly with next day service, even earlier then expected, which was nice. Great professional quality service.

First time Ace customer today. I needed a small piece of acrylic glass made to replace a piece off my boat, the glass company down the street refused to do it because it was a small job. Ace happily took the job on, and they will now be getting all of the work for my auto, residential, and business that I own. The willingness to take on such a small job and treat me like a normal customer just gained them quite a bit of business, and lost other said business quite a bit

Quick and fast replacement of a windshield. Technician called ahead and was on time. We will use them again.

Scheduling personnel called me and asked when I wanted the appointment to get a quote for residential window replacement. I scheduled for the morning time of the 5th and gave her my wifes phone number since she would be the one meeting them. Scheduler calls my wife about an hour later to confirm for the afternoon time frame, so my wife rescheduled for this morning. My wife called to confirm the appointment this morning and they told her it would be this afternoon. My wife told them if they could not make it this morning to just cancel the quote. They had someone come out in the morning time, but the older gentlemen had an attitude when he stepped out the truck and acted like he was inconvenienced by being there. He asked a few simple questions about the windows, but did not take the time to explain the benefits of one window over the other. He even ridiculed his helper in front of my wife for misspelling something on the quote. I have since called and cancelled the quote, because I would hate to inconvenience this company with a job if a simple quote process cannot go smoothly.
