I spoked with Mary she called the insurance company to set things up. Then she stated the she would try to find a technician to fit me in, and that is what happened, someone came that same day my window was broken. The technician was very professional, clean and polite. The job was done in my drive way. The technician cleaned up the broken glass afterward. I have a Honda this company was recommended by Honda of Columbia. Thanks

I work for a dealership in the service department and used them to install a sunroof glass piece. It took three tries for the install due to parts coming in incorrectly, but each time they were professional and understanding. Once we were finally able to get everything in, they installed the part excellently and quickly. Thank you New Zion Auto Glass! Yall are the greatest! Will 100% recommend!

Almost but not totally satisfied. I did speak to a very nice lady that sent someone out and he did a great job in cleaning my windshield and finger prints off of headliner. Headliner keeps coming down on drivers side at windshield. Man that installed my windshield said the heat would cause that. Strange that this didnt happen untill the windshield was put in.??? It takes a little while to get them out due to them being shorthanded like everyone else during COVID, and it is understandable in these timesI stick with new Zion, as a return customer, because I was able to get Carlite (Ford) glass, installed on site at short notice, at a very good price.Jason did is personable, hard working and took care if my severely cracked front windshield. He went the extra mile to clean up the surface rust where the window seals on my old truck, and made sure everything seals good.With companies like Safelite, you dont know what kind of experience level you are getting, and the glass quality is poor.Small Businesses like New Zion are the way to go. It was worth the wait.

I called this company on Friday to see about getting the glass fixed in my truck. The lady I spoke to booked me for Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon she calls and tells me Mr. Jason had run into some issues and wouldnt be out until after dark, so could we do it on Thursday. I told her I had an appointment at 5:30pm on Thursday so if he could do it before then that would work. She said she would make a note of it needing to be done before 4pm. I get a call around 2:15pm and was told Mr. Jason is just all kinds of busy and they had a guy in a car wreck and they are a man down and their area shrank and Im on the very edge of their area and she is just not sure when they could get someone out to fix my glass. I have set aside 2 days to make my vehicle available for them. If I am on the very edge of your area on Thursday Im sure I was on the very edge of your area the week before. They could have told me that when I made the initial call. I chose them to do the work as they came to my area and did a job on my BILs car and they did a good job. I will not recommend them to my friends/family. I dont like being jerked around for 6 days when you could have informed me of this initially.

Nothing bad to say about this place at all.The ladies up front were very nice as was the tech.Needed my rain sensor reattached and they did the job quickly at a very fair price.The first time the tech put it on, it had fallen off when I went to drive away. Awesome company to deal with. This was my 4th time having had them replace a piece of glass in one of our vehicles. Windshields 3 times and this time it was her back glass. I am horrible with names so I am sorry if I am wrong but I think I spoke with Jason, Mary, and Jodi they were all very friendly, fast and professional! My windshield leaked in more than one spot and had a bad crack in it. New Zion’s technician literally was able to push it out with his hands, easily. Scary feeling! They educated me on the reasons why QUALITY matters when it comes to your auto glass. They replaced the windshield and did a fantastic job...no leaks and MUCH safer!

I have a 1994 Acura Legend and water was leaking into my trunk. Due to my car being so old, the window could not be replaced as most companies thought the seal around the window was bad. After talking to about 5 companies, this one was the only one that would be willing to repair my leak. The guy came out to my job, was courteous and professional. Fixed the problem in an hour and was reasonably priced. Very satisfied.

The scheduling process was easy and painless, the tech showed up on time, and did a fantastic job replacing our windshields. New Zion Auto Glass is awesome. I got a rock on the windshield and it was spidering out within a few days. I talked to New Zion and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of....they were on the phone with my insurance agent to get my policy number and then on the phone with the claims center to make sure all the ts were crossed and is were dotted. Absolutely seamless.Then they came to my office and replaced my windshield at my convenience, with a windshield that was BETTER quality than the previous windshield on the vehicle that was bought brand new from a nationally known vehicle brand.They treated me like family the entire process and I cant recommend them enough.
