This Walgreens pharmacy has too many customers & no where near enough employees! The ones they do have are NOT good at their jobs! I absolutely HATE this pharmacy! I would NOT recommend it to anyone! Period! I cant even list ALL the problems Ive had here! Too many! Go anywhere else! Not here!

What is really the point of making everyone set an online appointment for the Covid vaccine if you do not even honor the times!? I set an appointment for 11am arrived 5 mins early but still did not get checked in by the pharmacy until 11:15am. Someone waiting in front of me told the pharmacist she had set one for 11:15 and was seen before me! Seriously!? Just do 1st come 1st serve if that’s the case. And at the time of writing this review I am still waiting to receive my 2nd vaccine. And not once did anyone acknowledge anyone that had been standing in line for over 5 mins with no apology offered for making everyone wait. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Dear management, I am a long time customer and unfortunately I believe you need to have a discussion about hygiene with your sales clerks. I have been in retail for over 20 years so I know this is an uncomfortable situation. One of your clerks at the front end has terrible hygiene. I thought she had been let go as I hadnt seen her in the past few weeks. However, this is a serious issue.My wife and our granddaughter came into your store back in May on several occasions. One of which we were there to get anti nausea medication. We noticed the front counter girl has a problem with self hygiene. My granddaughter, being a child, noticeably said That lady stinks! and proceeded to vomit. We quickly rushed her out the store and attended to the situation.Everything worked out, but we ended up going to another location. Please have a private conversation with this person. And as my wife said privately later Deodorant is not a shower in a can. It sounds harsh but this girl needs to know how embarrassing this is for her and your business.

I am going to have to go to another pharmacy. The app doesn’t work well. Numerous time they told me I have no refills left when I know for a fact I had more. Last three times I have been here they couldn’t find my meds. Staff is decent.Edit: I tried to get a prescription filled here because this is where my dr sent it. It has been 2.5 weeks. I have spoke to 5 people and was told 4 times it would be ready the next day. We are switching to Publix.

I just sat on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacy on several different occasions. The automatic message repeatedly says there is ONE caller ahead of you every time! Must be the same one each time..?? Everyone in the store is rude and unpersonable. The management hides in the office and the employees dont have a clue. Store is dirty and unorganized and always have a long line at the registers. It used to be so much better!

Always have to wait on hold for at least 20 to 30 mins to speak to the pharmacy. Have to wait in the drive through for at least 15 mins. Tried to order my prescription was told a time to pick up. wait in the drive thru 15 mins to be told that they didnt have the medicine in stock to come back the next day. Patients need there medication. Should have to wait days for them to stock inventory. This walgreens terrible.

I went there today to ship a FedEx package and had no idea what i was doing. I was a little nervous about sending the package because i have never really had to do it before and did not know if i was doing it right. Luckily Desiree was at the counter and answered all my questions perfectly and now I have my package being sent with no worries. AWESOME customer service by that girl!

After moving to a place where Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to me I had to switch my prescription here. I am extremely disappointed after they sent me through the drive-thru twice only to tell me that I had to come in after waiting in line twice through the drive-thru. I ultimately had to pay $70 for prescription that should be less than $5 because of all the hoops I had to go through with signing up for a Walgreens membership card. This was ridiculous and I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can. Regardless of how far I have to drive it is not worth this terrible system they have going on. The pharmacy tech at the cash register was nice but the supervisor wasnt helpful in helping me get my prescription at a more reasonable price.

I came Saturday 10/24/2020 at 5:11pm through the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions. I thought the Pharmacy was open till 6pm on Saturday so I was a little disgruntled. Especially since Walgreens is far from a mom and pop Pharmacy where I would be more understanding of having to close early.

I had a few questions about mailing a FedEx package for Alma who was at the register. She did not lift her eyes off her phone and continued typing as I spoke. When she answered it was very dismissive and almost critical. Horrific customer service skills! I left feeling very small, belittled and angry! Please do better at providing your employees with customer service training and basic treatment of other people!

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve have ever dealt with. I have called headquarters twice and reported them because I was in good for 20 plus minutes. They didn’t have one of my medications so they wanted me to drive 30 minutes more to one of their other stores to get it and I said No and called headquarters. The pharmacy staff is lazy, and could care less. I have insurance and they get paid but guess what It’s going to their competitor on the hill !

They filled a prescription knowing they were not partnered with our insurance company and instead of contacting us before filling it waited til we came in for pick up....my son had just had surgery...by the time we got everything straightened out we spent nearly an hour there. Also, the pharmacy tech that waited on us was very rude because I made the remark that instead of assuming they should have called!!

Went today to pick up photos, I received a text last night at 10:30 saying they were ready. Went to the photo center the guy sends us to the front and there’s a line almost all the way to the back of the store. We wait in line get up there and the girl has absolutely no clue what she’s doing, took her 10 minutes and she still couldn’t find the pictures. Meanwhile the guy at the photo center comes up to the counter and gets photos for another costumer. We go back to the photo center because the girl at the front said maybe they were back there long story short they were at the front. Half of the people who work at this Walgreens are clueless. Why have the photo pickup at the front when you have a photo center? Bunch of idiots.

Exceptional Service. My doctor(s) send the prescriptions in and I have notice either by email or text that the prescription is ready before I arrive at the pharmacy. If I have a prescription that must be taken to the store I leave my prescription and they automatically send me a text when it is ready.

My grandson and I were exiting Walgreens on south lake drive in redbank when a suspect in a police chase jumped the curb and almost hit us. HUGE props to the store manager!!! He spoke to everyone inside and outside the store after the suspect was apprehended and made sure they were ok and not in need of anything. He was very curtious and really helped with the anxiety of it all with his personal concern for everyone’s welfare.

I came to Walgreens in Red Bank, SC off south lake Dr to print a picture. This was my first ever printing out a photo off my phone and this photo meant the world to me. It was of my sin Brandon sleeping with his 10 month old hugging her.I received this photo through messenger so it wasnt off my camera. Anyway bc it wasnt in my gallery we had so much trouble trying to get this photo printed and for about thirty minutes .The manager on duty Sunday on December 7, 2018 showed no interest in helping infact he was a little short in say if its not there on our computer cant print it. Well to say the least my heart started to break. This photo, I had to have. Thank God I went to Walgreens bc Toti an employee that was helping was way more determine to get this pic and she went so far out of her way and she did it . Not only did she get my photo to print she knew they had a coupon for 30% off . She was wonderful. Thanks so much Toti for you kind and determined heart... Ill never for get how she made me feel by knowing how much I wanted this photo in a frame.. Walgreens you got one special employee. Thanks again, Lisa and Marshall ...

Oh if you think this Walgreens is bad then surely you havent paid a visit to the local CVS on s. Lake Blvd!? Also have you tried waiting the two hour waiting time at the Walmart pharmacy!? Let me give you the heads up on the CVS first! I had a total of two perscriptions​ that the pharm tech (she called me) to say come and pick up my meds. I get there and inform the tech that I was there to pick them up. I hadnt noticed that they were closing on a Sunday in about 15 min prior to my arrival but hey that shouldnt be a problem right they are ready for my pick up. So after I give the tech my info she told me to wait a min while she looked it up. During that time I walked two isles down to grab some vitamins. When I come back to the counter the only thing I was getting from them was gates drawn and locked tight! There was one employee sitting and doing some kind of inventory so I asked her what about me!? I was supposed to have been waited on and my name had not been called as is the fashion for them to do more than not these days. This rep tells me oh your meds are at the other store the 24 he one down the road. So I go to them and off the rip Im told they were filled at the one I was at originally! Hows that for customer service eticateNext do I have to explain with Walmarts service? Even if they have 50 reps they are still always going to be the s l o w e s t pharmacy in town! Plus offer 49 of the 50 are rude, have poor higene, and are oblivious too what their job tittle consist of! Lol they may of worked the cat litter area an hour before they hook you up with your script! Meow! Lol

This pharmacy is the worst I have dealt with in over 10 years. Too many issues for me to list. Too many clueless pharmacy techs working here. The pharmicist on shift will refuse to talk to you and fix a situation. Terrible pharmacy. You are better off buying your own medicine manufacturing company and making the medicine yourself rather than go here.

Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. Constant wait time inside and at drive thru. Typically have to spend at least 30 mins waiting. They even put a shopping cart in the other drive thru Lane so no one would pull up to it. Theres zero reason for the wait to be this long every time I pick up a prescription.

There was only one pharmacist at the drive thru during rush hour on a friday. I was told to come back in 45 minutes to pick up my prescription at 6 pm with a crying baby who is ready to go home after a 5 hour visit at the er and I live 25 minutes away... No thanks, Ill come back tomorrow. Poor service I sat in line for 45 minutes or more.... They need more employees. I do have to give kudos to the guy at the window, he did try his best to get everyone through fast for being the only one there...

This place is pathetically slow, always backed up in and outside of the pharmacy. PUT on hold for 16 minutes today TRYING TO RETURN THEIR CALL! Got a little attitude when I asked not to be put on hold! Even complained about this pharmacy at corporate months ago. No change..still poor service!

Employees here are just lazy. they were so lazy they refuse to fill my mothers prescription and then they lied about it, claiming her insurance didnt cover it even know she was approved we called ahead. and on average drop off and pick up Time on medicine are longer than cvs.I have no idea how they were ranked higher than every other pharmacy when theyre clearly the lowest. Her, me and our entire family are switching back to cvs its worth driving an extra 4 miles.
