Finally! An honest mechanic at a reasonable price. I like this place. Good to try it out for a quick oil change.

My husband was about to use them for tire change, but there customer service is horrible. They were showing signs of microaggression . And I have two toddlers. My oldest needed to use the bathroom and she stated she does not have one that “we” can use . I almost cussed her out. But unlike her.... I am professional and she better be glad there was a bathroom next door that did let my baby use the bathroom. And plus there were no customers anyway. That’s already a red flag. If I was a person to assume I could have judged them and said it looks like a cover up for drug trade. But again I stay professional.

It’s so hard to find a reliable and trust worthy mechanic but JN has been beyond amazing. They really break down the issues for you and explain everything and their pricing is fair. Absolutely the best mechanic! I thought our car could not be fixed with what I thought were a bunch of problems (230,000 miles), they fixed two or three things and now for the first time since I drove it off the dealer lot it works like it is new! Wow! Their customer service is incredible too. Also price is so very reasonable, they just want your car to run great. Look for JN auto repair. Not Jm which is in the same strip mall. They are right in the middle. Totally honest mechanic!

They were extremely considerate in letting me know all details. They were upfront and honest with price. My car was fixed within a couple of hours after inspection. I will definitely began regular maintenance with them!

Excellent, speedy service. As a woman Im often leery of being taken advantage of when I need to get work done on my vehicle. I often spend lots of time doing research and ask the guys in my life a million questions before taking my vehicle to be looked at. After a bit of research I settled on JN Auto Repair and Im super glad I did. I needed brakes and rotors which I knew and he assessed right away, then he also took care of a few minor things for me as well, all for a really fair price. He explained everything had would do and went over everything with me once he was done. The young woman answering the phone and working the front desk was also really pleasant and helpful. Ill be back and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
