Very nice store and clean! Went into store stuck with trying to upgrade my phone and the manager anthony was able to help me! His knowledge on the 2 phones i had picked out was amazing! If you ever need good service and patience I would def. go to him!

Such knowledgeable manager Anthony always has your best interest Will explain everything in detail and always suggest what you need, it’s not just to sell you useless stuff just to make commission. This store is clean and safe to go in. But better is quick service. Anthony is very well knowledgeable in products cost and quick service. I recommend friends if you need a quick fix that is the store to go.

Walked in with a friend and anthony acknowledged us immediately. He was working with someone at the time but he made sure we were noticed and acknowledged. He addressed my friends concerns as if we made an appointment and as tho he knew why we were coming in. Informed us of all the promotions for new or existing customers. Even went as far as to see if he can save me money on my bill. Needless to say I am no longer with att and my bill is $60 less a month with all of us having new phones. Amazing service and well informed. I will recommend him and this location to all my friends.

I was so unsure of what I was looking for walking into the store being that this service was so new to me transferring over from another service provider but I am so thankful that one staff member in particular stood out to me and helped me with every question I had. I remember his name was anthony and man when I tell you the knowledge this man shared with me I knew my switch was a good one. Anthony is your go to guy helping with any and every question you have forsure.

After the merger I was originally disgruntled due to issues with my cell service. I visited this location and the new store manager helped me tremendously. Alura was very helpful and dedicated to making sure my service worked and before I left she made sure that I knew how to work my phone.

The people that work there are the people you see in your daily life, what I mean is the ones that hold the door open for you even if your like 15 whole seconds away from it. The ones that say hi to you even if they do not know you. This is the type of people we need in each store.

The people in there will not help you in getting a better deal for you. They only want to make you pay for instead to give you a better option. They have all your information to see what you can upgrade or not. Not a good experience, this place used to be better 2 years ago but not is not. If you want to have a better option please call custom service and make a better deal !

I was skeptical about this store because of the 2 reviews. But it was really a pleasant transaction. The manager helped me out with the plan and my phone and made sure I had my discount was applied. Great customer service and very nice people. I totally recommend!!!

This is the best location I’ve ever been to. The new manager is an absolute pleasure to work with and the other young ladies are amazing as well. If you are looking for a new carrier or ready to upgrade your phone, give this location your business.

The absolutely worst experience. My wife and I went into the store looking to get on a family plan. They told us they would be able to sign us up for one plan, signed us up for a different plan because we didn’t qualify for the plan we wanted, which they didn’t tell us. While we were going over the plans and what we were getting, we kept confirming the plan and the quote, and it never came close to what our first bill was. They bait and switch and then refuse to help resolve the issue. And Sprint customer service is no better.

Ariel M is the worst sales consultant I’ve ever ran into. I went to the sprint store to get a iPhone X with my wife things are going okay until she tells my wife that you have to have insurance on the phone for at least 90 days it’s a thousand dollar item and they want let you walk out with the phone without it. I’ve been i the car business for 10 plus years I know all insurances are optional. I then asked Ariel to show me that in writing where it says we have to have insurance of course she could not provide that and that’s when the attitude started. She was slamming down the iPad when trying to get signatures very short not even looking at us at that point. Extremely rude and her tone of voice completely changed as well. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I’m sure she has pulled that insurance scam with others as well. It is very sad because had she would have just tried to sell it to us vs trying to take us as a fool then I would have not had a problem buying it but she tried the bully tactics saying you can’t leave the store with the phone not insured. Please better train your employees this is bad business practices and I will report her to sprint corporation messed with the wrong one Ariel.

This store will add charges to your bill with out your consent. My plan was changed cause my bill to go up. They told me there will be no activation fee. I get my bill low and be hold there is an activation fee. I call corporate they can waive fees, but cant change my plan back so Im stuck paying an extra 40 dollars a month. They have just lost a customer.

Worst place to go. They also have the worst customer service. I went here to do an upgrade turns out all the info they gave me was wrong I was going to pay way more than what they told me. Also when I went to cancel the manager Juanita was so rude she cancel everything with a huge attitude like if it was my fault her staff did a bad job. She erase everything from one of the phones didnt even ask if I wanted to save pictures or pass them to the other phone and erase everything even pictures from my SD card. She also didnt want to answer some of the questions I asked her. Worst service ever

I go to this store I told lady I need to return the phone she told me my manager will do and he is not here and after that I told her I wanna preorder note 9 she told me same thing manager can do only I drove 50 miles to get over there I told her then close the store if you cannot do anything so rude management do not go this location

Worst customer service ever! Recently started with them, 2 months of nightmares. Just today I walked in to see the manager. The guy (Eliseo) was so rude! Had me waiting 38 minutes for his managers stating that he was on lunch, until the next associate came in, and called the manager and told me that he was gone for the day. Very frustrated and disappointed. Going back to my previous provider. SPRINT BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!

I scheduled an appointment online to upgrade my phone at this location. I showed up and the place was closed ... very disappointing .

No one was particularly helpful.

Just called them twice in a row, each time they audibly picked up and then immediately hung up as if to tell me go away.
