Went to this location to add a line to my pre paid account had a very great experience! Some of the best customer service I have ever seen at a verizon store. Thanks to Edgar I will be returning to only this location for my Verizon needs. He didnt try to sell me he was very professional and respectful. Loved it. Why cant more places be like this one. THE WORST STORE EVER!!!!!The rep lied to me about my Iphone 10 credit. Traded in a perfectly new phone and got coaxed into a great plan and got sent to collections bc Verizon couldnt find my info. The rep just wanted to make a sale. Now Im stuck with a pay in full bill for a stupid iphone 12 that is no different than the 10. They dont care about people just see you as a dollar sign. And then Verizon has the worst customer service department!!John Kerry customer service supervisor hung up the phone on me when I tried talking to him about settling my balance.Biggest mistake ever signing with Verizon.

I was today in this location and, Im looking for some screen protector for my tablet samsung galaxy tab7+.The seller guy brings me the protector for galaxy 7. And Im asking for feew time if is the right one. I paid the product and Im checking online about the product I ready buy. SURPRISE. Was exactly for 7 . Manager was there and helping me very professionally,with the right screen protector.
Visited this location twice to replace a broken phone and during both visits I had great experiences. I changed phones one day wasnt happy and changed it again to a different phone the next day they handled it without any problem at all I wasnt happy that I had to remind one customer about his mask when I felt it was their job and on another visit had to tell the attendant that the man he was helping had his mask all the way down I wasnt happy about that I think its very responsibility to see that catch that and deal with it aside from that my experience was good if you consider that I had to replace my Moto z three times because the ports for charging are not made well and thats why I needed to change phones this time.
I am consistently pleased with the honesty, work ethic, and politeness off the staff at this location. They were helpful, quick, knowledgeable and in the time of Covid19 got me in and out without too much fuss or bother. Im reminded why we choose Verizon again and again.

I had an amazingly awesome experience! The staff was great! My customer service rep CLAUDIA Z, was THE BOMB! She knew everything about anything I needed to know about the phones, the service plans and the accessories. She was very friendly, she asked me if I understood everything and wanted to make sure I knew about my purchase seeing that it was 4 phones, and accessories for each phone. She was so patient and I really appreciated that! Her manager Fhahad was great as well! Great service Verizon!♥️

I have actually been going to that store since it opened up, in I believe 2001. There are people there who I know and trust a like crazy! Once in a while common Ill get someone who is just not stellar. Otherwise, in could be a 5 star spot easily! If all the employees acted the way that 50% of Them are already acting, then it would be a 5 star spot without any doubt! I will tell you that they also have everything a, and anything that you might want or need, for your phone or tablet experience. Love it!

Zahid at this store is a magician. He was able to fix my phone after two of his colleagues, including the store manager failed. (Although they too tried very hard and were very nice.) He is patient, and extremely knowledge. Just made me a customer for life.

This place absolutely sucks, Yasmin is a totally liar, she told us we are qualified for promotion, spend hundreds of dollars and never get a dime back. Been back 4 times, they always promise to figure out and call back but never heard from them. Be aware never purchase any accessories or promotions from them.
Beware of tricky tactics by the sales people, that actually amount to theft. Two times I renewed my contract at this place, and they threw in a free device, which I didnt want. First time, it was a crappy tablet that I had no use for, second time it was a hum which is something thats supposed to go into my car, and I dont know what it is, and have no use for. Rather than argue, I took the devices. Just take it, its free, and you may find it useful they said. Months later (years for the tablet), I looked at my bill more carefully and noticed that each device cost me $10/month. Over time, Ive paid hundreds. I called Verizon customer service about it. They tole me Id have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancelled the lines for these devices. That was unacceptable to me, so I called Verizon Executive Relations. I told the person that I wanted to cancel the two lines, and get a refund for all the money I had paid for the two lines. She told me she couldnt do that. So now I am pursuing other options, e.g. filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Don’t know why I even try other Verizon stores and don’t understand the low rating - this store have very helpful staff. I have set up my family account in this store and they do NOT oversell! They give you options and most important to me, they give me the right $$ estimates. Thank you to Moin for such professional support tonight (and allowing me to vent about another store I visited just minutes before).
Very poor customer service. It took 7 minutes to greet us when we arrived. 35 minutes later only one of the three people ahead of us had been helped. Took our name off the list and the greeter (manager) asked if there were any questions we had. I told him that 30 minutes ago there was a question...

If you walk into a Verizon store, Sales Associates should be able to assist you with account changes (this was confirmed by a manager). They should not lie to you and say that we have to go online or call the call center. All sales, no quality customer service here.
Sheisty and feisty dealer. I returned my new phone *specifically because it was too large* for a smaller and cheaper phone. However even though I told the associate this, he accidentally brought out a similarly sized and priced phone instead of the one I asked for! It looks pretty much the same except for the size so I didnt notice until I left. When I took it back to make sure that this phone wasnt the one I pointed out on the display, the Pakistani manager *lied* and told me that the smaller phone is only available with the prepaid plan.After living with the huge phone for another day, I decided that I would demand they exchange the large phone without charge because it was their error for bringing out the wrong one. They tried to pretend like it was such a nice thing for them to let me exchange another phone for $50. An altercation ensued! An associate tried to blame me for not identifying that they had brought out the wrong phone before I paid for it. Then he said One only comes in silver, the other in black. How could you mix them up? Which was a LIE because the phone the ended up giving me was in a different color from the display. If the man had just referred me to corporate early on in the disagreement, we could have figured out early on that it was EASY for a 15-year customer of Verizon to waive the upgrade fee in the event of a store error. But as a point of pride he refused to let me win.The review is not one star only because I DID talk to an associate who was clear, articulate and sympathetic to my problem. Not at all impressed with the service from the other employees.

My wife and I went in with a slightly complicated family plan which has our daughter living in another place, a legacy phone plan, etc. We were looking for new phones and received excellent service. The sales guy (Kyle? Connor?) was excellent, and knew every detail of basically every phone out there off of the top of his head, was very patient with us coordinating my daughters upgrade over the phone with her in her verizon store, and all in all, I cant say Ive ever had a better experience buying a new phone. I have been to the shop in Wicker Park and felt like the folks there were clueless, but service here was absolutely excellent.
I went in here for a new phone. They changed my account and then my bill doubled. I set up an appointment and they didn’t have a business specialist and was told someone would call the next day. No one called.
At the Michigan Ave store, across from Water Tower place, the service was excellent. Not sure if that store is open again...
I am forced to write here coz I was lied by the store manager Octavio.IM using Verizon service since 3 years and I never had issues I had no other users on my account and was paying almost $100 for 1 line service. 3 months ago I went to the store to buy Air pods with my friend. This Guy Octavia informed me about the line switch deal and said my friend to switch the line from another company to Verizon and he promised a $200 Gift card from Verizon. Provided if he continue the line for 3 months. Since I was promised I never bothered to ask. Today after 3 months I called the customer service they were unable to help coz THE PROMISED GIFT CARD was not documented on my account, Then I called the store He dont remember what he promised.
Ive been using this store for 11 years and will never return. I went in this evening to upgrade my phone. I had researched the phone that I wanted and even visited 2 other Verizon stores before making the decision to upgrade. Credit card in hand I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. The attendant asked for my phone number and went ahead an quoted the obvious price that was listed on the tag with the phone. I had to then prompt him to let me know if there was a trade in on my current phone. Now, VERIZON the company advertises on their website and on my app that my phone has a trade in value of $240. I was quoted this same value at two separate Verizon stores. This joker told me I would get $100. That was a blatant lie. I hid my consternation and then had to prompt him about the accessories offered through the phone maker and he dismissed them. This jerk felt he could rip me off. Do not use this store. I wont be back.

Only Verizon store to go to for A+ treatment - friendly and professional. Who could ask for anything more? I am already loving my new NOTE8

Told me I had to work with a tech coach to set up the new phone. For security reasons. Not true, and an impassable barrier for me. Will have to go to a different Verizon store to get help setting up the new phone.
Great service, everyone was friendly and very helpful. My fiance and I went in to switch over from project Fi because of all the dropped calls we were experiencing. For some reason the app our salesman was using kept crashing so it took us longer than expected to switch over.

We went to Verizon from T Mobile.They welcome us in a red carpet & whenever we go there for Bill explanation the customer service was very unprofessional.The very same red carpet they used to welcome us they wrapped us in it and roll down the street.We choose the Business Line Offer in March 2019.Which gives discount on New phones for 24 months.We were three people first of all they (to name Farhad the Store Manager) FORCED us to add any device a smart watch or car Hum o add as a 4th Line.For the sake of their store profit and personal commission they did this.And now when we are going back to T Mobile they are charging us termination fee for that Hum device.Which we did not want to buy at the first place.This below the bar customer trap should end.

I had a sales agent name Moin and his manager Zahid. Please make sure you check your receipt for your bills if you switch to Verizon. They will tell a lot of credit promises and feel like they are willing to help you anytime. They will offer credits that wont happen if you dont follow up and check your bill. By the time you get your first bill, nothing was credited on your bill. You need to follow up several times to claim your credits to Moi. Its such a waste of time to follow up. Then he will promise that it will be credited on your next bill soon. By the time you see the next bill, nothing was credited and youll call them again. Im sharing this so that youll never feel what Ive experience from this Verizon store.
Very disappointed after visiting this store. Always loved Verizon and recommended it to everybody but after this kind of service I can not believe Verizon would hire people like that working for their company!

This store still owes me $76.82 refund. Yet I pretty much gave up on them. Ive visited this store 3 times and talked to at least 4 verizon representatives on the phone, but I couldnt get my money back. Some of the staff at this location are decent, but some were just rude, impatient and toxic.Heres the story if you care: I purchased an accessory at this store. The total was $87.99. I paid $76.82 with a Verizon giftcard, and paid the rest, $11.17, with my credit card.Later I returned the accessory in unopened condition, got the small amount refunded back into my credit card, but I couldnt get my $76 giftcard refunded. Because this store recycled my original giftcard when I purchased the accessory. You would think theyll just issue a new giftcard with the same amount to me, but NO! They said there was nothing they could do and insisted I call customer service. The customer service examined my case for 30 minutes and said it was definitely this stores responsibility to pay me back. They kicked me around like ball for hours. Does this kind of bad experience sound familiar?And btw, the store manager explained that my problem couldnt be solved was mostly because I dont use the Verizon network anymore, so they dont consider me a customer. Isnt this laughable? I did purchase something at this store, but they dont consider me as a customer.To be fair, one or two staff at this store were ok.At this point, I dont expect to get my money back anymore. I came in to get two new phones, the guy Shawn claimed he would throw in a free ipad for me.... he showed me what my monthly bill would be with the two phone upgrade. Fine. I asked 4 times if the ipad was actually free which he repeatedly said Yes, Ill do you solid so low and behold I look at my bill a few days later and see a charge for $260 for the ipad! I called back to see if there was some misunderstanding to which he completely denied the entire situation and said he would give me the 1 gb of data service for free... Liars and cheats. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! Im so furious im switching services, why pay $85 more a month than most other services for this kind of customer service?!?!?! Also they try to push their overpriced phone accessories, relentless sleazy salesman tactics over here.

Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere, ever. Was strongly considering switching to verizon from at&t before coming here. Was told I would get less features for more money every month, and that there is zero flexibility in tailoring any plan to accommodate my specific needs. When I asked why I should switch, I was given a cocky, unprofessional response that verizon is simply better. The sales rep (if you can call him that) then stared at me at me in a way that made me very uncomfortable instead of being in any way helpful. True or not about verizon being the best, I was treated with the most reprehensible and disgusting form of arrogance I have ever experienced. I will now happily live with my patchy at&t reception and technical issues while going out of my way to share my negative experience with everyone and anyone. Congrats verizon.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store was locked at 7:55 on a Saturday (they close at 8) it took 2 minutes for them to acknowledge the doors being locked, and came over and basically made us stand out and explain ourselves as to why we were there strike 1, the man (whos name I didnt catch so we will just call him lazy dude with dreads or LDWD), when it was told to him why we were there (an associate at another location had installed a faulty screen protector that was messing with the touch screen), he rudely insisted that all screen protectors are going to fit that way because thats the way they are cut to fit (not even spanning the whole screen) the other phone we had with us had a perfectly fitting screen protector, strike 2, at this point it is clear LDWD will do anything NOT to help us, we tell him forget it you clearly dont want to help and we leave shutting the door behind us, he reopens the door to snarkily say have a nice day! Strike 3 after receiving no service at all from the rudest person Ive ever encountered in a Verizon store I couldnt resist telling anyone who might need to know if you must go here avoid the LDWD unless youre looking to be treated like you dont matter and only his time matters. I will say on another note my previous visit here was good. Probably because I was helped by the manager but if the manager is the only good employee if avoid this place and go to the one in Lakeview area.
