There are good people that work here, the store changes around every now and then, but the service has always been good for me. What Im wondering about now are the closing times, I was hoping to come in before closing time since the time said the store doesnt close until 9, but today I got there a minute or two after 8:30 and the lights were already off. A week ago it closed at 8, now it says 9 but it was closed way before that, which is it?

The current manager is an unprofessional duesch, the other employees are fantastic ! Always quick to answer questions and help out. While the manager always seems to rush you out of the store rather then to help/answer questions and get you what you need. It’s a very unprofessional environment. If your reading this You have an attitude with everyone for no clear reason, you keep your problems at home sir people are there to shop not to have you be a sulking miserable downer, and You are a disgrace to a once respectable store !

Awesome place. Buy and Hodl. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Spent more $ than I planned on, because they have a huge selection of accessories and games. 11/10

Worst store ever! Called ahead to see about a nintendo switch and he informed me they had a few left so I headed out there! Walked in and one of the men said someone had to leave because only 5 in the store. So a father asked his daughter to wait in the car as he was checking out and the guy repeated saying someone had to leave. I didnt pay attention the the number in the store so I just walked out and ordered from amazon!!!! Trashy service! Never seen someone be so rude! Never will I go there again!

The staff is always great there. You could sit there for hours and talk to them. Except you need to let them do their job.

“Boys Club” game stop. They laughed in my face when I had a serious question about a console and didn’t give me an answer. There were other guys/men/boys/males in the store and they didn’t treat them the same way they treated me. Can only think if I walked in as a man I wouldn’t have been laughed at. Not coming back to spend money at this misogynistic store. Girls are gamers too and they deserve to have a serious question answered in a serious way and not laughed at.

Called in to ask about a switch. Autistic sales kid was talking to others while helping me. Lied that he would look to see if other gamestops would have it in stock. Then autistically put me on hold indefinitely.

One of the most kind and genuine people I met, very cool people good sense of humor and they know what there talking about. BEST GAMESTOP EVER

They dont even ask if u have a reason for not wearing a mask they just start freaking out and I have really bad breath problems done give them service

Kind employees, employees are good to talk to about games if you have a question.Mitch the man working the counter is the most helpful employee of any game store I ever worked at, he’s not just trying to make the sale he connects with customers make sure they find what they need answers questions and makes everyone feel welcome -I went with three friends me and two friends knew what we wanted the third had no clue talked to Mitch and found a game he really enjoyed - management give this man a raise !

Stopped here today at 12:20pm and no one was here. The doors were still locked by 12:25pm. They are supposed to be open at 12:00pm - noon. Didnt seem like anyone was even in the store.. very upset.

Tried on a Star Wars baby Yoda sweatshirt from the shop and the employee said I am not allowed to test fit before purchasing. I am a 58 Male and the Medium was too small so I grabbed a large and that was when things got hot. I really dont consider this good business practice as I was very considerate of the clothing and even hung them back nice and neat. Shop for clothes elsewhere, you have been warned!

Absolutely loved it here. For some reason Google didnt tell us that this GameStop was near by unless we types in near me. But the staff are friendly and know their games and are always willing to help you out.

It wasnt a bad experience. Its like other Gamestops but staff was friendly enough to reach out and it had a nice selection. I recommend this location for the staff and how they seemed to do more than just wait for me to pick out a game. Seemed knowledgeable of their product.

I cannot leave less than 1 * on this store so Im going to have to give it at least the one unfortunately. when you order products with this store and this chain they do not honor any of the pricing that they had just put forth from their website to their store so you can order a product then go in and be told that you were supposed to pay an extra $30 for something because they had their own website wrong and they will not help you with any sort of problem. They even have the audacity to send you an email the item you placed on hold is ready for pickup- then once I am in his store he tells me he knew this was going on and let me waste my gas driving all the way in to deny me. Be warned not to go to this location as any money spent on gas or time away from friends to deal with these neglectful shop owners and waste of breath employees is just that- a complete waste.

I dont usually have an issue with Gamestop, Lino Lakes. But im fairly frustrated.. I made a pre-order on a game, was told by DAN there would be a 9pm release for that game the night before. The day of the pre-release I reached out to Gamestop and they confirmed with me that they would be doing a 9pm release, and will have the pre-order bonus as well. OK cool, so I make my way in..20 mins one way, mind you... and the kid behind the counter had no clue of this 9pm release and did nothing to try to figure out if it was supposed to be happening, as I was told.. and could not give me a reason why. It was out of his control Ok, FINE. So I made a complaint to corporate, and then a filled a survey out for that store. Of course I receive no feedback, no response, pretty much left in the dust. I went in to pick up my pre-ordered game the next day. Did not receive the pre-order bonus as I was looking to get (Hence going to the store at 9pm, plus with my work schedule its hard for me to get over there)... At first, yea this was about the cheap piece of plastic, but now its the principal of the fact I was told TWICE, only to find out I was lied to.. Twice. Thanks for nothing... I guess ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Alex was incredibly helpful in rerouting my Destiny 2 pre-order, going out of his way to try and get my pre-order moved from the GS in Duluth down the Lino Lakes so I could pick it up. Unfortunately I found the Collectors Edition I really wanted in stock on Amazon, so I ended up cancelling my order with GS, but I dont think Ive ever dealt with a more helpful and proactive GS employee!

Incredible service, the employees are what shine at this location. The female employees that work there are incredible friendly, knowledgeable and downright adorable, notably Quinn and Danielle. They are always willing to answer all of my questions and help me find the right games for me and my young nephews/niece. Im a pretty hardcore gamer nerd and I can attest that they know their stuff, but arent afraid to tell you if they arent sure.They also decided to sign my cast, which pretty much makes us bros for life. ;P

I wish there was more GameStops close to where I live buy used to go to list phone cuz I worked at Molin Concrete in the area so now its almost an hour drive for me to get there... Probably the best Gamestop in Minnesota and one of the top ones in the country. The employees there are some of the nicest and most informed people I have met. They are extremely friendly and personable. They will go out of their way to help you out anyway they possibly can.This is coming from a person who dealt with other Gamestops and got sick of how those employees treated their co workers and customers. This Gamestop and the crew brought back faith to me in Gamestop!

I love gamestop in Lino Lakes! They probably dont have more than every other gamestop but the service is great! Everytime I come in, I believe its the store manager, he remebers me and my boyfriend by name pretty much and the games we like and makes awesome suggestions. We could go to gamestop in Cambridge, and its probably closer, but the customer service at the one in Lino is amazing!
