Went in to get 800$ for a trade in on my old phone. They didn’t have any IPhone 13pros in stock when I ordered it. By the time they got the phone in, the promotion had expired. They said I could easily do it online. Several attempts and 2 calls to Verizon 1800 numbers lasting over 2 hours have gotten me no where. I went back into the store to ask for help, was given none and told there was nothing they could do.I also wanted to point out the scratches in the 80$ screen protector they sold me. Was curious on how to remove it, then I was told you can not remove a liquid screen protector once it’s on…. Wish they told me that in the first place. They said “Yeah that’s weird, don’t worry about those scratches just bring it in when it is worse.”So now I am out 800$ and have a two week old iPhone 13Pro with more scratches in it then my 3 year old IPhone XS. Only way to fix it is to get a new screen all together.
Sam was awesome. He stayed after hours to make sure my transfer went well and was wonderful to chat with. My new IPhone 13 pro max is all set up and working perfectly thanks to him!
Went in a random Saturday to get a new phone and the crew, Jake and Brock, were awesome in getting me taken care of. We went through the phones, discounts and promos that were going on and got everything ordered up. A couple weeks later, get the message the phone is in, they remembered me, got it all set and away we go. Couldnt ask for anything better.
We switched to Verizon through this retail store 4 months ago and they have yet to get my bill correct. Initially received quick follow up from Victra but now not even getting a call back. My bill has increased over $150 a month without explanation and this is AFTER I was told everything was resolved. Extremely disappointed and still waiting for a call….

Stopped at the Verizon store in Lino Lakes to see if we could get a better plan and some upgrades. Sam was the sales associate that worked with us. Sam was very patient, knowledgeable and got us a better plan plus set us up with new phones. Haven’t upgraded in quite a few years so it was a little sticker shock but Sam handled everything. Kudos to Sam and it’s nice having a Verizon store in the area for our convenience. Have been a loyal Verizon customer for approximately 20 years.
Sam was very helpful when I was upgrading my phone. He offered various suggestions and told me about the benefits of everything. He then patiently walked me through getting my new phone up and running and then helped me sync my watch to my phone. Brock also helped answer questions and helped find the best plan to suit our needs. I will definitely go back to these guys for help or any future purchases.
Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend working with him!

THE SAGA CONTINUES: Again, NC Victra Corporate is outstanding, this Verizon location, not so much. Did a follow-up regarding a credit that was going to be issued to my mother. Wanted to know how it would be applied to invoice; lump sum or in segments. Emailed Eva, person who negotiated credit with my mother and overall store manager for details. Waited over 2 weeks (still waiting) and never got a response to my email. In my opinion, words like excellent and outstanding should not be used or 5 star ratings given by anyone dealing with Jake or Eva of this store team. UPDATE SINCE REVIEW: Since my one star review, Corporate Office responded. Two people from NC contacted my mother. I must commend the Corporate Office in NC for their follow-up & genuine concern. They put forth a lot of effort to right things. In the future I hope Jake will respectfully treat all clients in the same manner NC does. INITIAL REVIEW: One star is too high for here. My mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income. She went to this place with an iPhone I gave her so we could FaceTime. Her android was failing. She wanted help transferring her android information to the iPhone. Instead of assisting her, the sales person told her it was extremely difficult to do & recommended she buy a new phone instead. Seriously? People that are phone savvy, like himself knows this is not difficult to do. Who takes advantage of an elderly person for a buck? She trusted this place and relied on his knowledge. I so wish she would have contacted me while there. Then, he quotes her one price while on the floor looking at a phone she liked & when she chose that phone & wanted to pay, he apologized and said he was mistaken, the phone was $300 more! He explained Verizon has too many deals to keep straight. There are no deals here and I feel at least one person lacks integrity. Read owner responses to other negative reviews. All responses start the same with identical verbiage. Almost robotic.

I had a great experience with Jake her got exactly what I needed and he helped me the whole way through it. I actually went to a few other stores first and they were rude or a long wait. Walked right in here got set up and out the door excellent service would recommend to anyone.

Sam and Sabrina were amazingly Helpful!This is only the 2nd smartphone my husband and I have purchased.They were so patient explaining everything about the phones to us. We already have been back to the store with more questions and Sam was able to answer every single one and get a set up in the right direction.
UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE: THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE; THEIR PRICES ARE NOT ALIGNED WITH VERIZON. This store is a sketchy 3rd party that adjusts their prices in order to profit more off the consumer. DO NOT be fooled. Just go to a REAL Verizon store in order to get the best deal possible. Cut out the middle man trying to make a profit off of you. I learned the hard way!Upgraded my phone on my own for the first time recently. Was met with great customer service. But, after paying over $130 up front just for the upgrade, I was met with another $130 in hidden charges the following month - shocker. Now, after a month of having the phone, I have been charged TRIPLE the advertised monthly payment. Scam artists, I highly recommend you find an actual Verizon store rather than these sketchy 3rd party jokes.SCAM

I was helped in the store by Jake. I went in hoping for a trade in because I received an email promo from Verizon for money off of a new iPhone. I was informed that I wasn’t eligible for trade in because of my plan and because my iPhone was a 7 and it was only eligible for iPhone 8 and newer. I still went forward with getting a new phone. At the end of the transaction Jake said he could give me a $47 trade in for my iPhone 7 which I appreciated. But, overall I am unhappy after this experience, and looking at my invoice, I feel like I was taken advantage of.First, I was told that the iPhone 12 mini was $700. It showed up as $710 on the invoice. I know 10$ isn’t the biggest difference at that price but amongst other things it feels shady. I asked Jake if I could pay the $700 upfront for the phone instead of making monthly payments. He told me the most I could put down was 90% and I could pay off the remaining 10%.I was also told that I would receive 80$ off of a bundle of a screen protector, phone case, and charging block. The 80$ off was not on the invoice. There was an item I did not consent to purchasing in my bag and on my receipt (a wireless charging pad for $44.99). I was also doubled charged $34.99 for the wall adapter. There was also a charge of $29.99 for a Redux Single Line Membership that I was not made aware of and did not agree to, Jake never mentioned Redux at all during the encounter.I am also uneasy at the fact that when checking out, the total was $298. When I said I wanted to pay 90% of the phone initially, Jake said he forgot to enter it in the system that way, so I would have to wait until my first bill. Now I was left wondering if this was intentional and if there would be other finance charges or interest that I did not consent to or was not made aware of. It should have raised a red flag to me that my total was 298$ without any of that being towards cost of the actual phone, but I had to leave for work and was not given a paper invoice. It wasn’t until later when I read my email invoice that I realized all of this.I felt very misled and taken advantage of by Jake. The only reason I gave a 3 rating after that experience is because Sabrina was wonderful when I called and explained the situation. She made everything right and seemed genuinely concerned with the bad experience I had with Jake. Let me be clear that Sabrina deserves a 5 star rating! I hope her integrity and kindness are valued by the company. I have read other reviews similar of experiences with Jake and I see auto responses from the company saying they don’t condone behavior like this, but if this is repeatedly happening that says otherwise.Thank you Sabrina for helping me after this situation! If you go to this store, make sure you talk to Sabrina for kind, honest and upfront service!
In full agreement with StiN Prod review. BUYER BEWARE!! AT&T is just across the street & North of this retailer. In my opinion, Id rather deal with a retailer who chooses whats best for the client in lieu of profit. Deals & selections here are limited. Also, products not needed.are pushed. Guess there is a reason more & more people are switching to Xfinity or AT&T.
As usual, always a fiasco to get new phones at a Verizon store. Answering service tells you one price, at the store is another (more of course). After answering service said phones where in stock, guess what they werent, then the store said they could get them at another store across town and theyd call the next day. The other store didnt have them either, got an email saying theyre being delivered. Days have gone by still no phones.Note: this is not a reflection on the store or employees, just typical Verizon. Sabrina did a great job setting up our phones.
After dealing with another store and issues for over 2 weeks, I was directed here from the Maple Grove store which also did a great job. Jake went above and beyond making sure I was all set up and definitely put the customer first. Id drive father to get to this store, it was well worth it!!
The people there were professional and very easy to talk to. They know what theyre doing. The environment was a welcoming environment as well.

We ordered a WiFi hot spot. The person who took our order only made it active for 1 month 🤦🤷♂️. I spent 45 minutes on the phone being transferred and on hold. In the end we got nowhere. I would and will get our WiFi from another company. Avoid Verizon !!

How much can I get this person to spend needlessly instead of really helping them out? Customer service does not exist here. Dont buy ANY of your phone accessories here. Dont buy the bundle deal either if buying a new phone. ALL items can be purchased at Walmart, Target or on Amazon for MUCH LESS MONEY. Think twice before buying a phone here, stop in at neighboring AT&T or Target for phones. 2 stars given because its a clean store.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Verizon is having system issues but they expect the customer to figure out the issue instead of contacting their corporate office. Don’t bother calling to ask questions because they either don’t answer or they hang up on you. Plus their voicemail box is full so not like you can leave a message for a call back. Whatever you do DO NOT USE in store pickup. Associates don’t know how it works(and they don’t bother trying to figure it out) and customer service has you go through several automated systems before they even allow you to speak with someone. Really considering switching companies all together.

We recently bought phones here and we were told the deal we were getting was buy one get one. Once we got our bill and called Verizon we were told this was not actually the case! I had a second person with me in the store who heard it was buy one get one. I never would have bought these phones and now we are sadly stuck paying way more than expected. So frustrated with myself for going to this store.

Very bad experience with this store. If you are looking for open a Verizon account, you should go to Verizon store in Northtown, Blaine. Don’t go to the Verizon authorized store like this. Be careful of every charge they put in your bill.
Very unhappy with the service. They are not honest when trying to make a sale. I bought a Turbo2 and the person told me the screen is shatter and scratch proof. If either happens, contact the manufacturer and they will replace it. Well, I scratched my screen and called the manufacturer and found out that was wrong. Next, I bought a Note7 and got sold a $50 screen protector and was told if your screen breaks with this on, the manufacturer of the protector will replace the phone. Wrong again....still need the insurance. Oh, and speaking of insurance, I was never asked if I wanted it they just put it on my account. I called a week ago to ask about the Note7 recall and asked if the replacements would be available on Sept 21 as my message said and they guy had no idea what message I was talking about or didnt know about any date provided by Samsung.I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to not go to this store any longer. I cannot trust what they tell me when selling me my phones.
Avoid wasting your precious time at this retailer. Employees are rude and incompetent. Take your business anywhere else. I have been in 6+ occasions and each successive visit was a bigger train wreck than the last.My family/friends will never recommend or do business there again.
Worst place ever... ordered a phone thru this place and they gave me a date... then it didnt show up. Horrible customer service... dont go here.

I waited 2 hours to get help. Than they tell me there closed and I get kicked out. These people are slow and I had no time to get help on my service plans. This is ridiculous I always liked Verizon but after coming here I’m thinking about switching plans. They would let me start a new plan.

This location is the BEST Verizon retailer in the cities. Jake and Sam were extremely helpful, Jake helped explain everything to me patiently and thoroughly. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days. Im so happy I came here and got my hands on the new Pixel Pro, which is backordered at every other store Ive been to or called.
This is my second time upgrading at this location Jake and Sam were incredibly helpful. Helped me get me and my family phones. 10/10 would comeback
