My brand new motor broke down on the lake.I was at there door at 8am Sat morning right when they opened. He told be to go grab my bot and trailer it in, that he would have his service guys look at it immediately. Very unusual to receive the kind of welcome from a boat dealer, normally they have you get in line and wait.I went and grabbed my boat, trailer did up there and I was back within two hours, they spent a solid two hours out in the hot sun with every piece of equipment they had trying to diagnose my boat, finally they figured out it was throwing a code, that still was left open for interpretation, meanwhile they swapped out my coils, changed fuel lines, tested my fuel pressure, they looked in every direction they could, sweating in that sun,. In other words they gave it everything they had, and in the end, they only charged me for parts and one hour labor, you don’t find hospitality like that anymore, these guys gave it their best, and I wish this little shop was back in Ohio where I come from, great job guys! Bought a used outboard here recently. They were up front and honest with every question I had. The shop was clean and the employees were knowledgeable. This gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. The item was as described, no issues. They even loaded it into my small car for me, with care and consideration for the vehicle. I have had my Ranger/Yamaha serviced for several years now, always fast, great, reasonably priced, service! He has installed a couple trolling motors for me, a lower unit (as promised got me back on the water for the Billy Westmoreland tournament last year, and diagnosed and fixed while I waited, an oil reservoir problem that was giving me fits...he is picking my boat up Thursday to install another new trolling motor and general maintenance...all this to say if you are having issues with your boat, Rob and his crew should be your go to place!!!

I had work done on my cruiser a couple months back. I was pleased with the work performed. My issue? I believe the charges were too high. I had 2 bilge blowers replaced. When I received my invoice. It stated it took a total of 4 hours to change. I don’t believe that was the case. In my humble opinion, I believe I was charged a book rate versus actually time taken. In addition. They charged $125 to just make the road trip. Really? Drive 18 miles. Hilltop drives over an hour and charge only $110. The charging based on book hours and excessive travel fee, I’ll probably not use them again. That’s a shame. Close and do good work.

We just completed the purchase of a new Bennington pontoon boat and could not be happier. Rob and Michele are very easy to work with and gave us an excellent deal on the boat. You can be totally confident of being treated respectfully and fairly whenever you walk into the dealership. We will not hesitate to shop with them again.

Bought a used boat from them few weeks ago. Easy too talk to and upfront in there dealings. I had too bring the boat back a couple times because of issues they would not have had any way of knowing about. Each time I brought it back they jumped right on it and concentrated on fixing the issue immediately. Good people that stand behind there product.

We recently purchased a new Bennington pontoon boat from the Sportsman Center in Livingston, TN. Everything about our experience there with Rob and Michelle was AWESOME from start to finish!!! Rob and Michelle were patient and informative and they worked is up a deal we were happy with. When we picked up the boat they had it water ready from mooring lines and bumpers to an anchor and line! Rob went to the marina and gave us a Lake delivery...he rode with us for an hour and a half and went over every detail of our boat and answered all of our questions! We would highly recommend the Sportsman Center to everyone for your boating needs... We are definitely loyal customers and will go to the Sportsman Center for all of our boating needs!!!

My husband just stopped here to buy some fuel treatment for his boat motor. The only employee in the store stated that he didnt work up front and that my husband and the other customers would have to wait for either another employee to get back from lunch or wait on the other employee working (who was leaned up against a boat outside talking) to come back inside. After about 15 minutes, my husband left. I was with him sitting in the truck. Way to lose business. The fuel treatment is cheaper on EBay anyway.
