We had a Ram in for service and was given a loaner to get us by. Although they were short staffed, I never felt unimportant. I received great service from Laura and she communicated with me every step of the way. Scott helped us out with the loaner in the body shop.My son is a car enthusiast and Scott talked to him about all of the cool cars, both on the lot as well as being repaired. He gave us the utmost attention and my son cannot wait to come put in his application to work there when hes of age! Buyer beware and make sure you know your trade in value prior to shopping at Livonia Chrysler Jeep. Their initial offer was $2000 for a vehicle that shows a Fair Trade-In Range on KBB.com of $4,290 - $6,173. They came up to $3,500 and then laughed at my counter of $5,000. As a 28 year veteran in the retail automotive industry, it surprises me that dealerships are still using these tactics to screw over customers. Have they not heard of the Internet? Customers have access to all the information today.I guess we can agree to disagree on the condition. I would say the car was at a minimum in Good condition. But even with a rating of Fair, your first offer of $2,000 for the trade was extremely lower than the range for Fair of $3,321 - $4,760. And yes, there was a second offer of $3,500 along with a hard sell from the Manager. The $3,500 is still on the low end. My point that Livonia Chrysler Jeep is not offering a good price for trades is still valid.Thank you for the contact to call, but I dont really want to have another hard sell conversation with a dealership person selling cars this way.

Had to take my 2021 jeep Cherokee in because of some squeaking that happened when we hit a bump in the road. Chris was very helpful. They got us a ride home and even picked me and my 2 kids up to come get the car so that I didnt have to wait til the morning. Chris kept in touch with me and let me know all of the steps in the process of fixing it. I will definitely deal with them again. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers- just last week, we had an oil change scheduled, and my youngest son came down with a bad cold. We called them and without hesitation, they sent someone within the hour to come get the car so we could still get our oil change, then they brought the car back for us. Ok. So I thought I was going to get the same so so service like I have so many other times, Along with the same old run around like a have from all the other dealerships I have been to. Now I feel like I have held on to long before I wrote a review. This Livonia Chrysler Jeep dealership has absolutely the best I have experienced. I came in with 3 issues I thought were wrong and they found quite a few more things that were wrong and or were going to be bad soon. Well they let me know things were worse then I thought. Then let me know everything was going to be covered under my warranty. Even let me know what was not covered and made great recommendations to get some of those fixed also. All the other small issues that needed attention were easy fixes that I could do at home. Just for the record they are the only dealership that was willing to give me a loaner that was a Wrangler everyone else just handed me the keys to what had to be the cheapest thing that had to offer. It was the 1st time I had ever gone to a dealership and felt completely respected. So kudos to you Livonia Chrysler Jeep. You will be the only people I ever buy another vehicle from And/or trust to have my vehicle fixed. I made an appointment to have my vehicle worked on at 8:00am. The job was booked for 2-2.5 hrs. I had made arrangements for my coworker to pick me up before work and drop me off after work at the dealer. I came back at 4:00pm and the car was still not finished. Of course they had an excuse which is neither here nor there. The important part is that I never received a phone call on an update. I was forced to sit at that dealership until 5:45pm which is when I actually got into the car and drove home. This is completely unacceptable. All I needed was a call saying my vehicle wouldnt be finished on the time frame it was supposed to be. A simple 2 minute phone call could have saved me 3 hrs of waiting around. Piss poor customer service for the most simple tasks.

From test drive to trade-in of our current vehicle to completing the purchase through their financing (which was more than 1% lower than our credit union), it only took 2 hours! Would 100% work with them again.

I was pleasantly surprised today by the incredible service I received today. I called in with an issue with my 2019 Pacifica Van and was invited to bring it in as soon as possible to insure my safety. I thought it might be a brake issue, and John said he was concerned that I might be right. The service department was booked 4 weeks out but he said my issue merited a special look. He found the problem and I was out the door within 15 minutes. Thank you so much John for your excellent and friendly service.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and lied on the phone. Called ahead to ensure we were able to drop off lease vehicle because we moved here from out of the area and was turned away upon arrival due to not leasing another vehicle today. Told us to take it to the dealer we got it from (very far away) to turn it in when CCAP also said any CCAP dealer will accept lease turn ins. They just lost two vehicle sales opportunities and SEVERAL repeat/referral customers.(Update)Received a response from this dealer almost two hours after we were turned away to schedule turning it in. Like I mentioned, We called ahead to ensure we would be able to drop it off and were turned away. We have since found a dealership that gladly took the vehicle with no issues.
I recently took my car in for warranty work with the body shop. I could not be more pleased by the service I received. I took my jeep in on Monday morning, got a loaner and the jeep was done Wednesday (week of Christmas too!!). When I dropped off and picked my car up, the guys helped me transfer my stuff. They even vacuumed my jeep out of all the dog hair! They were all friendly, especially Doug in the body shop! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Just want to highlight how great Rick Ralls is as a salesperson. He took very good care of me when I purchased my Jeep. No pressure but laid out all the information in a clear way. Also was very nice to my mother when she had questions on her lease. Great guy. I went to four dealerships before I talked to Rick and didnt feel comfortable with the salespeople. I was told that it would take 3 hours to replace air bags for a recall and it took 7 hours then after arriving an hour later from being notified the car was ready for pickup the car was not cleaned up and I waited another additional 15 minutes then unpon returning home and cleaning up plastic and paper from dealership, shards of glass were discovered on the passenger front seats floor which could only be from replacing the air bag. Well this is why dealerships get a bad name and you avoid service at any cost

I had my 2008 Dodge Charger repaired here. The service department was awesome!! They had their stuff together. They kept me in the loop for the entire process. The service manager called me with issues that they had and didnβt try to hide anything. VERY HONEST!! They didnβt beat around the bush on tough conversations. They were straight to the point. Service Department team is very rude, they cant figure out my evap leak so they keep clearing the code and adding parts and charging me when it should be covered under initial service since it was NOT resolved first time, The service manager is very disrespectful to Males and was all touchy feely and talking directly to my wife, he then got argumentitive about me not accepting what he said, then when i asked for the owner he said that he was around somewhere but would not let me talk to him, this is not the first time Chris has treated me like this, he did when i brought mu ram in a month ago.....UNSAT SERVICE
Me and my husband walked out of Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City and walked feeling rather taken advantage of they quoted us for a Jeep well over out price range and said there was nothing they could do that the prices were the prices. No one greeted us when we walked in and the workers just all looked sloppy.Fast forward to this dealership.. We walked right in and holly immediately greeted us with such a warm welcome I knew we were in the right spot. She walked through the process with us and got us the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Sheβs so personable and sweet! She truly cares about her customers and sheβs realistic but not in a rude way like the other dealership was. If your looking for a new car ask for holly sheβs your girl!

I work midnights so having a service center thats open at 0730hrs saves the trouble of trying to arrange for something to do between getting off work until other dealerships open at 0900hrs. While most consider it a perk, I would have liked to have been asked prior to my service if I would like a complimentary wash... I have a softtop wrangler and a CB antenna that the porter put through the automatic wash without my consent. Everything turned out fine, but I would have politely declined if given the offer. Will continue to use this dealership!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt for my car to get fixed on a wedneday and was told the tech will see it first thing in the morning on thursday. Monday comes around, they finally look at it and have to order a sensor, supposed to arrived in acouple days... the following monday, it finally arrives and my car gets fixed. It took 12 days for a 2 hour job. No apology, no concern, no care!I have a 6mo old and my wife is still working... i needed a car for emergencies! They didnt care!I understand things were backed up because of the quarantine.. but then dont schedule so many appts! And dont make false promises.An event like this will cause me to drive to a further Jeep dealership just for better customer service. Very upsetting.

Took my van in for a check engine light. Absolutely, the best experience Ive had fixing a vehicle issue. Technician made a thorough report and explained everything. Kyle was the man with a plan. He listened to everything I had to say and then came up with the right course of action for me.

I made a appointment for a tire change and I was told the wait would be about 45 mins and I ended up waiting 2 hours. I saw people come in after me and leave before me!!! 2 hours for a tire???? Iβve had issues with the service department before! Terrible communication with the customers! They previously had my car for repairs for over a month due to lack of communication! Iβll travel to another location before I ever deal with them again!!! Also not personable or professional! I never get a greeting, smile or anything! I just stand there awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged. I donβt feel comfortable at this location! Iβm extremely upset today. I didnβt have 2 hours to waste! Time is valuable!! I could have gotten several things accomplished within 2 hours!
Love Love this dealership! They are amazing her so polite and friendly. I drive 35 minutes just to come to this dealership. Yes there is a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership less than 5 minutes from my house but I will not go there. I have been to many dealerships and this one is by far the best. I have had general maintenance, body work, and I currently have my truck in for some electrical work. I couldnt be more pleased with the people and service provided. I will continue to go here for ever. Even the owner who is onsite (which completely surprised) is so nice and polite just a normal guy. Isnt rude or stuck up. Speaks to you just like an equal on down to you (which I have noticed a lot of people do when they are business owners or management).

Oil change and tires rotated. They said two hours and they had it completed in one so that was great. Car wash as a courtesy is great too. So how could they miss the white bird dropping 8 inches long as wide as a pencil on the front passenger door. My car is a black Grand Cherokee. smh... they did clean that part too after i said something about it. Lol...thanks

Went in yesterday October 16th 2019, to get my sons Chargers oil change and tire rotation and as usual this place is awesome, greeted immediately and with respect I know the service people since this is the only shop that I go to with his Dodge vehicle its an awesome place and even the sales people even if youre not interested will answer your questions and talk to you just wish maybe at some point they get the Dodge and the Ram into this location it would be a 10 star instead of a 5 star.
