This place is fantastic! Rob the manager showed me the issue with my car, was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. The lobby is clean and air conditioned. My car was repaired in decent timing and left super happy with my repair and overall experience.

Ripped off by Auto Lab. My son’s belt broke on his car. I called AAA to have the car towed and they recommended auto lab. They overcharged for the belt and tensioner pulley. They claim it’s because of the diagnostics fee. It’s not rocket science to understand that a belt breaks because the tensioner pulley goes bad. Even if the tensioner pulley is could you still replace it. I paid the money and my sons car broke down 2 miles from the shop. Leaking Water. They said I could return the vehicle and pay to have the fluid system checked out. I had it taken to another shop and they determined the head gasket Was blown. The car is scrap. They knew that and charged us anyway. Stay away from this place. I would’ve gladly paid the diagnostic fee if they would’ve found the problem.

Took my car in for a transmission issue and the guys had my vehicle done with a new transmission in four days and no problems. Definitely recommended
