This was my first visit to this car wash, only since it was on my way home for work and my car was in DESPERATE need of a good deep clean (havent cleaned it in like 3 years... Ive been very lazy about it). I am impressed! I brought money expecting to need quarters for the vacuums - they ended up being free! So I figured Id use my money to get a good wash. The girl at the entrance walked to my car and noticed I was in my scrubs and said they were doing a special for essential medical workers, and that my wash would be free for the day! WOW! This was a pleasant surprise. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. My car looks the best it has since I bought it. I will be back!

Fine car wash but if you have a monthly membership expect them to be closed often when they’re supposed to be open.

I purchased an Ultimate book (5 washes?) and squashed bugs don’t get removed and my SUV is not even close to being somewhat dry when I exit - I told the employee and she said the owner knows it - I will be forced to switch to another car wash that actually dries your car by hand for basically the same price. 😟

Employees were polite, but they leave to much water on your car. Luckily I had a towell with me. They either need stronger dryer blowers, or someone to wipe down the vehicle at the end.

The attendant. SLAMMED MY MOMS SIDE MIRROR WITH THE BRUSH AND She paid for the ultimate and her tires werent done and the chick did a crappy job. Will NOT be back

*This should be ZERO stars*So, my wife wanted to get the last of the winter muck off our Wrangler. So she took it through this car wash and ran to Kroger (no one parked next to her when she got there or when she came out ... I admit it is *possible* someone *could* have parked and left while she was inside ... but to see the scratches and the timeline it is unlikely some invisible person would have caused it). She comes out and notices four good scratches. The scratches are in line with where they would brush it off before putting it through the wash ... along the rock rail and the wheel flares. She goes back up and the employee takes her contact info and says I will call the owner, but he hasnt called *me* back yet today ... sign of a good owner? So I stop on my way home and get a hold of him and agree to meet the following day. I meet him and it immediately starts with how it *couldnt* have happened at his facility, and I am presented excuse after excuse of how his machines are perfect, his employees are trained and *would never* do it wrong (even though neither the owner nor his wife were there), and how it was probably there before hand and we didnt notice it. Notice ... no apology?? Not even .. let me talk with my employee. Phenomenal customer service?I wash my Jeep by hand nearly every week. I crawl with my Jeep. I know every ding, scratch, and chip ... and they werent there that morning and my wife confirms it.Now I appreciate how he defended the honor of his employees, but lets be realistic ... NO ONE can with 100% certainty state that their employees do it the right way all the time. Especially teenage kids. But to not even offer an apology, to come up with every excuse about how great their gear is and how this could have happened anywhere *except* their car wash, to even have an elaborate dance by as if some random person was next to my Jeep with a briefcase or something...someone could have had a briefcase and bent down to pick something up and then scratched it (visualize someone spinning and bending and twisting)ORa shopping cart might have done it.I say The uneven scratch which goes along the rock rail and upwards in line with the wheel flare and the jagged vertical line in the middle of the door ... in which there ISNT A DENT?She says YesORI ask couldnt something have gotten caught in the brush when they were brushing it off?They reply No way, we do 100s of cars and no one has complained, 40 gallon bucket, blah blah.I respond with But it *could* have happened.and I get NO WAY ...all while insinuating that *I* am lying about this. This is not a way to run a business which relies on customers. I know my honesty. I know neither owner was there. As certain as he is that it didnt happen there I am certain these scratches most surely occurred when their employee brushed it off ... probably got a rock caught it in the brush.If this is how they treat customers ... they wont have my business.

I went to Century 2 weeks after I got my new car. I went home and notice a gouge on the passenger side of my car. I call and leave a message, no return call. I go to the carwash and ask to speak to owner, he was not there so I left my number. A few days later I leave another message, no return call. I go back up to leave my number again and the employee said that he doesnt answer for them. How do you run a business and not even get back to a customer? The least he can do if refund the money I spent to buy a car to get 6 carwashes but that would require a call back. I would not recommend that you go to this carwash! Stay away!

$9 for a rude employee and crappy car wash. What goes around comes around which is unfortunate for them. But I advise others to not go here.

Waited in front of wash during open hours for 7 minutes before anyone even came out, and that was AFTER another car showed up and they decided to notice us. Heard from others that employees get paid under table and don’t care about there jobs, so I would advise for myself and others to go elsewhere.
