Good quality shirt. Its for Christmas so I havent got my grandsons reaction to it yet. My wife, however does not like the fact the art work is on the surface rather than in the material. My grandson wont care.

Loved this print I orderin in long and short sleeved

The t-shirt I ordered was too small, so I contacted their customer service through an email. I was told if I re-ordered the same exact t-shirt (same design, same color) but in a bigger size, they would refund my money from the original order and also they told me to donate the too small t-shirt instead of sending it back. They answer emails almost immediately. My new t-shirt arrived within a week; however, it was the wrong color. After emailing them again, they told me to send them a picture of the t-shirts, which I did. They also told me I didnt have to return the wrong color t-shirt and to donate it. So now I am awaiting the t-shirt in the correct color and size and I have confidence it will get here quickly. Their customer service is excellent and very friendly. They also offered me a coupon for 30% off my next order.

I have ordered from this site multiple times and have been extremely pleased each time. The quality of products is great. Shipping times are accurate and fast. I recently had to do an exchange to size up on an item I purchased as a gift and the response time was fast. Good materials used and good size

Ordered hard to find Tshirts, long and short sleeve, of Star Trek prints. These prints are front and back which I thought was reasonably priced. Yet when arrived the print quality is somewhat satisfactory. Perhaps my expectation was to to high and the result is to be expected. Under the arms was distorted or white (not even dyed) and alignment was off. The order was reasonable price and did arrived in reasonable time. The print is great but a little disappointed in the end result of print. Just the same I appreciate the option which from my search was unique. I might order from them again, but understanding the experience and revised expectation of print for double sided shirts, might get something simpler for less. It depends. Just what I ordered and it arrived pretty quick!

Overall cheap product. Return charged a 20% restocking fee, which was not mentioned at the time when I ordered. Poor customer service.

I ordered a shirt of which when it arrived had black markings across the front of the design. These markings were prominent and made the shirt unwearable. I did reach out with this issue immediately upon receiving it. When calling them, a man answered as if I bothered him by even calling and told me to email their customer support - probably running this business out of their garage. So after emailing, I was told that I would be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. I am being penalized 20% of what I paid for a shirt they sent that was defective upon arrival - unbelievable! They boast about ‘thousands of happy customers’ and even note their google reviews on their website. Well my experience was far from ‘happy’ and would give less than a one star review if possible. There are far too many options to shop these days and will never go to this company again!

I could have printed off a better quality shirt myself and for less money. The package was late, but that is definitely excusable during a pandemic, so thats not my issue. Upon removing the shirt from its package I discovered that the paint is already flaking off and there is a big black line right down the middle of the design that is so distracting. I guess I just expected a 35 dollar tank top to be of much higher quality.

The shirts came quickly. The print on the shirt was better than I assumed it would be. It holds up after wearing and washing too. I wish I could select a different blend of cotton and a different fit. But I will always check this site when I want a shirt.

HIDDEN 20% RESTOCKING FEE!I purchased a hoodie from them XL, was way too small. When I contacted them about return I was threatened with the 20% fee, a offered free replacement, except 2 xl and 3xl cost more, I was nervous from the first sketchy fit, plus postage both ways so decided to just take the return hit. I returned with a note explaining my intentions..... tracking said they had it 3 weeks without refunding me, only got my money after 4-5 email transactions. Not a fun transaction I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong T-shirt. I called to order the correct one and to return the one I had purchased. Even though I was willing to pay for a new one I was told I would not need to do that nor return the shirt to get the right one. That sounds like great service. However, after several phone calls and emails over a month later I still do not have the replacement T-shirt despite promises from two separate people they would ship it. At this point I have ordered a shirt from another vendor as I would not trust this reseller to send me the shirt even if I paid for it. Very disappointed.

Worst Customer Service!Sent 2 emails to tell them I never received package. FedEx told me to have them file a claim. Tee Shirt Place told me to wait and see if it will show up! Really!!!! Sent 2 more email on what their plan was to rectify the situation. Still no response! They got my money, so guess there is no rush on their part.Worst Customer Service!!!I shouldnt have to contact them, they should be keeping me in the loop on whats going on.Never will order from them again.

Ordered online, never heard of this company, but they had a shirt I really liked. I was skeptical that the shirt would look as good in person. I was so pleasantly surprised! The quality was great! The image was just like the image on screen. The quality of the tee itself was very good too. So happy with this company. I will be ordering a lot more. Oh, they shipped super-fast too!

I ordered a birthday gift and it was supposed to arrive by her birthday and nothing. . I have called their offices and though they give their times of business and they are supposed to be open they are actually closed. I have emailed them and no response. I am angry and disappointed and will be sending emails to Facebook where the appear to have false advertising. I will also alert Paypal and the banks as well as their state Attorney General if I do not hear back today. I would give them a negative 1 on stars if it were possible.

We ordered 17 shirts from this company. 17 different designs in multiple colors and sizes. I spoke with both Deb and Jenny in customer service about this order. They upgraded our shipping to Fedex at not additional charge to ensure the shirts were here in time for our event, they even called me personally a few times to give us updates on when the order would ship and when to expect it to be delivered. We got them yesterday and all of them looked amazing and were sized perfectly! I ordered the wrong size in one of the shirts and called to see about their exchange policy and was met with complete kindness from Jenny and she really helped us out with the problem! They have a huge selection of products for so many different events that you can really find a shirt to fit everyone! I would HIGHLY recommend them! Great quality, GREAT prices, and wonderful staff. A few of my coworkers have already browsed some of their other awareness selections and plan to purchase more from them!Thanks for being so amazing!

I wasnt sure what to expect when I emailed to request a return and it was a couple days past the 30 day window. I received a prompt reply stating that there was not anything they could do since it was past the return period. The response did say to call the next day to speak to a representative, which I did do. I was fully expecting they would say that they could not process a return after the 30 day time period, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were flexible in accommodating the request. The representative was very friendly, helpful, and extended the return as a one time courtesy. They seem very customer oriented and have a ton of selection. I would recommend them.

My wife already reviewed this. I was hoping to get a cool t-shirt for my birthday that they promised would be here for pickup Friday (on my bday). They closed without warning all day Friday, despite my wife talking to them the day before where they said they would be open. They are the WORST. Birthday ruined. Dont ever order from these irresponsible people.

May be a scam. Placed order online, charged my credit card, received confirmation number, then nothing else. Never got a tracking number nor the shirt. After wide range due date (7 days possible week after ordering) passed I emailed multiple times with no response and called during business hours multiple times to get automated response saying closed along with advising business hours for which I was calling.

I found this site to be blatantly plagiarizing and ripping off my unique t-shirt designs. Apparently they are getting ahead on other peoples dime. This is illegal.

I placed an order online after confirming with someone over the phone that the order should be ready this week in time for my husbands birthday. I spoke again with someone over the phone yesterday to say I will pick up today. I get to the store and no one is there, and no one is answering either of the phone numbers. Today is my husbands 30th birthday so I really need my order to give him as a gift. I called, emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, and waited around 45 minutes to see if maybe someone just stepped out for a minute. Its now several hours later and still no response, and the phone is still going to voicemail. I have no shirt for my husbands birthday. l will never shop here again.

For That Carnival Funhouse Mirror Look have your t-shirt Logo printed by Tee Shirt Palace. They printed a logo on a sweatshirt which begins under my right armpit and continues at a 30 degree angle up to my left shoulder. It looks like a blindfolded two-year old wearing boxing gloves was operating the transfer machine.

I purchased my Colon Cancer shirt from them and ordered a 1X they sent me YXL! When I called their customer service they told me I had to purchase another shirt and get charged again before I could get my correct size after sending their product back to them. I will not order from them ever again.

I put in my order, which was huge, and they completely delivered in everything and even contacted me for clarification to make sure. Great company and def recommended by me.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a bunch of clothing for my school and everything was very difficult. The owner Julian, is very rude and unprofessional. My order was missing a lot of shirts and gave me the wrong sizes. Julian never returns phone calls and does not bring in the order on time. I’m extremely disappointed because they do have good quality clothing...but the service is very poor. I had an excel sheet with everything perfectly written out and my order managed to still be wrong...very disorganized and I don’t recommended this place ever again.

Recently ordered a sweatshirt for my friend for Christmas, was supposed to arrive around nov 29th-dec 1st two days before it was supposed to arrive they emailed me and said that the item was no longer available so they cancelled my order? Clearly they have items on the website that they don’t have anymore and they charge you for it and wait until the day its suppose to come to tell you it’s not available anymore. NEVER buying from here ever again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a T-shirt 3 Days ago and never received confirmation it was purchased or order received, yet money was taken out of my account to pay for it. I’ve tried reaching customer service bc the status on my profile in their website states it’s ready and as well as shipment status yet i haven’t received confirmation of this or a tracking number as most serious and normally companies provide. I’ve tried emailing them and no repones. I’ve emailed 2x already. No response. Horrible service. I better either get my item soon or my money back.

Worst company to deal with. Ended up getting charged by the delivery company an extra $100 even after I paid shipping costs to the tshirt palace. I was looking to purchase a shirt online. There was a link that said if I sign up for their newsletter I can get 15% off of my first order. I signed up and it emailed me a coupon for 15% off only if I spend $100. So basically they tricked me into giving them my email address so they can spam me.I wouldve bought the shirt without the 15% off, but now that I feel like theyve been shady and underhanded, Ill go somewhere else for it.
