Just visited for the first time in awhile---it is such a pleasure to walk across the threshold of this store, like a different world. A Grand department store that still cares, with crisp service, bright F U L L clothing display racks filled with merchandise that is attractive, compelling. The Childrens clothing section is out of a dream. Just had to write something, what you feel here is so rare---lately it seems.

I dont go to Von Maur that often but when I do customer service (sales clerks) is Always Great. Which is Very Rare these days!!!..I Truly Appreciate the consistency of the service given. Two thumbs up to Von Maur for hiring the right people and keeping a standard of Great Service Alive.

Im a person who takes advantage of 50 percent off at the resale shops. Yet I find love in this store. I always walk by an item a say damn that cost a lot. However after walking through the entire mall I seems to return to that Item and purchase it. My 4 year old loves this store because the dresses are fashionable and not seen everywhere.

A peaceful and relaxing shopping experience. No high pressure sales associates, only people who are looking to make your time in their store more enjoyable and pleasurable. A beautifully tended location, more like a venue than a shop.

Every single time I go into this store everyone is so welcoming and kind! The staff go out of their way to check up on you and bring the size you need, even if you ask numerous times. Not to mention the selection they offer is beautiful!! There is something for everyone and the products are very good quality as well!

It smells so good in this store. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The shoe department is awesome- just wished the purse department was just as good. When they have a Sale, its a real sale.

Staff is friendly, but man the prices are outrageous. $150 for a button down shirt, when H&N across the isle is $12. Not saying the quality is the same, but 10x better? Hard to justify.

Von Maur is the most fantastic store. Each and every associate goes out of their way to help you. They practice social distancing and are some of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

When we are shopping in Von Maur, it is always a great experience. Beautiful selection, friendly and helpful salespeople.

They have an impressive selection of mens clothes but work on margins that are uncharacteristic of local shopping. So all in all, you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere. But apparently this business model works for them.

Very organized and a well clean environment. Some evening they have a piano player playing for the shoppers as they shop. The workers attend to your every need. They do a good job at making their customers satisfied.

This is a great store for casual, sport, business looks for men. A high end fashion store with all of the looks you need for any occasion. I can dress for work or to play. Good customer service with a variety of brands for the GQ look, casual business, board room, golf course, bar and the bed room. Every outfit I have had on, that Ive purchased from Von Maur, the Ladies at my job have told me/ YOU LOOKING GOOD/OR NICE OUTFIT/OR THE MAIN ONE---U R LOOKING SEXY! What more can I say????

Nice clothes. Not enough 2XL. Cant imagine paying $50 for shorts. $75 for t-shirts, $90 for swim trunks, & $100+ for collared/polo shirts though

Went in looking for a dress shirt on the day of a wedding and had a great experience. Not only did they have a great selection in my size but also wonderful customer service!

I have been a customer at Vanmour for years, and my experience has been relatively positive. However, just recently my mother and I had a demeaning encounter with a sales associate named Ilene. The way she followed us around made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She treated us in a patronizing way, and her words hinted at an accusation of stealing- something loyal customers like my mom and I did NOT take lightly. No customer deserves to be treated that way. I am writing this review in hopes to prevent this situation from happening to future customers. Because that kind of treatment is NOT okay.

There isnt a store anywhere that you get service in like you do here. Always top notch. I ordered a dress they didnt have in my size and it came with a hand written card, thanking me for my purchase. Nowhere does that.

Decent anchor store for the mall, lots of varieties. Decently priced, but slightly pushy on the sales.

I needed a comfort shoe that my foot doctor had suggested and after going to four other stores in the area and having no luck I ended up in Von Maur. I was so impressed with the sales people and the one helping me was also the store manager. I not only walked out with a pair of shoes but felt like I had been the only customer in the store! They were so wonderful! You just don’t get that kind of service anymore! I will for sure be going back to Von Maur! 😃

The best store ever just became like…The best store ever just became like every other cookie cutter store. They must be closing since final sales policy has been instated. Even dollar stores don’t have final sales.I called to see if my local store could request the item I was interested in, so I could try on, and I was told no. They just lost a weekly shopper that rarely went a week without purchase.

I think they have just about everything you could want. And Im sure everybody that shops there knows that its very pricey but have a lot of quality items and some unique items you wont find other places. Everybodys very courteous and helpful and the facility is extremely clean. Everybody is observing covid suggested safety protocol..

Hahahahahaha. Its cotton and you want $200 for a single shirt? Hahahahaha. Ive looked at the patterns and stitching and while no expert, I am sure it is not worth the price. If you have tommuch money and just want to beg, go here. If you want to get an 8K 82 tv like I did, go somewhere else. I prefer Mens Warehouse.

High end store in what is now unfortunately a low end mall. But the store is always very clean, well stocked and very friendly staff. Prices are high, but it is designer items and there are always great bargains on the clearance racks.

Cannot even shop in this store without being followed around by their security or loss prevention, its so annoying I refuse to go back to this store. Rather I bought someone or just looked, every single time Ive been to this store I was followed. Just get some damn cameras!

Coming here is like traveling back in time to when department stores gave you impeccable service. I wasnt sure what size jacket to get my boyfriend...and after describing the build to the woman helping me she had another staff member come over to try both sizes on so I could see which size to get. Truly amazing service.

Von Maur is the perfect store for everything I need. The staff at the Livonia location is incredible. I dont ever feel like Im just a sale to them like I do at other places. Their cosmetic department is the only one Ill shop at anymore and they have a great variety of brands.

This store is a mixed bag. It is clean, spacious and fairly bright, but the decor is from the 90s and it just looks dated.The staff is very helpful and pays attention to the shoppers, making the service part a very good experience. However, I found the merchandise to be very limited and definitely geared towards skinny people. Not much of a selection for guys that are bigger than size L.

Love this store, more so when I come across those deals. Items are organized nicely through out the store. The sales clerk could have been more enthusiastic with her job in the Jr. Department downstairs, the dressing room also could of used a little attention in the rooms with hangers/clothes left behind after trying on.
