Owner is more interested with talking than serving customers. Staff stand around looking clueless. No customer acknowledgement made

This is the nicest biggby coffee in town. I pass other coffee places and go out of my way to come here. Besides, they seem to always have in stock the drinks I like. The other major chain always says were no longer serving that or were out . Love this place.

Ive only been here twice but both of those times I got a frozen drink I think the first one was called a Nutty Squirrel and the other one was like a strawberry sky both of them are amazing theyre really good

I actually love this location and the owners, however! I’m horribly disappointed in the poor service I received today. Ordered coffee and a bagel for my friend and I. Went to sit and wait for the bagel while catching up with my friend. After 15-20 I hadn’t heard the order called out, so I walked back up to the counter and saw a bag on the counter. I asked if it was mine and they said yes 🧐and that they had called the Oder out several times.I was extremely puzzled as to why I was sitting directly across from the counter and at no time did anyone make eye contact, wave me over or simply walk over kindly and say here’s your order. This saddens me because I’m extremely generous any where I go, as I myself have worked in hospitality and am a Server Trainer.First and foremost, you NEVER dispute the guest or customer. All that was needed was a simple, we apologize. We weren’t aware you hadn’t gotten your completed order. The fact of the matter is that my friend asked to go somewhere else for coffee because she’d never tried BiGGBY. I told her she’d love it. Yet was embarrassed to have her see the employees continue to discuss how they were irritated that I requested a fresh bagel be made in place of the cold one sitting out.In fairness the cashier didn’t complain at all, she quickly prepared another bagel. The two baristas continue to look over at the table and speak about the situation instead of just smiling and chalking it up as a lesson. My suggestion would be to Anyone in customer to strive to exceed the standard of service and moreover say the word SERVICE and think about what it means to you as an individual. If it doesn’t line up with what you’re capable or desiring you do, then consider a different line of work.I don’t take this much of my time to write about things I don’t care about. I care about treating people fairly, and with the utmost respect and for that reason I give this location 2 Stars only because the coffee was good.😕

I am not a morning person, but the staff are super easy to talk to theyre really nice and I dont mind talking to them in the morning haha

Been my go-to place for coffee for the past couple of years. Theyre quick and efficient. Are always nice even if the line is long.

Came here Christmas Eve and had a good experience. I asked for 8 hot chocolates during a semi busy time and they were polite and got started on it right away and had it all ready within a few minutes. The hot chocolates were really good as well.

I like the coffee but not willing to put up with the kid with an attitudeI’ll swing by Starbucks for a better cup of joe

Worst Biggby Customer Service Experince EVER!!!The manager seems sweet but once you ask One question or say something you may not like about your food, shes holds a personal attitude. I purchased a coffee & cream cheese bagel so as a paying customer if people dont like how its made or anything they can have an opinion to say that is fair and allowed at ANY Establishment except here it seems like!!While talking to the manager I had to pause and literally ask Do we personally Know each other or have we dated because of the way she was treating me over Nothing. My bagel barely was toasted, and Did Not have really have any cream cheese on it, said I had to purchase some more if I wanted more when I already purchased before. I showed a customer the bagel, and they suggested I should exchange that bagel, but the Manager said You Can Not exchange it but You can BUY Another One! The customer said thats not fair and some bull, they left themselves afterwards...Im NEVER Coming back, TOTAL Disrespect over a bagel(nothing) Seriously!!!!

The staff is what sets them apart from other coffee places, yes they have good coffee. But its their staff that makes this place a real stand out

I was not here for coffee. My friend and I tried Milkster ice cream. She had chocolate truffle, I had coconut cream. She really liked hers and I really liked mine. However, I had to give two stars because #1-two single scoops was nearly ten dollars and #2-they dont scrape the bowl and give you all the ice cream. It mixes with a kitchen aid and there is ice cream that remains on the mixing paddle as well as stuck to the bowl. A scoop is used to remove the ice cream from the bowl. I could see there was enough left behind that I wanted her to take a spatula to the bowl and give the remains to me. After all, they were making me a single serving and I did pay for it. Instead, she removed the bowl, rinsed it out, and down the drain it went. For the price, portion size, flavor, and options, Ill stick with custard from Culvers.

First BIGGBY coffee location I have ever visited. Really calm/relaxed atmosphere inside and Baristas are friendly as well. A lot of different varieties of coffees and lattes. Has a nitrogen creamery inside as well.

This biggby was really hopping! The staff were SUPER friendly and efficient! They have a little ice cream bar in there as well- fresh made ice cream that was absolutely delicious. The owner was super friendly and nice as well, we’ll be back!

Gotta love their coffee! The staff is so nice and positive. I recommend the mocha latte! Maybe even with like an expresso shot. Although they can get a little pricey so check the price before ordering!

Friendly staff great coffee awesome customer service. if there was one of these in Florida I would go all the time. I highly recommend that you stop in for a nice hot latte or a great cup of coffee.

This was my first time visiting this location but it wont be my last.I purchased my iced tea and the barista offered to add extra ice because it sometimes is so hot. I really appreciated that but I did not have cash to tip him. Ill be back for more tea and with his tip 🌞

Coffee was in the self serve pump type pots on the side of cashier area and had gotten a little cold, but the coffee was ok. the friend I was with ordered a small hot chocolate and was like 5 bucks and way too sweet. nice little area outside for sitting and talking when weather permits. inside can get a little tight and sometimes hard to find seating. parking can get a little tight outside too. overall nice little spot to grab a cup of coffee.

Always have had a good experience at this location. I was pleasantly surprised that they have Ice Cream now. Which is made using Nitorgen. I am looking forward to trying their ice cream next time I am there. Highly recommend this Biggby.

This is my FAVORITE Biggby location. Ive been to many, but this one has the best staff. They are friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They are patient as you decide your order, but they make your drink quickly and correctly. In addition, they play awesome music as you hang out, provide fun trivia questions, and even a patio during the summer. To top it all off, they offer so many coupons and discounts. BEST BIGGBY EVER!

Annoying jingle bells music, nice staff, tables and chairs not even so wobble, county music didnt make it better its Michigan not the deep south. eclectic music mix, no music would of been GREAT!, would of actually Paid to have no music, volume is also too high. (-1 Star)

The baristas are friendly and do a great job with all my high-maintenance requests. Lol! Its well worth belonging to their loyalty club and text blasts. A nice place for a date, to catch up on work, or to catch up with a friend.

Im a Biggby fan! Way better than Starbucks. On Wednesday they have 1/2 off and reward cards. Plus theyre just down to earth there and you can pronounce everything. The baristas are helpful and dont judge you...Unlike Starbucks who you always hear good and bad.Biggby sticks to the reason they are there...SELLING AMAZING COFFEE!

My go to spot to spot to grab coffee in the morning, the staff is very friendly and this Bigbby in particular will sometimes have some pretty great coffee specials. The only criticism Id give is their music playlist isnt really what Id expect out of a coffee shop.

I used to love this Biggby because the employees were constantly engaged with the customers...all the customers. Friday March 5 near closing time... I felt like a number to be mocked. I dont deserve to pay money for a drink then get laughed at and shot dirty looks. The only reason Im not giving this store a one star review is because the drinks were good. Step up the customer service people. You have done better in the past. Pitch the gossiping jerks and bring back the quality people.

I love biggby coffee, my favorite of all: soy latte 😋🤤 super nice and friendly baristas.They closed the one at Haggerty and 8 mile, so we started going to the one at Grand River and Novi Rd. When they closed that one we started coming to this one.

A local I know very well, by the name of Robert Emad Jordan, has been seen filming in your establishment. He has already been banned from various establishments in Livonia such as Alloush Grill. He is a sociopath who makes threatening Instagram and YouTube videos under the name Big Rob Fitness and harasses children and women, post videos using words such as “humanity” and “Jahn.” Will you please ban him here too?

This Biggby hasnt stood out much apart from the prototype. Good coffee and adequate areas to work. Id like it to have compostable containers or in house reusable cups.

Some CREEEP was sitting in one of the corner tables while wearing a hoodie trying to conceal from what I could tell; a very ugly insulting mug. This creep was wearing prescription glasses but I could see those eyes bouncing from customer to customer; specially the young men such as myself. I managed to hear him making threats and asking someone about their parents health. I had enough of him and decided to take my business elsewhere, while on my way out I heard I’m yell “getting Loud in the City!!” What a scary experience.

I went into this Biggby Coffee with my 9 year old son, to enjoy some nice hot coffee and get him one of their Creme Freeze smoothie. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a creepy guy in the corner wearing a Hat, glasses and a Hoodie that said Big Rob Fitness on the back. He had his cell phone out and seem to be recording my son. He was talking to himself, but couldnt make out what he was saying. I was very uncomfortable with the way he was looking at my little boy, so I went to ask him why he was staring at my little boy? Without any provocation he started yelling I AM THE THE BADDEST AZZ MOTHEFER ON YOUTUBE! I could tell right away he was mentally unstable, so I stopped in my tracks. A few other costumers were also very uncomfortable with the way this man was acting. He then started yelling I FEAR NO MAN! I ONLY FEAR GOD! I immediately grabbed my son and left. I frequent this coffee house very often, and have seen this nut job a couple of times, but he seems to be getting worse. A few other customers also got up and left. I reported to this to management the next day. I hope they do something about this crazy man filming in their shop, because I will contact corporate if they do not!

Make sure you do not go to this location before 7am. On their website, on their door, and on Google maps it says they open at 6am, but really they open at 7am. Other than that, good place to get your coffee.

Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a bagel. Bagel went from toasted to cold. I frequent here however will no longer be coming here.

Every time I walk in here, I almost immediately catch a whiff of the aroma of coffee beans, which I think is delectable to say the least. This Biggby location has a nice interior; although cavernous (dark paint colors on the ceiling), it makes up for it with comfy seating in places, the sale of greeting cards, the sale of their food products, and more. The work staff behind the counter seem very polite and appear dedicated to providing good service for their customers.

Excellent staff, great location, but Im still not a fan of all of their drinks. My family loves it though, which is a plus.

I stopped going to starbucks because of the price of a cup of coffee. Not that Im cheap, but I drink a coffee everyday, so think of the weekly cost. I tried this place, pretty good flavor selection, but holy hell!!! Sticker shock. $5.86 for a coffee? Like I said good flavors, high cost. So, lets do the math. 5.85 each day, times lets say 5 days a week, equals to... a whole Lotta money. Haha. Ill stick to dunkin for my everyday fix, and use this place as a special treat. Friendly staff, good vibe when u walk in.
