Worst staff ever they wont even know how much quantity they were mixing the cream or sugar.Coffee is cold not even warm.

Today breaking up boxes was more important than serving customers. The line is now three people and the only reason we are being served is because I had to check the cashier. Whose come back was my boss said do boxes.....he must hate breaking down boxes, or need a new job because he wont give me his name.....so unprofessional now Im going to have to take this to headquarters with they no receipt providing machine.......no more visits from me.

I love this Starbucks! Yes, the wait is long! Yes, it’s an inconvenience sometimes!But they have the BEST coffee and the employees at this location are great too! I’m always greeted with a friendly hello and smile! At the beginning of the day, on a cold morning...or at the end of a long work day...sometimes that cheerful person is such a relief!I have a Starbucks a bit closer to my home, but continue to drive to this location!

Great teas and Specialty drinks as well as all the baked items. Now as for the wait staff, I think Starbucks runs a tight ship and I believe that they make their people happy because theyre some of the nicest employees you can find anywhere. The specific Starbucks as one of the best Ive been to.

Not only did we have to wave a Target associate down to finally get help, because they only had one person working, it took 25 minutes to get our order despite the fact that no one was before me. No drink carriers, and to top it all off, I received the completely wrong flavor of egg bites (not finding out until I was already in my car driving away.) The effort was absolutely not worth the money. Never again will I go back; the drive thru up the road is faster and the line is always longer.

The employee refused to serve me when I arrived at 7:48 but contiined to server people who after arrived after me. She was not wearing a nametag and refused to identify herself on request. However she continued to server people who arrived after me until 8:23 when she rudely left claiming to get a manager to speak to me. I watched the employee instead gather her personal belongings and leaving through the pizza hut. Now I understand that the beverage I was ordering was not a basic drink but I do expect a starbucks employee to be able to handle an order that has a few modifications. Instead the unnamed woman took every simple coffee order and fled choosing to close 37 minutes early.

The absolute worst starbucks I have ever been to. I went in to order two drinks and not only did JNeese have the WORST attitude, she did not know how to make my drinks. I ordered a Keto blended beverage and it was SUCH an inconvenience for her to accommodate. She walked away multiple times while I was ordering. While this was happening, an older gentleman was about a foot away from me holding his two dollars complaining that it shouldnt take 45 minutes to order coffee started getting aggressive with me. The manager asked the gentleman to back off multiple times while the Starbucks employee refused to helpe or anyone else and walked away. Again. Save yourself the headache and go to the Starbucks down the road. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Came here twice so far and each time my simple black coffee with one sugar was warm/cold. If I wanted a ice cap I would of ordered one! When they pour the coffee into the cup can’t they tell that it’s NOT HOT?! So why serve it? Never again.

This Starbucks has never had consistent hours, it’s like they just close whenever they feel like it. It was like before COVID-19 . It’s beyond frustrating when you go into Target during normal business hours and you get turned away at the Starbucks because they decided to close at 2pm.

The worse Starbucks ever! Getto attitude staff! Place is not clean! Young person on could have cared less about waiting on. us. Instead of making sure that their was someone to cover her while she was on break, she walked off. Said it was closed and went over to talk with Target staff. From the looks of the place I was probably saved from getting a obotculisum. Counters and seating area were unclean. With people needing jobs nowadays, this staff member and her lack of thought less attitude needs to be fired!

If the same staff is ringing you up and making your coffee, do you think it is best that she wash her hands first before she touches your coffee cup and lid? (especially when I paid in cash)

There are Starbucks everywhere but this location tends to have very professional and friendly staff.

Came in this morning for coffee, it took a little while but sometimes you have to wait for perfection! Wonderful employees.

Another awesome starbucks ovation, super friendly staff, i ordered my vent Java Chip like always and they made it just perfect. I will definitely return to this location. Everyone working was so nice too!

When I grab my coffee on the weekends, Im welcomed with friendly and inviting staff. Always polite and never an incorrect order. Makes my weekend every time!

The people who work at this Starbucks are so nice! They always make friendly conversation and are quick in the drive-thru. Going to this location is a little bit out of the way for me sometimes, but it makes the difference to have great service :)

Twice I have been to this Starbucks and twice they have made my drink wrong. Beyond irritated. If I pay 6 dollars for a damn coffee you better get it right. Do not go here

My last experience at this Starbucks wasnt that great. I ordered an ice frappe for my wife and a strawberries and cream drink for myself. The barista made the frappe hot and my drink tasted nothing like strawberries. I wish i had just got a coffee, hard to mess that up.

There doesnt seem to be a working number here. Each time I try the extension for Starbucks, it always hangs up.

Nov 2019 Zero stars. Wait in line 10 min only to be told their steamer is broken. On top of consistenty poor service. They didnt think to post a sign???Summer 2019 was here at 830 and they were closed even tho hrs on line say open at 8am. Not the first time for this. You are better off driving to a real starbucks so you dont waste your time.

Have been told multiple times at this location that they do not have toppings to make caramel drinks. Barista was rude. Skip this one go to a different coffee shop.

Fast and fresh. Love the pumpkin spice latte and keep coming back here for it.

Every time I come I remember why I don’t like this location. Slowest Starbucks in all of the Starbucks history. You will wait forever.

They lady working was very nice although i asked for a iced french vanilla coffee and she made it horrible do i asked her to re make it and she made it totally different and then i asked for something else and she still messes it up.

Worst cup of coffee I have ever had. Ordered a blond roast. It tasted as if the beans were burnt while roasting and was more bitter then MSU was after losing to Michigan this year.
