This particular store has an extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacist on duty. We recently moved and wanted to see if we could transfer our prescriptions to a different store. The way that my wife was treated was totally uncalled for when she inquired about her medications. His attitude towards her was as if she was bothering him and that she should know better. I mean, grow up and act like a professional instead of treating customers like dirt and talking down to them. Needless to say we are glad we are leaving this store and never plan on returning for anything.
I go out of my way to go to this cvs location. Clean and organized. Chris is very helpful!
Very kind staff and clean store. Pharmacy is generally busy, but they work hard to fill medications as fast as they can whilst explaining any deviations from normal medications. Thank you!
Best cvs location I know of great service
Clean store well stocked good products and rewards program
Marilyn rounded up my total without asking me and I paid with card. Had to go back in to get my money back feels very shady to me. Not a fan of her sadly. Shes a very nice lady but money is money and time is money dont have all the time in the world
Was fine at first, until I was blatantly disrespected from one of the older cashiers. You shouldnt curse at your own customer, especially when they are 5 feet away from you. Yes I did tell you I would be right back, CLEAN OUT YOUR EARS. Or maybe have some god damn respect for people, pick one.
I love the flamin hot Cheetos you sell here.
Rude, not friendly. The young man who works the drive thru is so polite always has a smile. He is the only one I would give six starr to.
If I could give zero stars I would! The worst pharmacy ever they think they can play god or are above what your doctor writes for you regarding prescriptions and how many/quantity they are racist as well they see my last name and all the sudden they don’t have my scrips in after I just called while in the parking lot this happened more than once I suggest no one goes there hopefully they will be fined and shut down they DO NOT TRUMP YOUR DOCTOR AND CANNOT PLAY GOD WITH YOUR MEDICATIONS!
Great staff, very helpful
Ive been going here for years. Every business has its down side but I love them.
The prices at CVS are always more expensive then Walgreens. A concealer I just purchased from CVS was $10.99. I ended up picking the wrong color so I returned it. They didn’t have the color I needed so I went to Walgreens and it was only $7.99. And Walgreens was having a buy 2 get one free sale so I ended up buying 2 more things! CVS barley ever has those kinds of sales.
It took multiple calls to this pharmacy for them to successfully check for a fax. Then it took 7 hours for them to tell me they didnt have the medications in stock. They found them at another location, but were unable to successfully transfer the prescription. This location has wasted hours of my time and I will never go back to them.
I have always had a good experience here. The service is fast, even when the line is long I did not have much of a wait. The orders are always correct and they have helped me change my prescription with no problems. Good service, good people.
Overall, this is a good store with helpful staff.However.Whomever does their grocery ordering is not using common sense. We forgot to get powdered sugar at the grocery store, and stopped in to see if CVS had it.They didnt, which was fine...but instead they had FIVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF GRANULATED SUGAR, and I believe a bag or 2 of brown.I would like to suggest that perhaps they replace one of the FIVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF GRANULATED SUGAR with some alternate baking options. I think that 3 brands of granulated sugar is plenty, and then a powdered/confectioners sugar and a type of brown or 2 would be a much more effective and appealing choice to customers that may be running in for that quick grocery item.Let me state again, its OK that they didnt have the powdered sugar...I get that, and thats not what bothered me. But to not have it in what seems to be in favor of 5 different kinds of granulated sugar is particularly ridiculous.
The store is clean. The staff is always nice to me. We had a return and it was painless. I really appreciated their service.
Excellent place we were in and out fast
Absolutely awful. Rude to customers, and they are using COVID-19 as an excuse to be terrible to customers.
A little slow and the staff there are always irritated with customers.
Pharmacist lied about a prescription, gave the wrong amount, then due to her incompetence, caused trouble with my primary doctor. Lucky for me, the dash cam on my truck caught her in her lie. Glad I used the drive thru. Had to explain it thru another pharmacist who worked there who actually had a command of the English language. How this person keeps their job while communicating so poorly, Ill never know.
PLEASE READ: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in here 3/2/19 at 3am-ish, cashier Pamela didnt greet or talk to me at all, as if I didnt even exist though she greeted every other African American that walked in (I am white). I bought a La Roche Posay item for $36, got home, opened it, and INSIDE WAS A FREAKIN LOREAL LIP BALM or something...certainly not what I paid for. Went back to simply exchange it for the correct item and Pamela once again acted like I wasnt physically there...manager (white guy in his 30s or 40s) told me: WELL SINCE THE BOXES ON THIS ITEM ARENT SEALED NOTHIN WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Treated me condescendingly and like a crook. I went back later in the day to talk to a different manager, Cathy (who also treated me as a burden, smh) and she reiterated the nonsense the other guy gave me earlier, so Im out $30 and hurt feelings because they dislike their jobs and enjoy making their customers feel inferior and like theives. I probably spend a few grand at CVS a year and get my scripts there but after this experience with Pamela and her manager I wont be utilizing CVS for anything any longer. Sad, really. Some day i hope that he and Pamela find jobs they are better suited for (not customer service). And yeah poster Ollie (below) is right, theyre racist.
Moved to Livonia Michigan 9 months ago and I am over all dissatisfied with this pharmacy and have decided to change to Top Care Pharmacy. My total pharmacy bill for 2017 was right at $26,000 and this pharmacy ranks near the bottom of the pharmacies I used in St.Louis and its not just one or 2 things it seems to be an ongoing problem with them so I done some research and Im changing. They dont deserve my business and so tomorrow I will be going to a different pharmacy for my needs.
People are really nice and its a really nice store
This cvs has now denied 5 perceptions over the course of 4 years and over 60 scripts a year. The excuses are mind boggling including store policy, company policy, and its the law. We have complained to store management and corporate management and not only were we satisfied with a resolution, but we were never even contacted for resolution. We may not provide enough profit to be listened to, but in the competitive pharmacy industry there are plenty of others for us to use. Adios, CVS.
Pharmacy is great but it sucks that it isnt 24 hrs anymore. Cant blame them tho I wouldnt want that shift.
Terrible chain. I stopped walking a few doors down to the 7/Beech CVS because I didn’t like waiting the standard 20-30 minutes in line every time I needed to pick up a prescription. So now I drive 2 miles to the 7/Middlebelt location. But I will be switching to Walgreens or Meijer because this company is incapable of filling simple prescriptions. Almost every single time they manage to screw up some aspect of the order. I don’t know how these people stay in business, but if they do it won’t be with my help. Today was the last straw (of many). I only rated them 1 star because zero or negative stars are not options.
Staff are helpful and know where to find products. They usually have things I am looking for.
Nice people. Bright, clean store.
Slowest checkout in the world. Terrible pharmacy hours.Check everything: theyve made serious errors filling my scripts in the past.
One of the most incompetent pharmacies Ive ever been associated with! I am diabetic, and it took them 3 1/2 weeks I talking to four different people to get my test strips which I received 700. They gave me 50 to tide me over which only lasted less than five days. If you have a life-threatening illness I dont recommend waiting for someone with any brains or heart to try and help you out you might end up in the ER!!!! They lost $10,000 a year and I hope it hurts!!😝
TERRIBLE! Line is always long and they always have one slow cashier, literally have had to leave because I’ve waited 10 minutes without moving.
Good store, staff is always helpful!!
Pharmacy made me wait 30 minutes to tell me they didnt have my medicine!! This should be the first thing they do after dropping off a prescription!!! Will never come back!!
Great Service!
Chris is awesome!
Very rude and unhelpful staff.. came here for passport picture and returned with different sized pictures.
Im usually a very positive individual but this cvs pharmacy has some serious problems.
Pharmacy is way to slow why you need to wait one hour to fill a script?
Very friendly at all times!
I’m tired of their horrible service!!
3 days to fill a prescription!!!!!!
Alright
