Called numerous times, yet they decided not to order my prescription. Overheard their conversation about it being expensive so she decided not to order it for me. At Walgreens they can decide whether or not you need a prescription or not. Waited four days. Manager, Kurt is a joke and made up lies about the ordering system.
I am also impressed with how hard the staff works at this particular Walgreens location on Newburgh and Livonia, Mi. They dont rest one minute. My prescriptions are filled on the spot and in a timely matter. I am most impressed with how the assistants even took the time to switch over and call my prescriptions over from CVS in Northville.My family has used this pharmacy for over 10 years. We have no complaints. I see the young staff always working professionally and most importantly, their courtesy/attitude is incredible. They ALWAYS treat me with respect. I have had two very poor experiences with the pharmacy. I have always used Walgreens but recently moved to Michigan and it us a distance. However, I decided to travel further and continue my patronage. The first time I was not given three meds. Got home and had to return. The second time I was given three meds but one only had one tablet instead of three months supply. I had to make another trip. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Samantha in photo saved the day for me. I had ordered prints from Walgreens on six and Farmington snd went to pick up however there was a building structural issue in their photo area and they were not allowed to go back there to retrieve my photos which I needed within the hour. I shot down to your location and Samantha helped me quickly redownload the photos and edited and printed them immediately for me. I know she was just doing her job but she was such a savior to me so thank you!!! Mary Louwers
Worst experiences with a pharmacy ever. Had a rx called to the 8 mile and Farmington for meds after throat surgery. Told late in the say they dont have it in stock and would have to order it the following day and hopefully would be delivered in Friday. Asked what do I do if it doesnt come in and told they would deal with the issue at that time. Also told me the script couldnt be transferred to another store. Dr. Would haveto contact the store directly.Called 4 stores in the area and none did.I spoke to the pharmacist at this store who assured me they had the meds. Had my Dr. call the rx to them and recorded message said the store was working on it Wednesday evening. Called this morning and recording said there was no prescriptions ordered for me. Called this store back and Beth was told the details and put me on hold to researchAfter 20 minutes andof hold time, the call was forwarded to the front if the store, and disconnected. Called back and pharmacy recording said they were again working on it. Called back yet again an hour later and recording said the meds would be available for pick up after 11:30am. Called again b4 heading to pick them up was again told the store was working on it. Ended up talking to Beth who told me they were really busy but she would have them available within a half hour. 5 minutes later I received a call from her telling me that the meds are not in stock and have to be ordered. Despite all this her apologies and explanations and overall incompetence of everyone involved at Walgreens, I have decided to find another pharmacy that actually performs to at least minimal standards .

Didn’t know there was a limit for Red Bulls. There was a deal 2 for $5. I tried to buy two Red Bulls but Steven the manager refused to sell me two. I could only buy one. I saw more stock in back cooler but he refused to sell me more than one. I then went to cvs, had no problem. He should be reported and not be working there
If I could, I would give this Walgreens Pharmacy a 0! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used and will never go back! I spent about 4 hours calling this pharmacy yesterday afternoon asking if an Rx was sent there. First call was made around 12:30 PM, and the Rx was sent at 9:30 AM from the doctors office. They stated they are still entering in the Rxs....this was sent from the doctors office electronically. I was told to call back in 30 minutes to check. I call back about an hour later, and I spoke to another pharmacist tech. This person had asked me the patients name, address, and DOB about 5 different times, and putting me on hold every time I gave them an answer. Clearly they didnt know what they were doing. I speak, to someone else, they stated they didnt get the Rx and to have the doctor resend (after the first call I did confirm with the doctor the Rx was sent to the correct Walgreens). I was constantly getting the run around at this pharmacy because apparently NO ONE that works there knows what they are doing.When I go to pick up the Rx, I was asked for the name and address. Gave them the info and they said they had the address under Florida. Not right at all! I proceeded to tell the technician that I have never been asked the address, but always asked the DOB, which I gave and we knew the Rx was the correct one, but the address was wrong. She proceeded to step away and work with the other pharmacist to correct their mistake. I asked where they got Florida from, because all information came straight over from the doctors office. They proceeded to ignore my question and went on to correcting the mistake, not taking ownership that they screwed up.When paying for the Rx, I was NEVER asked by the technician if I had any questions with the use of the Rx. I was NEVER told that itll look the seal is broken and to not worry, they had to mix the powder and liquid together. So, when I get home to give the Rx to my child, I see the broken seal, and called the pharmacy to question this. They explained its normal practice to mix this up, but again, did not take ANY OWNERSHIP for their mistakes on not informing me of this. I didnt trust them, instead had to call a family member who is a nurse to make sure this was normal practice.So, needless to say, we will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy again. First time using it, its convenient with our location, but the workers are not properly trained and have no clue what they are doing. Instead, well go to a different pharmacy, that is not within Walgreens, to get our Rxs filled.

This pharmacy is terrible!! My doctor called in a script that needed to be ordered. I called the next day to find out an ETA because I had not heard from them. I waited on hold for 10 mins to even talk to someone. They ordered it but wasnt sure if they could get it, his response was well see if it comes in I am not going to wait to see if my script comes in, I need to know that is it coming or not so I can go to another pharmacy!After another call to them and waiting another 10 mins on hold with no resolution and still not knowing if my script was coming in or not. I had my doctor resend the script to Costco and it came in 2 days. Never dealing with this pharmacy again. I will stick to Costco for now on, much more helpful pharmacy staff.
The people working in the pharmacy are always slow and very rude. I had a prescription filled a couple days before the holidays which I could not get up there in time to pick up with being so busy. They called and left multiple voicemails reminding me to pick them up. I went up there tonight to pick them up and they couldn’t understand English and was telling me I didn’t have any prescriptions that needed to be filled when I get the same one filed there every month. Then they asked me what I needed filled as they were supposedly looking at my file?! So needless to say I’m switching to a different pharmacy.

Went into scan some photo which I have never done before, Dante explained it to me and then sat down and helped scan my photos to make the process go faster so thank you Dante! Great service!!
Pharmacy here did not know how communicate with my insurance to get my medication approved. Other Walgreen location helped me, so it must be just this location.
I usually love coming to this Walgreens to get the things that I need. One day I noticed that the cashier CIndy was rushing customers and as ring rude towards me and a older gentleman in front of me. I don’t appreciate the attitude when I come in this Walgreens almost everyday. Thank you and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this Walgreens. Also the manager is usally mean towards the employees from what I noticed and even had others say the same.

I do not recommend using this Walgreens for photos. Of the over 100 photos we picked up. None of them were trimmed and there was an inch overhang of white space on all of them. For the cost that we payed this was frustrating.
Its somewhat dusty, but this Walgreens had everything my mother and me needed to find. My mother also used the photo center to get some photos processed, but she was having trouble as it looked complicated to use. Employees are friendly and guide you to the right place for what youre looking for. A lot of the appeal looks good, too.
Very rude Pharmacy tech, long blondish hair. She was rude to me and embarrassed a coworker in front of me and other customers. I was in around 10:15 on December 20th. I do want to mention that the other pharmacy tech was very kind and helpful.
This is the worst Walgreens around. Every time I go in there, they seem short staffed, lines take forever to check out. The people that work there look miserable. Specifically, a cashier named Collin last month was mouthing and yelling at another employee that he had to get out of there before he loses his freaking mind. He then proceeded to question me when I asked for the receipt, Oh you want the receipt?Ill go across the street to Rite Aid or the CVS down the street. This place is a disgrace.

Open til midnight on Sundays? They locked the door at 9p. I called the store, the recording said 12a on Sunday. SMH
I went to schedule an appointment for vaccines and they took me in right away. They had all of the vaccines I needed, I was very pleased.
Pharmacy is super slow. Gave us incorrect amount of antibotics for my child. Shorted us 18ml (3days)
