Actually I was there for an Amazon return, which was a quick & seamless process. The woman in line ahead of me had multiple packages and I only had one. The cashier asked if she minded letting her take care of me 1st and surprisingly she agreed, BLESS U BOTH! The icing on the cake was u get a $5 Kohls gift receipt good to use for one week! I used mine right then for a purchase and while I was at the cashier to pay for my purchase, a woman walked up and gave me her $5 receipt! I was able to use both gift receipts on the same purchase (u know some stores put up a fuss saying u can only use one per purchase)! All in all, great visit!!

This location is clean and very well organized. The staff is super friendly and very professional. The boys clothing section is very small compared to all the other clothing sections with very little variety. Prices are little high for the area, but usually have good deals.

The only thing I did not like...... I did a drive up, pick up order. The instructions on the sign were fairly simple. That was cool. However, while sitting in the car I got message saying thank you, my order had been picked up. 🤔 that concerned me because I had not received my order. A few minutes went by and I still didnt see my order come out. I had to get out the car and go in to get it. The person working in customer service said it sends that alert when the worker grabs your items to bring it out. I think that is not cool. I should get the alert once my items have made it to the car and I have verified all items are there. I have never experience this with other stores. The worker could have easily put my items in someone elses car intentionally or not because in the stores eyes it was delivered before it even made it out the store. There is another company that ask for last name and a code on the phone before they release the items. And that code must be put into the scanner before the items can be put in your car. Which in turns sends an alert saying your items have been picked up to the customer.

I thought Kohls had nicer stuff. Thats why I went. Turns out that there stuff is average. I bought a dress shirt that was buy one and get the second half off. It was on a hanger and wrinkled. I could have gotten it cheaper else where. Press for time, I bought it anyway. Ill be sure to plan ahead next time. Cashiers were allowing people to go back and continue shopping while holding up the long line. Ill never go back to Kohls when in a pinch.

I give it a five because they have a return department for your Amazon returns and and and it is great all they do is scan your item and you give them the item and youre out and also they give you 15 to 30% coupons to use the same day and when you shop, no one constantly follow you around like you a gangster or sumthin. (Hint) When you 1st enter the store go past all the cashiers walk straight to the back of the store make a right you will see a small stand which youll see a cashier. Thats for amazon returns. Prices are expensive. Although you can find some good deals in clearance. Also, was returning a faulty Amazon purchase here. Ended up shopping a bit, and purchasing a dress. While headed to check out, my children and I were walking quickly (long legs and natural pace for us). An employee literally screams at my kids stop running in the store! I turned around and defended them, as my kids werent running, and also... last I checked... im their mother. And thats my job! If she didnt like or agree, she should have discussed it with me. Not scold two well behaved children for absolutely no reason.

Great Selection, great ranges of prices, Everything you could think of they most likely sell. However it always extremely hot and stuffy in there. Even when theres like not many people there. Worth it though. The coupons are amazing deals including the amazingdeals.

Took my mother to purchase a dress for my sisters 60th celebration.......there were no dresses that would have been appropriate for such a celebration! Really disappointed!

Came in for the first time to do a return, and was confused by the lay out.. Went in line asked a customer if they were waiting for the customer service line. Was told she was and went behind her. Was told by a girl named Sonya that I was in the wrong line so I went to the customer service line then was helped after a customer that came in after me because I went to the wrong line. She finally helped me and was a very rude person and acted like she could care less about customers. I understand I made a mistake and went in the wrong line at first. The customer that went ahead understood saying I get it sometimes its confusing with the layout but to be told by a worker well there are signs all over the place rubbed me the wrong way. Recommend hiring people that are not so rude, because people make mistakes

Why is the customer service so terrible?I have made a purchase at the (Aug 27, 2021 time-11:57am $47.69) at the time of purchase, I used my debit card and the transaction was approved though the store clerk said on her end it did not go through, in fact she informed her system had frozen. At that point I recieved notifications from my bank that the purchase went through. (12:16pm $43.71) Another associate from customer service was then asked to asist because a receipt was not at all able to be printed for my purchase.That customer service representative after exhausting her means, then asked me to repay for the item as well as giving me an additional $5 off my purchase price for the inconvenience. She assured me that my original transaction would fall off of my bank account the following business day. But instead the pending charge did in fact clear, thus leaving me with two charges and one item.I returned to the store today Monday August 30 (after calling to speak with the manager who apparently is too afraid to speak to customers, Ive asked to speak with her atleast 3 times and either yall dont really have one or Brenda is avoiding doing her job. I was told to show up in person with my item and receipt that I did have) only to be told the manager cannot speak to me and she will call me back after they told me to come into the store with my item and receipt to resolve the issue. I never recieved a call from Brenda at all. Waste of gas and I am out $47.00+. Ever heard of scan law?This will be resolved.

We purchased a gravity chair online and did in store pick up. When got home and opened it we realized there was a pillow missing inside the chair. Called at the store and talk to the customer service first responses was you need to come in to the store. I said I don’t need to return anything all I need is missing pillow ( look over their storage area for left over pillow) Didn’t apologize for nothing she keep saying you need to come inside the store. I have to ask her to transfer the call to the store manager. After I talked to the manager she asked me what color the pillow and she went back and found it. The person who answered at first don’t even want to help me. Don’t have no respect for their customers.

I decided to return to Kohl’s to do some in person shopping. It just isn’t the same. I understand that the inventory is a bit low, as a lot of folks are shopping online. What disappointed me was that the quality just isn’t what it used to be. I bought 2 pairs of name brand athletic shorts for my son and paid quite a bit for them. When I got them home, I noticed that you can see right through them- to the point of indecency. You would be able to see his underwear through them if he wore them. The prices were not competitive and with merchandise of this quality, I doubt I’ll be returning. Quite sad, as this used to be our “go to” store for quality items at a fair price.

I got two pairs of shoes for Christmas and that did not fit so I returned them but unfortunately the person that bought them for me used Kohls cash so I would only get back $14 on a $65 pair of one of the shoes. The Very Nice Lady that worked there took her time and helped me out and figured out other options were if I was to find them in one of the stores or online I would be able to get the full amount or a trade for the correct size but unfortunately I had no luck so I had to settle with the less amount. But the service I got from the Lady made me feel clam and appreciated. A+ customer service.

Kohls is a great store. I love their Croft & Barrow line of clothing. Some of the large shirts are REALLY large & long and I wasnt in the wrong department. But most of the time their clothing fits well.The Amazon package return service is also an excellent additions to their stores.

Your price (after the 15% hike + 15% coupon) was the same as other stores I shopped, including Amazon, but the icky feeling from your fake sale drove me elsewhere.My local store? 5 stars. Cant rate Kohls. Prices were always high, now its ridiculous. As with other stores, didnt have very much in it. I know the pandemic hit hard for them, but for us, the customers, as well. In order to post, I have to tap a star, so I went for one, although I didnt want t to.
