Costco is the one redeeming quality of suburbia. They have great customer service, ever changing offerings, and the samples make a nice snack. 🤤

My wife and I would like to thank the little sweet lady who was in front of us in the check out line at Costcos in Livonia. When my wife went to pay for our purchases which came to $234.88, the cashier told her that our purchase was paid for by the lady in front of us. The lady was gone before we realized what had transpired. She represents humanity at its best. 10/27/21

Costco is undoubtedly the best store experience ever. Their prices are unmatched, the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful, and the quality of the products they sell is never disappointing. I look forward to my trip to Costco every time. I always end up finding almost everything I originally set out to purchase. I also highly recommend their hot foods.

Om freaking G if you have a membership youre in for a deal I cant stop spending money at Costcos its like all the bargains you can find it one place and their items are like quality items no shortage on the quality its like quality over quantity and they have quantity of everything so tell me why wouldnt you go there cant wait to renew my membership.

If you are not going to give out hand held scanners for self check out at least hire employees that will help. Yesterday 10/30 in the evening I checked out both watched as I had to lift the heavy bottles of water up to the scanner. Unacceptable

Looks like they hired someone that decided rather than make pizza the way every other Costco makes it would do it their own way.

Food at cafe good price. Long wait to get waited on. Hot dog not very hot. Pop cups smaller than Sams Club.

I love Costco. But as with all things right now, prices are up. And I wish people would be more aware of their surroundings. I almost got clocked twice. But I still love to shop here!

Its OK I mean I like the feel of Sams Club better. I found it odd that of all places Costo put in self serve kiosks for the Cafe seems like to me with them always boasting how good they are to their employees they would not do that to them. The two folks working behind the counter seemed so overwhelmed as there were 4 self serve kiosks generating orders faster than the two of them could keep up with.

Price of products are at lower rate than any other store(bulk quantities).They also have food restaurant, they have delicious pizzas and sundae.Customer service is on point. All the employees are very helpful and create a wonderful experience.They have tire center too and almost every times they have an offer on tires and their service is amazing.

This stores is always super busy with very long lines. The other day I bought ribs with an expiration date of 11/6, $65 opened both packages today 10/30, rotten as could be! Not close by to return. So now we have rotten meat in our refrigerator waiting to go back to Costco.

Bought a new phone here, the 3 guys at the booth seemed to not care about doing it correctly, and did not activate my phone. Now Im stuck trying to figure it out myself an hour into a phone call with Verizon. Makes me wanna cancel my membership.

This my jam!!! No matter where I go I take my Costco card because they are everywhere. Thank goodness! Good food. Good drinks. Good people and GREAT bargains. If you dont like Costco you might want to seek the help of a mental health professional and please get rid of your guns.

I love shopping at Costco, they have everything Im looking for. What i love the most is they have a lot of organic food

They really know how to do things right! Stock merchandise that presents great value. Even things like Christmas trees, tires, eyeglasses, and smart phones.

Awful costumer service.They treated non members as trash. I have a reward gift card to use because I spent over 10,000 dollars in their store before. Due to some reason ( Costco double charged me and my husband) I canceled the membership. I want to use all the money in this card. First, they told me I can not shop as a non member. Then they told me to shop less then the credit I have. Then they changed again says I can shop more as long as I use cash to pay the left amount.Ok then they told me I have $435 in that card and they wrote it down. So I spent a lot a time trying to buy that much stuff then at check out they say I only have $215. Have to go back to the front deck WAITING to check again . then remove some stuff And check out again. The lady called Deb says it is not their fault. All I want is a sorry from them that they give the wrong number and wasted my time.Btw they will not let you use your reward if your not renew your card. So be careful about the executive membership.I will NEVER ever come to COSTCO again.

Pretty good but crowded like always

Costco never disappoints, not in selection, new offering or with staffing. They are consistently well staff with people who seem to enjoy what they do! And food sampling is back! What more need I say!!!

First time back there in almost 2 years. It was a lot to take in but got some great deals. From the membership window to cashing out every employee we came into contact with was friendly and super helpful.

Costco is Costco. Well priced for large size packaging. But if you cannot use the amount in the package and have to throw away 20 percent then your savings is gone. Large variety of home goods and electronics at substantial savings.

My always to go place among Costco locations. Quick faster and friendly staff.

Its Costco, who doesnt like Costco. You going only wanting to buy a few things, and you spend $300.00. Its the Costco way.

Try to avoid going on a Saturday. Its a mad house! The line went quicker than expected, but it started way back at the frozen food section.

I had two bad experiences at this tire service location, the first time when they installed my new tires and while they where doing the job they scratched 2 of my new rims and they blamed it on their equipment, they apologized and I didn’t make any complaint then, but with another incident I was upset, the second time while they were rotating my tires they broke the wheel lock and they blamed it again on equipment, I think Managment should look into what’s going on there because I am not comfortable to do service there anymore.

Love the fact that everyone is kind helpful and things come in bulk quantity

Costco is great! Products are great, but most importantly, the food there is surprisingly delicious. The pizzas and chicken bakes are awesome!

I really like Costco but I went out there to purchase a utility shed that was on display, but they didnt actually have any in stock...not it was sold out, they havent even come in yet...that should be noted on the display

Best Gas Prices in the City!

I had to wait over a hour to get a wheelchair. If my sister and mother wasnt waiting inside for me. I would have left.Three minutes after I received my wheelchair my sister called and told me she was checking out. I wasnt able to enjoy my shopping trip with my family. This is the Livonia, Michigan location.

I can find anything here.staff and management here are very helpful.the store/warehouse is very clean, and always stocked well.you never have to wait long in line.people who work as cashiers get you through quickly. Plus the food court,always has excellent and delicious food.Two thumbs up for Costco!

I am really unhappy with this location as of late. The i work during the week, and like to come here on the weekends. The pharmacy is closed of Sundays and apparently the staff like to take an hour and a half for lunch on Saturdays, at varying times so I never know if Im going to be able to pick up my prescription.I dont buy produce here anymore. The bananas are bruised, potatoes and onions go mushy after just three days, and stone fruits always have a mealy texture like theyve been in a cooler.Ill only buy dry goods and paper products at this point.

Great layout with lots of options to pick from. I like their prepared seasoned salmon that you can just load in the oven and prepare a good quick tasty dinner. They also have amazing sweet potato fries that you can cook in the air fryer or the oven.

Went in to get gas originally and then I stopped in the store picked up a few items everything was went smoothly and without any problem

What is not to like about the store... This is my favorite store to shop at. Go during a good time, morning or afternoon, evenings are crowded, so then you dont have to wait long in the lines.

Lost something very important. It was found by a staff member and returned. A valuable item at that.

Overly Crowded.. Unorganized.. Over priced, everyone isnt getting extra EBT dollars and food costs are outrageous. It seemed like a deal at first going to the big box store and now its better to go to the Spartan Markets to get some bang for the working man/woman dollar

Hardly shop in the store, but the gas is always priced pretty low compared to most places. Customers services has always been top notch too!

Clean store, some items are priced competitively, others seem a bit high. Def too many people shopping for my taste, and I felt uncomfortable. It was a bit difficult finding items during my visit, but it was my first time shopping there in years. Check out area way too crowded, no plans on returning anytime soon.

My wife loves shopping at Costco they have great prices and theyre have very wide selection. Do not get a quote from them for an HVAC system the price is outrageous and Costco does not really offer any discounts just a service from a company that charges more than the average Joe blow HVAC company that will give you a better price without having to deal with the membership of Costco. I guess for everything good there has to be something bad.

Great prices on home phone system right now. Picked up a folding six foot table for a great price, and it was not crowded at all. And Mobil 1 oil is 10% off. Great money davers.

Costco is never a bad place to pick up some well needed items for whatever youre looking for. They were the only mainstream store to keep stocked much needed cleaning and home goods during this awful pandemic. So, for that reason they get 5 stars from me!

Today was very busy at the store. They have great products, but some items I was looking for were not available. Also, most of the staff I interacted with today were not as friendly as they usually are, kind of disappointed by that because usually the staff at Costco go out of their way to help.

Of the Costcos that Ive been to, this was my least favorite. Compared to the others the layout is very strange, and unfortunately they dont carry liquor which was one of the things I was looking for. Otherwise its a fine supermarket with as good of deals as any Costco.

Pushy salesman when it comes to upgrading your membership. An employee stood really close to me despite their own covid guidelines. But, they had a nice selection of items and I found what I was looking for easily.

Everything went well,it lots looks like the hold world is shopping at the same time.but as soon as you walk through the doors its not that way at all,love all the selection of things to shop for and so much more to look at.A1 SHOPPING SPOT.

Very disappointed in this Costco. It was my favorite location but lately they are slipping. I have come twice to return bottlea and cans only to be tild they no longer have empty bins. They wont let you in the store with the empties as well. It is a disincentive to buy drinks from Costco because I am stuck with a lot of empty cans/bottles.

Gotta love my local Costco, I get all my grocery shopping here, fresh produce, good variety on meats and dairy. Bought furniture and appliances from them, I trust the products I buy at Costco and the quality.

I understand the concept is to buy in bulk to reduce the price but I didnt see any price reduction due to bulk purchases.The associates are outstanding they practice social distancing, wear masks and for the most part all the customers do too. Lets stop this covid thing!

There are a few kind employees at this location who are worthy of mention. Justin the gas station attendant was very patient and helpful, Brandon, who works in the warehouse, totally gets showing customers that theyre valued and appreciated; and Mark in Produce is consistent in character...always ready to aasist in any way he can. Look for them...you wont ve disappointed!

Usually I have a really good experience at Costco but yesterday a cake I ordered was all wrong. There were misspelled words. The colors were wrong. I wanted stars on my cake but they put the Star of David all over it. This was not a Jewish occasion. I ordered balloons as well but there are no balloons. I took it anyway the lady who works there fixed the misspelled word even though she said she was not The Decorator. Apparently all the decorators had gone home) I went to Party City and bought some stuff to decorate it. And some Stars to cover up the Stars of David because we needed it for work today. I havent been to Costco in years. I went with a friend of mine, drove my car got some gas it was $2.19 cent which is definitely less than whats in the neighborhood gas stations so I was very happy about that. I went inside the store, they really change things around since the last time Ive been there but they still have a lot of very nice things. I didnt buy a lot of things i dont really need but for the most part it was good I spent about $157 got some basic things for the house and some extra things that I had not used before. Ill be back!!

I never have a problem when I come here. I came to have service on my hearing aids and pick up a few items. I was even able to pay for my items in the hearing aid center.

Cheap! If you dont wanna go shopping to much, come here! You can get food that could last half a month! If you need alot of food, Costco is a very good choice 👌 and if u get hungry they have a food court! But the only thing I hate is that there are only 4-6 tables and they are always filled 💯

I love Costco, but dont use the self checkout. An employee actually helped us scan all of our items since they were all bulky, but 2 did not actually scan, and it was a huge waste of time walking all the way back to customer service to fix the issue. We ended up just leaving the 2 items behind so we could leave on time.

I make many trips to this Cosco Wholesale in Livonia. The service is pretty much sufficient with the cashiers. Of course the covid was going on so they did not offer samples of the food. I was able to find most items. They also offer the motor carts before entering for the disabled, that was a plus for me. Of course, I will be returning to Coscos.
