Probably the best customer service I’ve received at a fitness store. Most places seem so pushy like they took lessons from a used car salesman on how to sell stuff. I was surprised by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff here was.I did end up purchasing items here but didn’t feel pressured. The prices seemed fair l.It was nice to talk with someone who knew a lot about fitness.I would recommend this place to others and would return in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

Burny and the team at All Pro Exercise are absolutely, 100% ALL PRO! They helped me with a fantastic deal on a commercial-grade Matrix treadmill. And then, when we lost the power cord during a move, Burny hooked me up and got me going. If you need a treadmill or exercise gear, go see All Pro Fitness.

Went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I had purchased an Octane Lateral X used unit but had a problem with initial use as it was making clunking noises with use. They did attempt repair a couple of times and when I was not satisfied replaced the machine. I would highly recommend this company for all your fitness purchase needs given their great guarantee that they back up with great service.

Customer service is a problem. Allowed to drive more than 30 minutes under the impression that a piece of equipment I was interested in purchasing was available, and as soon as I walked in, I knew that Bernie was trying to pawn off an inferior product. He went in back to check, and of course the item was not available. I wouldnt waste my time dealing with this company again.
