Fitness Things is clearly the benchmark when it comes to superior sales and service for exercise equipment in Michigan -- and likely, we suspect, in the entire country. Everything they do is focused on customer needs. They dont try to sell you more than you really need. They ask questions, they listen, they advise. And they know their stuff. We bought our first treadmill from them a quarter century ago -- and it lasted 25 years, thanks in no small measure to their great service. They just installed its replacement this morning (next to the stationary cycle we acquired from them four years ago). The two technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly -- and they observed rigorous COVID protocols (masks; distancing) the entire time without being asked to do so. Suffice it to say we will never go anywhere else for our fitness needs. Theyre that good.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service. They were my best friend when I was purchasing equipment..then when I received and paid for it .there was a few issues and missing pieces. They promised to make it right and order them for me..after weeks of trying to get some one to give me sum answers..they didnt send and replace the majority of the pieces

Went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I had purchased an Octane Lateral X used unit but had a problem with initial use as it was making clunking noises with use. They did attempt repair a couple of times and when I was not satisfied replaced the machine. I would highly recommend this company for all your fitness purchase needs given their great guarantee that they back up with great service.

Products are high quality and their customer service is always wonderful! We have purchased several pieces of equipment from Fitness Things over the years and have always been happy with the deliveries and any necessary follow-up service calls. Service technicians are knowledgeable and the store offers a variety of different equipment and products.

Got my replacement treadmill here. The salesman knew the answers to my questions, and was patient as I sorted out the various specs in my head to get the device that suited me. A day or so later, two guys arrived and did the assembly (I put my last one together myself, but Im just getting too old to crawl around on my hands and knees anymore.) They cleaned up all the packing, hauled way my old treadmill - or the pieces anyway - I did some salvage first and kept the motor, and other interesting stuff.(I reserve 5 stars for once-in-a-lifetime items. 4 stars is a rave review from me.)
