We randomly found this place online and gave it a shot. We ended up genuinely enjoyed buying from them. They were knowledgeable about the equipment, honest, and didnt make us feel pressured. They had lower prices than other stores and were competitive with online only retailers. Planning to come back in the future and buy an elliptical from them.

Their lead times are longer than usual due to supply chain BS, but staff is totally awesome on customer service. I mean, its not their fault but they are genuinely sympathetic. Seems like they actually care :)

Great experience at Exercise Warehouse with Matt! He assisted me an making a decision about whether to buy an exercise machine and what brand to buy. I have arthritis in both knees and am trying to put off knee replacements for as long as possible. Matt answered all my questions about elliptical machines and did not try to oversell me in a machine with bells and whistles that i do not need. His delivery team was very respectful and worked hard to get the equipment into my basement. Matt has made himself available to me via phone when I’ve had questions regarding understanding my new machine. I highly recommend Exercise Warehouse especially if you’re looking for a high quality piece of equipment that costs not much more than what the other manufacturers sell but is much better quality. My machine is smooth, quiet and runs on ball bearings. I suspect I’ll get many many years of exercise out of this machine.

Ask for Matt, he is a wonderful representative. He set us up with high quality equipment at a very reasonable price. There were some timing issues, on my end, and Matt worked with us to resolve. Additionally the installation was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Dealt in detail with Matt who I believe is involved with Exercise Warehouse from a corporate level overseeing several stores. He was straight forward with me and had by far the best price. He also assisted with delivery logistics and setup. He was not only knowledgeable about his product line, but concerned and informative with regard to the needs of the customer. I had frequented other Exercise Warehouse stores in the past and received similar assistance. Their equipment line and brands are top end as evidently are their employees, therefore I won’t buy from anyone else. Also be advised for those reading this.....I don’t normally take the time to complete surveys, so hopefully you can appreciate the impact their products and representation made on me!

Incredible customer service!! Bought a treadmill for my mom at Exercise Warehouse. They delivered it and set it up for her in her apartment. Then, when she felt too unstable on it, they took it back without issue or question. After reselling the treadmill, they gave my mom 1/2.Throughout the whole thing the personnel were kind and respectful to my mom.Thank you!!

I purchased a cable cross over attachments bench etc for a total home gym. Danny Sherbin was my contact and provided excellent service and advice. All came before expected. If you purchase the GDCC250 I would suggest assembly assistance, I and 1 friend did the assembly but we both have automotive experience. My husband and I had a great experience dealing with Danny Sherbin and his staff on our recent purchase. We got the most professional, courteous and informative service weve ever had. Danny himself went well out of his way to get us the product we wanted and get it in our home where we wanted it, which was not as easy as it sounds. It involved a special trip to our home to inspect and take measurements to find out what would have to be done to get the unit where we wanted it and found that taking it apart and reassembling it was the only way the job could get done. Danny and his staff went well out of their way with the most pleasant attitudes weve seen in a long time. I recently purchased a Life Fitness elliptical machine at Exercise Warehouse. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not pressure me to decide or purchase on the spot. They encouraged me to come back again if I wanted to try out the machines for longer or needed to think more about it before I purchased. I did end up buying that day after using the model for about 10 - 15 minutes in the store and am very pleased with my purchase. I also had them deliver and set up my machine. The delivery/set up people were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend shopping for your exercise equipment at Exercise Warehouse.

I BOUGHT A TREADMILL FROM MATTHEW FROM THE EXERCISE WAREHOUSE, MAT AND DANNY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS, I ORDER A GROUND MAT THAT GOES UNDER THE MACHINE AND THEY MADE SURE IT WAS DELIVERED BEFORE THE MEN WITH THE TRUCK CAME, THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP A DATE AND A TIME, AND CALLED ME ONE HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY, JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, INSULATION WAS GREAT IT WENT SMOOTH AND FAST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUY ON ANY PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT YOU NEEDED.

I bought two machines from EW last year. They are very easy to deal with, informative and responsive. We needed an adjustment on one of the units and they scheduled a service call, phoned beforehand, showed up on time and very professionally and quickly corrected the issue. If you believe in getting what you pay for, EW is way better than going to a discount sporting goods store or similar.

Great place.Matt found a table top hand bike exercise machine for me that is wonderful and thousands less than a full size hand bike machine. Great for shoulder rehab. He went the extra mile for me.

I ordered an abductor machine from the these guys and had problems assembling it correctly. They were able to come out and fix the problem free of cost since it was such a minor fix (I had one piece misaligned). I couldnt recommend them more highly :)

I have a Landice Treadmill which served me well for 17 years and finally failed to start. I contacted the Exercise Warehouse and they sent their technicians out to repair the circuit board. Landice has a lifetime warranty on parts so I only have to pay the labor cost. Upon inspection of the treadmill they noticed that the deck was worn and the motor was old and noisy and should be replaced. They ordered a new deck, belt, and motor. They made a second trip to my home and replaced all three components. These were also under warranty. A good reason to buy a Landice Treadmill. Now my treadmill is quiet and is like new. The Exercise Warehouse technicians were courteous and professional. They did a great job repairing my treadmill in a reasonable time. I would recommend them to anyone requiring repair on their exercise equipment.

Matt answered the phone and my questions immediately -- he knew the model number, price, and delivery options without having to put me on hold. We came in the same day and he answered all of our questions honestly and knowledgeably. He knew a ton about the equipment and was really great to work with.The selection is not huge, however, they have a more than ample selection if youre looking for high-quality, gym-quality fitness equipment at reasonable prices. They had financing available through GE and a the best price we got from anyone on delivery and installation.Great place!!**Update** since this first posting, weve purchased both a Landice treadmill & a Life Fitness recumbent bike from the store. Matt & the staff have a talent for asking the right questions, showing zero judgement on your answers and workout plans, and quickly identifying the right machine options for your needs. You could spend all day trying the machines (I did for the elliptical) and they wont rush you, or come in, try something out and set up financing in 20 minutes (we bought the recumbent this way) - its totally up to you and the staff will make sure you leave with the right product and a great plan to deliver and service the machine.Weve also had our elliptical serviced by Exercise Warehouses team twice since we bought it nearly a decade ago (it was initially unlevel and belt slipped, so no issues with the machine) and the service is fast and helpful.
