I started going to Beltone because my doctor closeup shop in the hospital and I needed a reputable replacement. My first visit was very informative and caring. I really felt I had made the right choice after meeting Mr. Steven. What impressed me the most was he himself was hearing impaired. I said wow, he listened and made recommendations. I am most please with the care and concern. All the staff is friendly and caring.Thank yous...Steven, Jeremy and Lisa.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding care and service that was provided to my Mother at Beltone. My mother already had purchased hearing aids a few years ago. I recently moved my mother in with me and noticed that her hearing aids just werent working properly. (or so I thought) I made an appointment at the Livonia Beltone Office for what I thought was going to be a cleaning of her hearing aids and perhaps have my mothers ears also cleaned of wax build up. What I received instead was a life changing visit. My Mother was given a full hearing test since she was new to this office. Upon completion of the hearing test we were told her current haring aids werent working for her needs and Steven suggested up grading her current hearing aids. I had the same reaction that most people do, How much? and is this really necessary? I mean arent all hearing aids the same? Is this guy just trying to make a sale? Steven took the time an explained my mothers hearing loss, her ability to hear certain tones what frequency and amplitude she could hear in each ear. Steven still saw the doubt on my face and suggested that my Mother wear the new hearing aids home for the day and perhaps it would help in making the decision to invest in a new pair. Honestly, I had my doubt. But for the first time is many years I realized on the drive home with the loaners in my mothers ears, I was able to have a conversation with her without have to repeat and yell for my mother to hear what I was saying to her. When we arrived home I still saw more improvement with the TV not set to an ear bleeding level for me in order for my mother to watch it. She was able to talk on the telephone and have a normal 2 way conversation. By the end of the day I was sold on getting her these new and yes more expensive earring aids. I had to put myself in my mothers shoes and realize the struggle she was having with her old hearing aids. It was frustrating for me to have to repeat and yell every time I spoke to my mother, but her frustrations are valid also. She wasnt able to hear me, have a simple telephone conversation or hear her TV programs. All that has changed in the past two years with her new hearing aids. I take her regularly for check ups and these hearing aids are adjusted for her comfort on every visit. This was the best investment we could have made for my mother. Steven, Jeremy and Lisa are all professional and really take the time to make sure my Mother is completely happy before she leaves the office.

This place is a good place to come and see about your hearing. Everyone had such a pleasant attitude. They take up a lot of time with you. They are open for all your questions that you may have. I really appreciate how they explain things. I love going there and I am happy to be with them

My mother, who is ninety-six years old, suffers from dementia, and profound hearing loss. After reading the glowing online reviews, I knew that she would be in good hands at Beltone Livonia. We were treated with such kindness and compassion by Steven and Jeremy, and the entire office staff. My Mom is finally able to hear again after years of silence, thanks to the wonderful professional care that she received at Beltone Livonia.

My first visit was a week ago today. Lisa, Jeremy at Steven are warm and welcoming to each and every patient. Lisa and I were able to have a nice conversation before Jeremy called my name to begin my appointment. Jeremy explained what inspired him to take on his career and was informative throughout the hearing and bone density test. Jeremy brought any nerves I had to an ease. Steven was amazing throughout the entire visit while being highly knowledgeable and understanding. I knew I needed a hearing instrument but didn’t expect to leave with a pair. Steven let me use a trail pair for a week to adjust until my black casing came in today. Could not even believe how much I was missing in every day conversations and various other noises.Today, I was due back for my weekly check up and decided to bring my mom with me. My mom has been hearing impaired for as long as I can remember and was in need of new hearing aids. One had broke last year and she was unknowingly using an amplifier. Steven was so nice to my mom throughout my appointment and even took time to take a hearing test. I couldn’t believe how much he was doing, truly made us smile. He was able to adjust the premiere hearing instrument so that my mom was able to hear clearly for the first time in YEARS! He then asked us to come back at 5 and was letting my mom borrow them until then. As we left, mom couldn’t stop smiling. We went to grab lunch at Popeye’s and the line was long. So I asked her if she wanted to listen to music and she said yes. As I started some music, she started crying because it was the first time she was able to hear music clearly for the first time in over 20 years. We both were crying shortly after. She didn’t stop listening for the four hours in between. Steven even stayed after hours to ensure that my mom would be getting these hearing aids to take home for good.Lisa, Jeremy, and Steven are true blessings from God. Extremely thankful that I was pointed to go to this Beltone location. Came in a stranger and left feeling like my family was now their family. Thank you to you three, my life has changed and my mother’s.To anyone reading this please visit, you will not regret.

I just want to say the Lisa, Steven and Jeremy, Are a top notch team. Friendly, patient, understanding, helpful. They treat my dad with so much respect and kindness. I feel like I am taking him to see a friend when I go there. He has the Premier hearing aid. While it is expensive and unfortunately not covered by insurance. I would highly recommend. His hearing has changed a few times over the last 2 years . Steven adjusts it for him right there in office and its like he got a new one. No need to buy another one. Any time there has been an issue they get him right in and take care it. Thank you to all 3 of you. So glad I choose your office to help my dad.

My mother came here due a recent loss of hearing. Steve Whetstone and team worked to get her fitted with hearing aids and scheduled recurring visits to maintain usage. A year later her hearing has improved remarkably; by 300%.I would highly recommend this Beltone office. Staff is always professional and friendly.

I couldnt suggest a better group of people to take care of your hearing needs! I would definitely recommend them. They took such good care of my mom who has early onset dementia. I was very pleased with the service we received.

When I got my last hearing aids, I assumed that I would be able to hear better. My hearing in my right ear is almost 0. It was only a slight change. With the ones I got from Belltone, I can now hear sounds I could not hear before. Steven helped me set up the App and Bluetooth when with my last aids, I was told to do it myself.

I hit the jackpot when I made my appointment with this office! The office is nearby & the staff is like coming home to a family reunion! The whole experience was comfortable but very professional! Both Jeremy & Steve explained everything to me & allowed me to ask questions. I would reccomend this office to everyone for their hearing needs! Great job Steve, Jeremy & Lisa!!

I take my 86 year old mother to see Jeremy and he is always so patient with her. He always answers all her questions concerning her hearing and is one of the kindest people I know. He is very caring and is very thorough. Every visit to the office has been enjoyable as he seems to truly care about his patients. He is kind and very compassionate and just an all around great guy. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother and grandmother. I want to give our utmost thanks to the Beltone Livonia office. Lisa, Steven and Jeremy are absolutely wonderful. The whole process from setting up an initial appointment, to the consultation and hearing test, to delivery of the hearing aids and multiple checkups to ensure everything was working as it should, has been SEAMLESS. My mother and grandmother both have hearing aids from Beltone. My grandmother lived to be 95 years old before she passed away earlier this year. Steven and Jeremy were amazing with her. They were extremely patient, kind and compassionate. Jeremy came to my grandmothers assisted living home a few times at least to offer assistance and check in. My mother received the same excellent service throughout her process as well. I could write more, but the point is we all want to thank you for your outstanding customer service and expertise in this field. And we truly recommend the Livonia office to anyone. Mr. Whitston is an awesome hearing specialist. He is caring and attentive. He takes time to give instructions and answer questions regarding your hearing needs. He was a speaker at Deaf Matters, Inc conference in 2019. His presentation was helpful and well received by attendees. I have been taking my Mother (102yrs old) to this Beltone for her Hearing exams, cleaning her ears, battery supplies and most importantly to be fitted for hearing aids.for many, years. I LOVE the staff Lisa was my initial introduction to Beltone and I felt like I was talking to my sister...Jeremy the audiologist, was very patient and reassuring to both me and my Mama when testing her hearing loss issues and Steven who is very professional as well as SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE about his calling, broke everything down so we could both understand... Unexpectedly, my mom and my mom’s good friend helped me get new hearing aids then they informed me good news. I was so happy to get new hearing aids on Sept 10th, 2019 then the next day my first nephew was born that was my first time hearing his crying that hit my emotional happy and tearing. I’ll never forget that day was best ever I had because of humanity people are best spirit to me be happy. Also, I’m so thankful for this because hearing aids helped me a lot to listen many different sounds also I love to listen music and my nephew’s talk and more on. What I love about this place- it’s a brand new Beltone Hearing Center, with an “at home” feeling! However, Beltone is not new to the hearing care industry, as Beltone has been in business for 79 years! What a great staff at the Livonia Beltone office,from Lisa the nicest receptionist I’ve ever ran into,to Jeremy who is so knowledgeable and always is able to answer my dumb questions without making me feel stupid.Then there is Steve who helped me so many times where most clinics would have given up on me.
