Today was full of surprises. While on my way to my appointment at the place where I had purchased my hearing aid the check it. I received a phone call from a number and business that I did not recognize. Since the word hearing was in the name I answered. Good thing I did. Theresa [hope I spelled that correctly, I apologize if I did not] called me to make certain I had been notified that the program/company that I had used was no longer located at the Novi, MI address. When she discovered that I hadnt been notified and was on my way to the appointment but was willing to reschedule for her location; she checked to see when she would have an opening. Turned out that she could squeeze me in at 2:15pm today. Or she could schedule me for another day. As I wasnt that far away and had plenty of time to get there. I took her up on the 2:15pm appointment. I also asked if she had three different items in stock. She said she would check. If she did she would have them ready for me.Once I arrived I was a little early and had time to look from my parking spot at the other businesses around her location. It turned out I drove by there every once and a while but never really saw what was located on that corner. It is located near a family members house.I called just to let her know I was there early. Theresa told me she was helping someone and instructed me to wait until 2:15pm then drive up in front of the business.I took the time to take pictures of 3 of the businesses right by her that looked interesting so I would have the info to look them up online later.Then it was time to meet Theresa in person and get my hearing aid checked. She walked out to the car, introduced herself and took my hearing aid back inside to check it. I waited just a few moments. She brought my hearing aid back and the items she had on hand for me. I was amazed that she had several of the small disks with beads to keep moisture out of your charging base. I wasnt able to ever get any from the other location. She even had a few cleaning wipes to substitute for the cleaning spray that she did not have in stock yet. I paid for my items. She went back inside and took care of that then brought my receipt back outside to me.Through it all Theresa was pleasant, professional, and kind. She saved me from wasting a trip and a chunk of my day. Because if her thoughtfulness to check to see if the company had remembered to reschedule my appointment for another day and another location it led me to find a few businesses that I am also going to check out and another new & used bookstore (The Book Connection).I really appreciate that Theresa took the time to help me. She may not know it but she was a blessing in my day. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍Also-she never complained about todays rather hot and humid weather.

The office is sanitized between customers, they do offer many options depending on your hearing needs. Love the ladies in the office very nice and helpful.

Great service, very pleasant staff. Teresa worked out a problem with programming newer hearing aids I inherited. Highly recommended.

This has been such an exciting experience for me. I have been deaf in my left ear for over 10 years now. Teresa was great and the whole process has been quite easy and enjoyable. Yesterday I got the CROS Pure Charge&Go x transmitter and the Pure Charge&Go 3x by Signia and it is amazing how well I can hear sounds from my lift side. Cried happy tears.

The staff does a wonderful jog. I am very pleased on how they maintain my hear aids cleaning and maintenance. Teresa Gauci, HIS at the Livonia, MI location has always done a fantastic job when I have had an appointment for my hearing aids.

Fast and painless.

This is a horrible place. Do not go here! The hearing aids have never worked correctly. Now they sent them away for repair and we are on the 12th day. It is a horrible and frightening experience for my mom who is also legally blind. This experience has had a huge negative impact on my moms dementia. Im not sure she can recover.

Dr Anita Altschul is very knowledegeable on the hearing system and the hearing aids and service are a good value. Better hearing has made it easier for me to interact with people.

My mother had been experiencing noticeable hearing loss for a few years but had been reluctant to seek out help, since shes notoriously stubborn and its difficult to convince her to do anything out of her routine anyway. I enlisted the help of a friend of hers to help me sell her on the idea, and she recommended Dr. Altschul to us, who had fitted her with her hearing aids. Well, we finally got my mom to agree to an appointment, so I went with her. My mom made it pretty well known that she didnt want to be there and was skeptical about the whole thing, but Dr. Altschul was patient, courteous, and friendly, and took the time to listen to her concerns and before I knew it, she had actually convinced my mom to let her run some tests. Long story short, she walked out of there the happy owner of a pair of hearing aids that she was 100% convinced she was not going to buy when we walked in and now weeks later shes very glad she went, and says theyve changed her life. That might be a tad dramatic because she still spend 90% of her time gardening and watching PBS, but now at a reasonable volume. At any rate, shes happier and made me write this review for Dr. Altschul, whose help I apparently need to seek because she may be the only person in the world able to talk my mom into learning to use the internet so she can write these reviews herself.

Got me my new aid and helped me get it tweaked right.
