Doctor Dickson is a nice enough guy, some of the ladies behind the glass are very helpful and nice. That being said, they put you in a small room and forget about you. My first appointment...15 minutes in the lobby then examination room...was left there with no reading material/music/tv, and a small window that you cant see out of for an hour. Second appointment same but wait was thirty-five minutes in the examination room. Unexceptable, I wont be returning.

Dr Stranding did my tonsillectomy at age 38 I was a bit nervous about it. Everything went well and he never pushed it on me we tried alternatives against his recommendation just for my peace of mind and we ended up back at the original opinion! The office made it happen during covid and accommodated my needs as well! My whole family goes here and see’s Stranding and Murrill. Recovery for the surgery wasn’t great but I was warned of the process beforehand. Highly recommend these doctors!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any physicians’ office. Waited at least 45 minutes over appointment time, each time I visited. Dealing with the billing department is next to impossible. Go elsewhere or deal with inconvenience and headaches.

My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t see the doctor until after 4:30. The doctor saw me for 5 minutes and told me he didn’t have any solutions for me.

Dr. Murrill has once again impressed me with not only her knowledge and bedside manner, but also with her sincerity and willingness to squeeze me in on short notice. I have personally seen her twice for my own medical condition (ears) as well as one other time for my 13-yr-old daughter (also ears).She has been informative and gentle throughout each appointment I’ve been a part of. I really cannot say enough about her and would absolutely recommend her to others.

My experience at this office was phenomenal. The front desk greeted me immediately and once I completed my new patient paperwork was called within just a few minutes. The nurse was very kind as well as the lady that performed the hearing test. When Dr. Murrill came in, she was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. It made my anxiety of going to an ENT painless.

Dr. Murrill is a very professional and thorough doctor. Wait time is very short & quick. Front and back office staff are great. Office is always very clean & rooms are always prepped for next patient & well organized. Excellent office & team. Definitely will recommend.

I had the balloon dilation procedure on my sinuses and eustachian tubes in January by Dr. Standring. The FIRST day my headaches were gone after suffering for years. And within three days I had immediate sinus pressure relief!!!! I could not be happier. I had sinus headaches almost every day for years, and at least 10+ miserable middle ear infections and sinus infections per year. It has been 2 months since the surgery and I still feel amazing. I wish I had heard about it sooner. The procedure was simple and done in office, and all of the staff were were friendly, informative and professional with helping me make this choice. Recovery was easy, only about 2 days of minor inconveniences but mostly was able to go about my day as usual. I have had many ENTs in the past try to figure out a solution and most told me I just had to deal with these issues but Dr. Standring was the first to listen and offer an actual solution. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ENT!!

10 min visit to tell you go use a nasal spray cost $225... I have a great health insurance and still had to pay $40 since even the insurance company believes theyre charging too much! I dont recommend them a bit...

If possible I would like to give a 0 star.My left ear hurts so I went to see the doctor in the ENT Livonia location. The doctor spent 5 seconds to check my ear with only a small lens, and then told me your ear is perfectly fine! I said “My ear hurts, and it feels weird in there!” The doctor just keep saying “you’re fine! No worries!” It takes me $175 to take the 5 second check??? Are you kidding me? I think it’s a perfect way to do business like this, you don’t have to learn anything to treat the patients, just collect money and tell them they are fine!!!!!My ear still hurts now.Worst experience ever.

I had chronic allergic rhinitis that caused me sleep apnea and she offered me treatment/surgery that actually improved my issues and quality of life, unlike many other doctors I went to that were just like weeeeelllllllll I guess you can try thiiiiiissssss etc. etc. Highly recommended.

Dr. Standring is the absolute best doctor I have ever had! He is extremely friendly, listens to his patients and is very knowledgeable. He did surgery for me and made sure I was comfortable before and even three weeks afterwards. I healed beautifully and had zero complications. Anytime I ever hear anybody having issues with their ears, nose or throat I always recommend Dr. Standring.
