Great Leader Jim, Linda, Dave, James, Chris, Jackie, Dan, Joe, Pete. Great bunch of people and they all dont get paid enough. These guys go up and above for there customers.

I had to make a delivery here... Had a Open window appointment, 8am-4... Showed up at 8:15 and had to wait almost THREE hours, with no other truck in front of me, Just for them to finally let me go to a door. Also, the door is extremely tight to get into, the employees wont move their personal vehicles out of the way, Or their company truck thats parked in the door next to it thats been loaded and done since last night. Us trucks have other appointments to make, and a DOT clock that will not stop for anything! But yet, these guys are standing here playing on their phones for hours while we run out of time and get pd off. Two trucks waiting behind me. Then 2 hours to unload.

Horrible service..very non Chelan....5 major screw ups from wrong pool walls delivered to wrong liner and damaged equipment. VERY DISAPPOINTING...WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
