Everyone is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The facility is clean and inviting. I always have a good experience here and leave happy with my eyewear purchase. I do have to say or warn you that frames are a little pricey here so if youre looking for cheap then go to Americas Best. My eyes are important to me so it is worth it for me to spend a little more out of pocket for quality frames.

Wanted to get an extra pair of prescription sun glasses online and needed some prescription information...they pretty much told me We dont give out that info...its online...you figure it out. Thought this was a great place until today.

I really didn’t know how bringing my active 4 year old for an eye exam would go, but thanks to the amazing staff here, it went great! Everyone was very friendly and the techs and Dr. were so good with him. They made it as fun as possible. They had a lot of good methods for working with kids to make it more pleasant. From walking in to checking out, the whole experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend for children!

I called Dr. Lisa Genovese on a Sunday morning after experiencing a floater and flashes of light in my eye. She called me back immediately and calmed me by telling me she had noted the floater at a recent exam. She saw me the next morning and is following up to make sure the condition remedies without retinal damage. Dr. Genovese explains everything, is professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. I am always impressed by the level of her expertise!

I think everyone in the building helped me find a frame that was both stylish and “perfect fir me”. When you’re buying glasses alone it is a wonderful thing to have others help!!! A+++

After trying several other eye doctors for help with dry eyes, I finally found Dr. Lisa Genovese here at Insight Eyecare. For over a year now, I have been able to keep my eyes comfortable and healthy with a fairly simple and non-intrusive treatment regimen that I do at home. So, I love Lisa! And the staff is wonderful, especially Sandy. She is always efficient, friendly, and cheerful as well as super careful to keep everything clean and sterilized.I really feel that they listen to me and are very happy to help me be healthy.

Great staff and very nice office. Went here as a new patient and they were more than accommodating to me. I met one of the owners as my optometrist, and he was extremely nice and pleasant, and also took the time to discuss things with me rather than just rush through to the next patient (I know, right?!). I was thinking about giving Insight 4 stars because the glass frames selection was relatively small to me; It may just be because Im used to going into places like Americas Best where theres countless options, but either way the staff printed out my prescription and told me that I could go anywhere I wanted to purchase frames. They also explained to me the insurance coverages and whatnot, so the experience in its own was worth 5 stars to me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lisa and staff are great. You can tell how she really cares to come up with personal solutions to your eye care. The new location is spacious and state of the art tech. Wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else.

I would like to give a negative-50. Dr Lisa was not concerned about my needsDidn’t listen to what I said had no concern about my sight . Her only concern was to try some machine with black dots. I have floatersMy right eye is different from left eye my glasses $500 I can not use. I’m back to the scratched up ones they were all making fun of.It took a 3/4 of a year and then I myself had to mention new glasses and it was funny because my glasses were the same exact price as the lady that was before me. I wasted $800 going there . I don’t believe they even used my insurance towards my glasses that I can’t useThe lens is falls out makes things blurry

I made an appt for an eye exam for 11:50. (So I thought) I arrive at 1145. As soon as I walk in Im greeted by a very miserable receptionist. She says your a half an hour late not a hello or how are you. My response to her was do you mean 5 minutes early? She tells me I have to make another appt for later time. I said no problem Im sorry about the confusion. Then as Im leaving walking to my car she comes out and says actually the doctor said hell make room for you(still with an attitude for some reason). Told her no thank you and I left. Awesome doctors, nice equipment, new location, only thing they are missing is a personable and friendly receptionist.

This is a great office that is very welcoming and friendly upon arrival! They have modern equipment and are fast with the whole process. The opthalmologists are really knowledgeable of the products out there today to best suit your needs and the optricians will get you suited up quickly!
