I was very pleased with my experience with Dirk and the team. They created a custom engagement ring based on a design from brilliant earth that my fiancee was in love with. Tom is an amazing artist and the ring turned out better than I could have asked for. Needless to say my fiancee was speechless. Shes constantly getting compliments for the detail and originality. Dirk was also very reasonable and I saved a considerable amount for higher quality materials and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be returning soon for our custom wedding bands.

My ring was broken for many years and for our anniversary my husband took me to Heritage Jewelers to get it fixed. We decided to change it a bit. Dirk and Tom were the most professional and nice people I have dealt with in a long time. They re-worked an old diamond anniversary ring into a new diamond 25th anniversary band for me. They said it would take about a week. I dropped my ring off at 4:30 on a Thursday, and by the very next day at 10:30 am they called and said it was ready! I was so excited! Dirk, was a vary good Jeweler. He custom made a wedding band and engagement ring and top Quality!!!!Unfortunately I got Divorce after 16 months. I’m hiring an Attorney, he tells me he has no paperwork on the ring? Must have been a cash deal!!!! Hopefully everything works out???? I have pics and his phone number to prove this. They helped me redesign my engagement ring and wedding ring ring. I came in with some ideas and he helped me with some new ones. The new design totally blew me away! We went back a few months later to get me some blue diamond earrings to match my rings and he made sure they were perfectly matched. This is the only place I will buy jewelry from. I have sent family and friends here and now they wont go anywhere else.

I initially went to Heritage after reading their reviews online. I had gems in 2 different settings that I wanted combined into a single new fun/casual setting. They listened to what I was looking for and were very helpful in showing me how I could accomplish my goal. My first impression of Heritage was so warm and welcoming, my gut told me to do the project with them. I always like to shop around a little before moving forward with something like this so I walked out and went to a different jeweler, where I was so unimpressed. It was an easy choice, I went back to Heritage Jewelers. Jan, Dirk, Tom and Patty? helped me pick the perfect setting and determine how the gems could likely be set best within it. I left understanding that when they started actually working on it, they may find that the stones would look better set in somewhat differently. I was confident they understood what I wanted and had no concerns at all of leaving this in their very capable hands. The work was done as scheduled. Tom indeed changed the layout a bit, it is an absolutely fabulous, stunning piece of art. I have received numerous compliments on this ring. I would recommend everyone go to Heritage Jewelry. Amazing results with some custom work. My wife had lost the engagement ring and wedding band I had given to her 15 years ago. We found it over a year later and didn’t know what to do with it. Heritage jewelers did a fantastic job turning it into a pendant and utilizing every speck of it for sentimental value. I also asked for pictures along the way since I thought it would be fun to see the progression from one cherished item to what will become another. All of this was very reasonably priced as well. I am very pleased that I found them.

I feel like a fool for waiting so long to visit Heritage Jewelers. I did some serious damage to my engagement ring, the shaft was bent & it also cracked where Id had it sized a few years ago. I thought I had no other choice but to buy a new platinum setting. We walked in & immediately felt welcome as Dirk was very kind & took his time with us. We were shocked when he & Tom looked it over & offered to repair it at a very reasonable price. Not only did they repair it (they added platinum to strengthen and widen the band) but they also took my wedding band & did some customization to it so they fit like a true set! They had listened carefully and came back with something far better than wed even dared to hope for- all in just a couple of days. I stood there choking back tears-it was now the bridal set Id always dreamed of! My husband was absolutely thrilled. We will recommend Heritage Jewelers to everyone we know. We will never go anywhere else!

Dirk helped me create a 100% custom engagement ring. He provided not only CAD designs from my ideas and sketch, but wax mock ups of the ring to make absolutely sure you know what you are getting before you buy. He provided a ton of great insight and advise on how to best get the features I wanted incorporated into a beautiful final product. His selection of stones is fantastic, and the ability to design almost anything you can think of paired with their no pressure environment and willingness to work with any budget ensure that I will probably never go anywhere else for quality jewelry again. While I have not had need of their service to repair or re size a piece of jewelry, I can say that I watched their employee work on several pieces during my visits there, and his work was not only entertaining to watch but seemed to be of a very high quality. Thank you once again, I will certainly be coming back for the wedding band, and probably more.

This store was excellent. I did not want to go to a big name jewelry store, and was all ready to buy from Blue Nile until I stopped in here. They beat blue nile in pricing and give you the opportunity to view multiple diamonds before deciding. They are able to customize everything just how you would want it. Dont order or buy from anywhere without giving Heritage a look.

If I could rate this place any lower, I would. The owner often gets political with their signs outside of his/her store front, the most recent being, Outhouse in the rear for transgenders. Although they are free in exercising their first amendment right, it can not be without consequence when they are dehumanizing others. I will NEVER shop here, and I hope that others who stand for trans peoples rights wont either.
