I guess Kays Jewelers is a great place being as it came up on my phone but I was not even there. I do know somebody that went to Kay Jewelers a few years ago and they treated him well.

Staff great, no pressure shopping . Good solicitation .they willing to assist if not in stock .

Very caring from start to finish. My ring took 15 days to resize (not the stores fault ) She answered all my questions and was never annoyed. Well be going back for my finances ring soon :)

WE DROVE HERE FROM SYRACUSE AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE KAYS ON ERIE BLVD. AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING WITH JEN OVER THE PHONE WE DECIDED TO DRIVE OUT THERE. JEN AND TINA WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH FROM START TO FINISH. MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY. A TRUE ASSET TO THE KAY COMPANY. WISH YOU HAD MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE TO LADIES. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THANKS AGAIN JEN AND TINA. WE WILL DEFINITELY BACK FOR FUTURE PURCHASES. I HOPE KAYS KNOWS HOW VALUABLE THESE TWO EMPLOYEES ARE.

Amazing selection. Very pricey and very pushy. I don’t think I’ve ever been pushed that hard to get a credit card before. I understand business is business and I get all that but wow. Every angle was another credit card pitch. Prices were considerably greater than competitors. Everyone there is unrealistically nice, helpful, and knowledgeable however which is always pleasant.

Garbage stuff and staff is snobby old ladies. Ur not selling Tiffany 🤣

I have had to send my engagement ring in twice. My fiance bought me a necklace and it broke as well. The staff is super nice about taking it in and very apologetic, but not happy with the paid product.
