Big Lots Lockport location is the best store everrrrr!!! As soon as my family and I entered, we were greeted with a cheerful Hello! Welcome to Big Lots! Then we head to furniture and the young man whos working on an assembly project, stops what hes doing and ask if he can assist us. Theyve really got it together! Wow!!! This store was clean, well-lit and awesome. They should definitely train the other locations (Oakbrook Terrace). Go Big Lots Lockport!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was surprised with the selection of furniture here. We bought our dining table 3 years ago and our mattress 2 years ago and both items are great quality for the price. Would not find these anywhere else for this price. I am looking for more items and going back to Big Lots to find them!

I always thought Big Lots was close out items that were a great deal. Not so in my experience. Some things are a little cheaper, but a lot of their stuff is the same price as anywhere else. And the selection is not so good. Youd be better off going to a big box store.

Not bad of place. But the help could be better. We had to beg for help with strapping a king size bed to our car. Thats not the sign of a company that wants happy customers.

The volume of merchandise has changed since the store opened. However, you can still find things at very good prices. We bought the Manhattan Sofa group just after the store came to town for under $600! It has been wiped with soap & water to remove just about everything and still looks good years later. We also purchased a mattress there at a very reasonable price. It is quite comfortable. Kitchen items, decor and rugs at very good prices...look for clearance items as well.

I love that store some good deals some things are priced higher but I just got my savings card so I could save money next time where can you find a heavy-duty Crystal butter dish that holds two sticks of butter made out of glass for five bucks come on

I really love Big Lots. I love that the selections are different from just the same old walmart special... the have nice furniture, not extremely overpriced. Interesting seasonal items you dont ser everywhere.

Shopping Was fine - Except the gentleman didnt bother to ask did I have a Big Lots card. I forgot about it as i proceeded to pay and then I remembered. I said wow I have a card- he said oh yeah too late now. I would have to call a manager, void the sale and re-ring. My point?? There was not 1 other person in the store. Where is Customer Service these days. One time ilost my receipt and having used my Big Lots card helped me exchange my item.

Its a good place for deals but you need to look around to find them and what you want.

Called ahead for a head board to verify it was in stock. They said it was. I drove 30 minutes to the location to find out they had misinformed me. I didnt find the staff pleasant or attentive.
