Great people. They know when to consult you and offer suggestions (these can be cost saving). They are good at keeping to the estimates, but also have your safety as priority when they uncover something that couldnt be seen before a dismantle.

A couple of months back I had a mirror that was damaged and I had them fix it for me. It was reasonably priced, if but the material used was not exactly what I was looking for at the time.Recently, my same truck was totaled by a man who ran a red and t-boned my truck, and wolfords were an excellent resource. They were able to be to my location and tow my truck within 15 minutes, despite it being 10:30 PM, have been nothing but friendly in a trying time, and their associates Emily and Ty have been extremely helpful in getting the insurance company accurate damage estimates, helping me track down details for the truck’s value, and going above and beyond by frequently updating me on the status of what insurance is telling them. Very friendly staff, excellent service!They do not remove your vehicle from their lot until you ask them to; they won’t move it without your explicit permission, but it does cost insurance $40 a day. Very convenient for getting your stuff out of the vehicle in the days after an accident.

I really wanted to give these guys a good review, they did a great job on our car. A year ago my husband hit a snow bank coming into our driveway and our passenger side door had a big gash in it. We knew we needed to get it fixed but we procrastinated it and finally got it done this year. There were zero lights on, no airbag light, our key fob worked, no electrical problems this whole year we didnt get it fixed (this is important for later in my story). Well we finally took it in and went with Wolford because our insurance works with them. They were great to work with, really professional at this point, they even helped us get more help from our insurance company. When I went to pick it up, it took a minute for them to bring it out and when it was brought out they told me that some lights were on and wed have to take it to the dealer to have them reset it. So when I drove it home, I noticed the airbag light was on and fasten seat belt light was on. And as I drove it around that day, I also noticed the key fob wouldnt work and the clock would reset everytime I turned the car on. The next day I took it into the dealer and eventually they told me that a couple fuses had been put in the wrong places and they would only charge me $140 for the diagnosis fee since it was an easy fix but it took them most the day to find it. Well, we didnt do that, literally the lights were on and we were having electric issues because of something Wolford did, remember we drove our car for a year before we had it fixed and had zero problems that whole time. We talked to Wolford because we shouldnt have to pay that extra $140 when it wasnt our fault and they talked to the dealer and some how it was decided that they didnt do anything, it was a problem before Wolford touched the car?! We talked to the insurance and the same thing happened, they talk to Wolford who tells them they didnt touch the fuses. Well, we definitely didnt touch the fuses and it definitely didnt have this problem before we took it to them so we are a little upset we had to pay for something that wasnt our fault and couldve even been avoided.

Weve used Wolford on two occasions and both have been very good experiences. We highly recommend.The first time, we messed up our truck doors and ended up having to have both replaced. Communication was clear, consistent, and there were not surprises on the final bill and they Wolford took care of everything with the insurance. It was really nice to have them handle the insurance.Our second experience with Wolford was with Towing. We got our truck stuck on the side of one of the access roads up Logan Canyon. They were able to retrieve it IN THE DARK while everything was ICY without injury to anyone or damage to the truck. After our insurance AND AAA said they could not retrieve the vehicle, we assumed wed have to pay for it out of pocket but Tim told us to contact our insurance again and ask them to cover it. They are. We hadnt even thought of this and for him to suggest something that put more work on his team and took extra work off of our plate was a very welcome surprise.Ive had a lot of experience with tow and auto body companies and Wolford is the best that Ive encountered.

Brian Baker helped my husband and I with our truck when it got rammed into with a forklift. He worked directly with Manny (my husband) and the third party insurance, and made the process so much easier on us. The insurance was getting difficult to work with until Brian and his team stepped in. When we first brought the truck in for an estimate, Brian had told us that it would need to be totaled out, because it would be too costly to fix due to the year of the truck. I appreciate he gave his honest advice. The insurance company we had to work with made Brian and his team jump through all of the hoops to try to salvage the truck. After going back and forth with the insurance, they finally totaled out the truck, just like Brian said would need to happen. I am so grateful we were able to have Brian and his team work with us on this. It was getting very stressful, but they made the process so much easier on us. Its hard to find someone you can trust in these situations, and without a doubt we were able to trust Brian and his team!

My daughter lost our keys at the local post office - same-day as I called, they got my vehicle towed and properly delivered, 100 % locked and not able to be put into neutral (this is a large pain for anyone towing). Price was fair, customer service was excellent.

Wolford did a wonderful repair on our midnight blue BMW X5. The damage was across two doors and the rear fender. The car came back to us like new. -- the repair was beautiful and everything lines up. In addition, the car was nicely detailed when we picked it up. We are very pleased with Wolford, and give them 5 stars!

Overall the experience was good. They got my truck in fast and repaired quickly as well. The office staff was great to work with and they were absolutely fantastic when it came to communicating dates, processes, or scheduling. Brian in the office was knowledgeable and he made sure to take care of everything and anything.My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I got my truck back there were a few fingerprints in the clear coat on my passenger door paint most likely from checking if it was dry. As well as paint on the passenger window from the paint process.These are pretty minor but now I have to buff the clear coat hoping the finger prints aren’t too deep and take a razor blade to my window to scrape off paint.Overall I would recommend them.

Got stuck in Wal-Mart parking lot with a broken high pressure hose to the power steering. Called and they were there in 20 minutes to tow us. Back on the road 30 minutes later. Professional, friendly and affordable.

My wife had been hit into on the back bumper, not only once but 2x. Both times the paint matched up great, and matching paint is an art. the replacement rear bumper was the exact one we had originally. Very friendly and even helped walk my wife through the process. They made sure any questions we had were resolved. My grandparents even had some work done on their truck. They hustled to get every thing finished in time. Which I know is sometimes hard in that industry because you never know what really needs fixed until you start taking it apart and have to order new parts. Hard workers, and good to work and communicate with.

Wolford staff was very nice and professional throughout the whole process. They really care about their customers. My favorite thing about them was how well they helped us with the insurance process after a collision. They fixed our car and made it perfect again, dealing with the insurance the whole way. Afterwards they cleaned it both inside and out! I was recommended to them by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone who has any issues with their car, particularly after a wreck.

Excellent towing service. They gave me a cheaper price then others quoted. Jackson was very friendly and helpful. He tried to jump my car just in case we could avoid the towing. He even gave me a ride back to my place. I would call them again if I ever needed it.

I stopped by today around 1:30pm hoping to get a quote on my vehicles damage. However, when I walked in, I was not greeted nor acknowledged. There was a customer who was being helped and there was another person who clearly wasn’t busy and was just at their desk. They didn’t even care to come assist me. So I walked out of there within 5 minutes of waiting. Never again will I come to this shop, I went to Maaco afterwards and they greeted me outside before I even parked! Great, friendly, fast service, go to Maaco if you’d like to have a good experience with their customer service.

I am very picky with my vehicles and had a lot of reservations on where to take my Yukon. I was referred to Wolford’s in Logan by a friend, when I met with Wolford’s it was a great experience. They had been very busy and still found time to get my vehicle in and fixed and had it done in time for a trip I had planned. During the repair Wolford’s kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my car it looked great. Most places I’ve seen dust from sanding not this place they had cleaned it and there was no sign of being in a shop. I have had my Yukon back now for some time and every time I look at it I am pleased with the work that was done. Thank you, Wolford’s. Great work!

Terrible job, terrible work ethic. Prenium PriceTLDR: left off bolts and trim pieces, damaged unrelated parts took way to long and charged me 40% more than competitors offer.I want to get a refund or sue them in response to their extortion.Would not recomend them to anyone. Ever.I scheduled them to tow my car to the shop 2 weeks before and checked in three days before. I called them the day of oh yeah, we are doing that? They came the next day. They said they would have the car done in a week and a half. They just let it sit there for 4 weeks without even touching it. They say oh yeah they would start next week. The crafty owner Mr Wolford Kept bringing me out to the parked car and telling me how he was going to be able to fix it so well.When I finally got the car back, almost a month and a half behind the original estimate. The other pannels around the car had chipped paint, dents and other things indicating the clumsiness of their highly qualified Techs. None of the pannels lined up. A proffesional body shop would have taken off the hood as to not mess that up. But they left it on, and the hood had paint chips and dents all over it. He told me the hood had one crink and it would be taken care of. Hood now sits unevenly and he told me tbat now the engine has extra airflow. The hood shakes around when I drive and now feels unstable. Before the car was steady as a rock at 125mph.The car was missing bolts trim pieces and was filthy, just covered in body filler dust. I told them to fill in license holes on the bumper and they said they forgot.I have a car with pop up lights and the panels fit so poorly, they clip the hood and bumper when they go up and down. They also did not re install the wiring properly so my dash has another failure light, disabling some other features on the car.I want to bring my car back and tell them to fix it and actually do what I paid them for, but i cant go without having a car for another 6 weeks.The only thing they did right was matching the paint on the new bumper. That they did really well. No complaints there.

I drive a 1982 celica which is a pretty rare car but all the work wolfords has done for me is amazing. They know what theyre doing and they extremely freindly and effcient. I am beyond pleased with everything theyve done for us.
