JCP store is excellent. Very helpful staff! JCP sell high quality products. I merely made an exchange for a smaller size on a gift. My return in orig pkg, had all tags in place, in perfect condition, yet still took far too much time at cash register. Exchange was identical, just smaller size. Perhaps because I didnt have orig gift receipt. Time is essence. Is it time thats caused Amazon to grasp peoples attn, and steal business from corporations? Its all about saving time and selling great products!

Meh. Going out out business for a reason. Not as stocked as other JC Penneys have been. No clout found.

They had some great deals when we were there. The selection was a little limited but you cant have it all. The customer service was also great. They were fast and ready to answer questions even though it was obvious most if not all of them were on the younger side.

I ordered online. My items were shipped quickly. Our Penney store is clean, well stocked, and has helpful clerks. The only reason I went online was for swim wear and its the wrong season!

I honestly hate this store. Every time I go in there its awkwardly quiet. The staff doesnt even seem to know what is in the store. So I can never find what Im looking. and if I do find it you can guarantee that its about 20 bucks more than what I am willing to pay. It feels like a place that rich 50 year old women with no style would shop.

With few options for buying classy clothing in Cache Valley, JC Penny is a surprisingly good place to find affordable but classy clothing. Especially dresses, and they usually have some great sales!

Can we all just band together and put JCPenney out of business?! Every time I shop here the customer service is extremely poor. They have coupons but then a mile long list of exclusions. When I placed an order of two items, they cancelled the order, didn’t tell me and proceeded to string me along for two months saying it was back ordered and would be here soon. Seriously, you would be better off shopping anywhere else, you’d get better quality too. I know I can’t be the only one that feels this way.

I love JC Pennys. This one is a bit smaller than what I am used to, but they still have a great big and tall section. I have yet to find a better big and tall selection in the valley. If only somebody would invent a big and short section.

Id love to see this JCPenneys grow and get a photo lab. Im a photographer and Id love to make something like that happen as it been a dream of mine to work at place that takes pictures for families. Maybe someday the JCPenneys in Logan will get a photo booth. For photographer like me and for families.

I had such a great experience here. There are always great sales,great customer service, and an inviting clean environment!

I have ordering multiple items through this store. The employees always try to help me out as much as possible. I ordered some shoes about we week ago, picked them up a couple days ago and realized they were too small. I went in today and wanted to order a bigger size. There online website had no more but they spent the time to find me another JC Penny in Utah who had them. Got it set up and will be shipped to my house.

I think JCPenny is the place to shop for dress shirts. Even if the shirts arent on sale they always have a pretty good collection with reasonable prices. Also, a few times every year they have super sales where I have been able to use coupons on any items-- including clearance. When those sales happen you can get some really amazing deals. Not the most ritzy JCPenny Ive ever been to but Logan isnt the most ritzy town either. . . Also, the staff are nice people who seem to want to help.

This store is a hit and miss. It just depends when you come in if you will find anything. Also customer service seems to be lacking .

I try to buy a jewelry piece and at the time i was they tell me in order to get the clearance peice i have to spend $30 or more in merchandise i dont think so

Stafford super shirt. They didnt have the size my husband needed in the store. She took forever trying to find it online and it was out of stock there as well. Very frustrating.

Small compared to most stores. Its always pretty dark everytime I come in like someone forgot to turn on half the lights but other than that its your typical store.

JC Pennys is the best of the best I pray they never have to close their doors.

Good service but the selections in the Big and Tall department is insufficient looking for Polo shirts with a pocket and only found one in my size.

You can find nuggets of good deals if your timing is right.

Its disorganized, messy, not kept up, and the employees dont do much, if anything, to make it look better. Whenever I go in they are either standing together and talking or they move very slow.
