The pharmacist answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, even offering additional helpful information that I had not thought to ask about.

I pick up my prescriptions from here all the time its pretty quick especially if youre shopping for other things.

I had no idea you could get shots at Walmart Pharmacy but when I found out that’s where I went. I stepped on a nail at 11pm Fri night and didn’t want to go to the Instacare on Sat just to get a tetanus shot. Good got Walmart to add this service! It saved me time and money!

Tried this pharmacy, worst choice ever. Completely unprofessional and rude.Im sticking with SMITHS, much more caring and kind. Dont shop at South Wal-Mart Pharmacy.

How hard is it to post accurate hours? Says open 10:00-6:00. Got there at 1:30 and it’s all locked up. Tiny sign says closed for pharmacist lunch. Not a short trip for me to come in and find it closed. Just put accurate out accurate hours!

This pharmacy is GREAT! I am here all the time and l know that patient safety is the highest priority.

Weve been using this pharmacy for a while now, but no more. I called in a refill on a Monday. When I spoke to them they said it wasnt in stock and that due to the holidays it should be in on Thursday. I understood and called on Thursday. They said it wasnt in but should be on Friday...then Saturday...then we will get it Monday. Its Tuesday now and they still dont have it. They just informed us that its no longer available from the manufacturer and they new it wasnt going to be available a week ago! Now my daughter is going without her much needed medication because they lied to us and led us on. I could have gone back to my doctors office and found an alternative medication in time but now they are closed for the next two days for New years. I would avoid this pharmacy.

If there is an issue with your medication they do not contact you. They instead wait for you to come in and then they inform you that they do not have your medication. When my doctor calls in medication it always take Walmart a minimum of a day to fill them. When I went to a small local pharmacy he has on hand all of my medications. Why is is that a large pharmacy can not keep your life saving medications? But a small local pharmacy (Reeds in Hyrum) always have my medications. I should note I had a kidney transplant...So my medications are very important. Again Reeds has never made me wait a day. Walmart cant even call me when there is an issue. My advice find another pharmacy.

Great place to get them filled!! GREAT PHARMACISTS and most of their technicians are genuinely nice.. There are a couple that are grouchy.. but for the most part they are the best i have found in Cache Valley and they will price match ANY pharmacy

Rude and disrespectful are the key words. Pharmacists leave you questioning their competency. If you need a prescription you will have better luck with the guys in the south end of the parking lot than in the store. Loved Shopko pharmacy before they closed but since then cant find a good pharmacy in logan. First attempt, had weird reaction to drug I have taken for years when asking for consult was eye rolled by pharmacist then neglected when they noticed a friend in store. Pharmacist never did answer questions. Second attempt: Tried to pick up prescription but wasnt ready while trying to figure out was going on was ditched for phone call, really wasnt girls fault though, everyone working in pharmacy seemed to be giving her all their work. Then when pharmacy tech recognized another customer they passed us up and helped them instead. I guess they are just good for their friends.

They filled my daughters rx quickly and helped provide information about insurance coverage.

Never ready when they say. Sometimes I have to come back multiple times they will tell me 25 minutes to pick up I go back 15 minutes tell pick up and then 10 more minutes so I switch to Smiths Pharmacy I dont have time for that for Walmart iffy Times

Went in to trade a prescription that was filled wrong and was treated very rudely by the pharmacy tech. She found it on the computer that it was done but it was not in the refill station. She asked me who was the pharmacist that told me he would fix it and being new to this pharmacy I didnt know his name. She seemed to be very annoyed at me that I didnt know that and so she called one of the pharmacist at home to see if it was him. He said no, so I offered to come back on another day and she rudely said that if I didnt know the pharmacist that I talked to then she said it wouldnt do any good because she didnt know when to tell me to come back. She also alleged to the fact that filling this for me would cost her her job! My son is 25 and disabled, we do total care for him. He has seizures and is diapered and fed. Having his meds filled is a great help to us. Being treated as if Im an idiot and at fault for the screw up is not helpful and I left feeling like crying while she was working to figure it out. Finally she handed me the right prescription and Here! I thanked her and left. I wish I wasnt at the mercy of people like this in trying to care for my son. I would think that you work at a pharmacy to help people, but this girl obviously doesnt care too much about that! Hope she finds a job she enjoys!
