Lots of great stuff, great prices for the home mechanic or DIY people

I was looking for just 1 small flat head screw driver, ended up buying an entire screw driver pack because its the only thing that had what I wanted in it. I really didnt want to buy what I did but I was desperate. Next time I may just go elsewhere.

The people are pretty friendly and the store is usually tidy and organized. Probably my favorite store in the valley if Im honest.

A great source for affordable tools. I can spend hours just browsing the selection. The new Icon line is really high quality stuff. The tool-truck-only guys will only make fun of you when they aren’t borrowing all your HF tools. A lot of the Pittsburgh Pro, Quinn and Icon tools do absolutely stand up to daily use in a shop and you’ve still got some beer money and no payment plan.

Great place to shop on most of the time there tools and a few other stuff. But some of there smaller things are very cheaply made. Including there electrical connections and other small things like that. I only gave them 4 stars cause everyone can always use improvement. Even with that I still think its a great 👍🏼 place to shop

Fast in and out easy to locate what you need friendly helpful staff

I love coming here! They carry a wide variety of all things tools. Prices are reasonable but quality is a concern of mine.

Stopped by this afternoon to buy a replacement for a 1/4inch ratchet that broke recently that I had originally bought as part of one of their Pittsburgh tool sets years ago. Was stopped on the way in and directed right to the replacement I needed and was told that the lifetime warranty (that I was unaware of) is still very much valid, they honored it right then and there at no extra cost to me. This store has top notch service.

Harbor freight is a great place for inexpensive tools. I go here for all of my hand tools because you cant best the quality and price. They have a great selection and often have free stuff that you can get. Look out for their adds. Also Yensy the manager is a super nice guy.

For cheap tools that are alright quality this is the place to go. I use a lot of their tools and equipment. Small store, but a lot of merchandise that is excellent price. Beats Walmart any day.

I went to get a tool chest and Kensie at the register was able to help me get a good deal on the chest I wanted, and helped me get future deals without spending more money. The store is clean and the tools are good. Everyone was nice and Nick did a great job helping me get the chest loaded into my SUV!

The tools were organized, and it had just about whatever tool youd need for the job, I noticed that the people in general (employees and customers) tend to be pretty nice, friendly and outgoing. Its in a parking lot thats easy to locate from the main highway which is nice too. Overall nothing really stands out too much but it seems to be a good place to shop for toolsP.S. if you get coupons from Harbor Freight, you often get a free tool coupon every time you get your coupons, so if you dont shop, maybe you might like to have a free tool at least

A pain. I came in for one thing, couldnt find it, and they were EXTREMELY understaffed, so I couldnt find anyone to help me. I then went back out to my car, called the store and asked if what I wanted was in stock.It was, so I came back in, waited ten minutes to speak with an associate, who (to his credit) led me right to it, then proceeded to wait THIRTY MINUTES in line to purchase my $7 item. The woman at the register seemed unable to complete the simple tasks required by the people in front of me. Extremely frustrating for someone looking to buy so little. Good products, just not worth the wait.

Harbor Freight brand products are always improving. Many are good quality and great prices but do your research first. Use coupons whenever possible (paper, online or app) to save even more.

I shop here way too often. This store is great! The employees have helped me so many times and were very patient when I called every truck delivery day to check if the trailer I needed was in stock.

I went looking for a Christmas gift for my husband. The cashier was extremely helpful and I got the item and the accessories for the listed price of just the item. She was great at helping me get a good deal!

Inexpensive tools. The only downside is some of the tools dont last long.

Even when I have no intention of stopping at HF, my subconscious steers my car to their parking lot. Whether I grab an extra pack of zip-ties or another sleeve of metric impact sockets, I always leave HF satisfied. Recently theyve hired a few new employees who are nice and quick to ring me up.

Decent products, good price, but they couldnt cancel my online order so I had to buy what I needed then wait for the online order to be shipped and received, then take it back to the store to return it... PITA.

It is great they donated gloves, facemasks, sanitizer to the medical community needs back in April, but my husband needs some nitrile gloves and ther shelves are still empty. He says Harbor Freight is there only place here has found that has XXL and its the only size that fits him!

Harbor freight is a go to for inexpensive tools. Some are cheaply made... but others surprisingly hold up against the double priced competition. This store in Logan is very helpful and well stocked. Thanks for all your help harbor Freight!!

This is a great place to get trial tools. I usually buy here if I am not sure how often I will need a certain specialty tool. Excellent prices, but not always the most durable tools.

The store here is clean and well-organized. They are always running good sales on tools and they have an excellent selection of both tools and supplies. Its always a pleasure doing business with this store location.

Staff is friendly. They dont have really good public restrooms, though if you need to use it they will allow you.

Erik the supervisor at this location is amazing! We stopped in today while we were running a Ragnar race in the area and he let us take the floor model of a tailgate carrier because we didnt have any tools to assemble it. He went above and beyond!!! Such great customer service. Thank you!

They have good coupon sales and seem to carry everything in tools. That said, I wish they would help you find what youre looking for.

Dirty and not very friendly

I love this place. Low cost, great selection, happy informative staff, medium to low grade products that they will replace immediately if they get broken. I recommend that you shop here first.

I buy some tools here that I need that are not really required to be high quality. Make sure that you check for any coupons before you go to the store they are not very helpful and letting you know how to get discounts once youre in the store.An example of this is that I bought a camera that I could put into the walls to check the pipes for leaks and I asked them if there were any coupons available, and he told me no. So I went outside and looked online myself and found one for 20% off and went back in the store and told him I wanted to get the discount which they did.

Most of the tools have defects and the discounts arent going to apply to everything. The store has become more and more a showroom for substandard tools than an outlet for discounted brands. Think made in China with poor or nonexistent quality control. Buyer beware and expect to fix angles or have motors burnout quickly.Good place to go for tools if you cant afford quality.

I freaking love this place. Everything is so cheap that even if I go home and break what I buy doing my various DIY projects, I can just go buy two or three more at a cheaper price than I would pay for a single thing at Home Depot or (Gandalf forbid) Lowes. Friendly service, regular sales, and its right next to a place where I can buy guns. Whats not to love??

This is the place to go for disposable or consumable building materials. It is the dollar store of the hardware world. I appreciate a business that is willing and able to undersell the big box stores. If you are thrifty than you should always check the prices here before loading up at the big hardware stores.

Awesome customer service! One time they let me in even though they had already locked the door for the night so I could grab a quick purchase. It is hard to beat the price on their hand tools. Lots of great things for the DIY types.

The dont have everything that is listed in there ads, some items are on clearance and they wont have them in stock. It is better to go online instead. Wish they had a site to store for free shipping.

Harbor frieght is a good store. The have products that work well! Heres what I notice, they are significantly cheaper than other brands, the price drop come not from quality of materials, but from quality of design. For example a nice ratchet from else where will have twice as many teeth as one from harbor frieght, both are still reliable. I would highly recommend them for people on a budget, or looking to save money. Their hand tools have a lifetime warranty too!

This is the cheapest place to purchase adequate tools to do just about any job. If you get on their coupon mailing list, it is the cheapest place to buy good alkaline batteries. They also have a excellent 8Cr13Mov blade steel pocket knife for a price that cannot be beat. This is the same grade of steel used in the low grade CRKT knives and the mid grade Kershaw knives. There are many other things in this tool store that are similar deals and nothing here is overpriced.

Good tools at a great price. Not contractor grade but good for any do it yourselfer. Have been shopping here for 20 years and spent thousands but have only had to return 4 items that were defective.
