Best place in the valley for high end tools and tool repair. I love just having a look and seeing what I dont need and buying it anyway. Seriously though, I take drills there to get repaired when we have been too hard on them at work. Great people there!

I needed some help to service my non-serviceable lawn mower transmission. I needed a tap, matching drill bit, and some expert advice - all of which I was able to get over the phone. They had EVERYTHING I needed in stock and even pulled it for me while I was on the phone and had it at the front counter so I could come and pick it up. None on the Big Box Stores in town had neither the parts I needed in stock - nor the expertise to help me - especially over the phone. Industrial Tool Rocks!

As a home owner going in and buying the occasional tool, they treat you like a top customer.

Whenever I’m needing quality tools and/or professional, knowledgeable and courteous service, this is where I go. This place has been my go to place for tools for years. It’s occasionally a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The wrong or poor quality tool can ruin your project. Cry once and buy once is my advice with tools. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

I don’t know about the store side of things but the service repair side is awful! I wouldn’t take your power tools here! Took my Dewalt hammer drill in for a new motor and it came back working but the 3 speed option now jumps from 3 to 2 to 1 by itself, took 2 months for them to put in a motor to just give it back not fixed. Also took my saws all there cause the blade stopped moving, took a month to fix and when I got it back, the same part broke again with 10 minutes of use. Took it back, they had it for another month and a half. Finally got it back and I put a battery in it and it worked but it was so loud and sounded really bad.. I gave it back to them to fix there own mistakes and 2 months down the road and they still have it..(I would’ve never taken it back to them but my employer uses them at no cost to me, plus it should be free considering they’re are the ones that keep messing it up. I understand the wait time on parts but how do you give a tool back that’s not fixed?? Don’t take your stuff here to get serviced.
