Aidan was very prompt, efficient, and was very nice. The store is very clean, and the store followed CDC guidelines.
I am such a difficult customer. But I am loyal. When I lost my phone, again....Phillip, Morgan, Autumn, and Aiden all took turns in dealing with me. They made sure I was helped, informed, and not dismissed. It is the patience they showed that keeps me loyal with AT&T. I dont know if I could have been that patient with myself!!!

Autumn was an absolute gem! She was very patient with my elderly mother. We had so many questions and concerns about her plan and a new phone! She was beyond helpful! We even had to come back for Apple Watch sync help and she had it fixed in no time! The Loganville location always has helpful staff and get things done in a timely manner.
Talk to Philip. He is outstanding and fixed my issue within 30 minutes that the ATT on the phone took a week and me on the phone for over 12 hours!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Morgan and her team. To say that I had some issues with switching my number from one account to another would be an understatement, but Morgan was phenomenal and did all she could plus more to get it settled. Then my SIM card flipped out at 9pm and she had me come up to the store after hours just to fix it so I would have my phone. She never got overwhelmed when she was the only person there with 8 people standing in line and was always cool as a cucumber and pleasant to each customer. She is one of the best customer service reps I’ve dealt with in a LONG time!! I hope AT&T recognizes what they have in her!!

I recently went to the store to upgrade my phone and had a perfectly working 8 Plus. Wanted to get an iPhone 12 and was told by the associate that it was only $50 total to get an iPhone 11. I specifically asked if there would be any installment payments and was told absolutely not. The best ‘deal’ was on the 11 and not the 12. Imagine my surprise when I get my bill and there are not only installments showed up but I’m only getting a $6/month credit for my 8plus. I called the national line to get it fixed and they said they could do nothing for me. Called the store and was basically called a liar...that their associates don’t make those mistakes and they would stand by them and not correct the issue. Was told that the 12 was actually less expensive than the 11 with the promo they had! WTH!!Why would I ever purchase an 11 over a 12 for more money unless I was told by them that it was a better deal? Where did I get the arbitrary number of $50 unless they told me that cost?I am done with AT&T and will do everything I can to tell everyone I know that they are bait and switch artists and don’t care about their customers. They have no desire to fix issues or have good customer service.The worst customer service post sale I have experienced in years

We recently switched over to AT&T. The store manager Morgan went above and beyond for service in helping us get switched over. We went back the following week and our experience with Jennifer was excellent. These women provided service so far above norm that we had to share.
So disappointed by the customer service I received for the store manager at store 102.An in home salesman accompanied the fiber internet installer to my home. He proceeded to sign me up for mobile service. He instructed me to turn in my existing phone at an AT&T store and then sent me a 50% coupon to use to purchase a case in store. I went to store 102 today and was 1st told that they couldnt take the phone I was trading in. She said her store had nothing to do with the in home salesman and I need to get the phone to him. I couldnt find my coupon at the time and she said I had a 15% coupon on my account so I used that to purchase a case. When I got to my car and had a chance to look through email I found the 50% qr code coupon. I went back in and the manager scanned to code. She then asked where I got it and said the qr code coupons were fraudulent. She asked if I was sure it was give to me by the salesman. I asked her why would I lie. She then said that her boss instructed her not to accept the coupons and I could go to the Snellville store with it. She informed me that hers was a corporate store but they have their own policies.I swore off of AT&T due to poor customer service when they were the sole provider for the iPhone. I was talked into giving them another go and now I am regretting it big time!

Wow! I have been having trouble with my email for over 5 days. I called Apple, I called ATT and all were not able to help me. Excellent customer service when I came in today with a completely crushed phone. They walked me thru the different options for an upgrade, got me out of there with a new phone in great time, and then when I came back with questions about my iCloud, another associate helped me again. I will definitely go back to this store if and when I need a new phone or any other products in the future.

The LAST time my husband EVER gets to decide which cell service we use. Can’t wait till I pay this phone off so I can leave. Terrible cell service and terrible customer service. Got “thank you for calling AT&T, hold please” twice before I could even talk to the employee yesterday. Please go to Verizon. Whatever your issue, I assure you, VERIZON knows what they’re doing, and you can actually make a phone call in case of emergency. Verizon is literally across the street, I promise it’s worth it.
I recently made a phone upgrade. However, what I was told when I upgraded is not what I was billed. I went in very upsetting and accusing them of deceptive practices. Unfortunately, Jeremy took most of my NY attitude. However, he remembered me and we went over the bill in detail. He noticed charges that was unfounded. With the additional help from Morgan, the store supervisor, they contacted customer service department and provided all the documentations needed to get full credit and then some. This is why we need to speak to real people than over the phone with someone from a foreign country.
Very rude people. Was told to leave because I didn’t have a mask. Rude. Big eyes and all! I found an att store with some kind people made my purchase there in Monroe. Go there if you want to be treated like a human being

Most unprofessional service I have ever received from a phone company. The associate’s name was Jeremy. My visit was prolonged because Jeremy was more interested in HGTV than the customer right in front of him. Needless to say, the store looked closeed because lights were dim and the open sign was not on. Jeremy clearly did not come to “work” but relax on company time hoping no one would disturb his TV session. *Needs management attention for better business transactions.Signed,A 9 Year AT&T customer

I came in with a problem and it was fully resolved. While I was there Antoine & the associates there looked over my account and told me how I could be saving money. I left with a new phone and AT&T TV service. I was only coming in to check what was wrong with my account. I havent always had that experience, but that experience was really great.

I just went in to pay my phone bill and the young man with the gold glasses is highly disrespectful speaks very aggressive towards me when asked a question and he doesn’t understand, as if he has no people skills of how to communicate accordingly with customers. This is the second time this has happened.
AT&T is just what it says! Got a problem or an issue that you think these folks can help you with even on one of their products? Never mind that your an AT&T customer and that theyre making money off of you every single month that rolls! If their sales rep is not making money or its taking too much of their time, odds are they going to send you down the road....

I purchased four lines of service at the Loganville, Ga store last Saturday evening. Upon arriving home the phones had such a weak signal that I could not use them. This continued all weekend. I contacted the store Monday and spoke to the rep that I purchased the phones from. I was told that this would be researched and I would receive a call back. This never happened. During the initially conversation Returning the phones was discussed with no mention of a “restocking” fee. As at this point I had spent 200 dollars on phones that did not work at my residence in Loganville or my business in Duluth (no phone signal or data without logging into WiFi). After another two calls to the store I never was able to speak to the rep that sold me the phones even though they swore to only the best customer service upon purchase. I was however able to speak to another associate who also agreed that the phones could be returned. We discussed this option and I was told that I should port out with a new carrier and return the phones. After porting out I called to let them know I was on the way to the store with the day old phones. This is when I was told about a 55 dollar fee per line but never before. I do not feel that this is an appropriate charge due to the fact that this service was not provided as discussed. I was never spoken to about this and I am returning the phones because they do not work and there was zero resolution to ale them work. This is no fault of mine. I was not shown a coverage map or asked where I lived to ensure that I was receiving the service that I was paying for nor was I told that I would be subject to any fees upon return. I was however told that the phone service in my area was “not good” when I went to drop off the phones initially by one of the staff members at the store. I should not be charged this fee or any taxes for circumstances out of my control. I had the phones for two days and they are ready to be returned in new condition. I understand that I left the store with the phones but this was with good faith that they would work when and where needed and they simply do not. I have tired to resolve this locally with the Loganville store with zero help or resolution other than saying there is nothing that can be done. It seems funny that all types of fees can be avoided when signing up for service but the customer service aspect is quickly forgotten if there are issues. I am very disappointed with this situation.

My wife retired after 30 years with Att. And I when in for a SIM card and they do not give any discount to any of ATT employees. Are the person working there does not know her job. I told her my wife retired at Att she never Said there was any discounts. I will never go back to this location. If you live around this area you need to go to ATT on scenic Hwy also known as 124 it is a corporate store and you will get your discounts.

Spent a lot of time there today with Raul and he was fantastic! Would recommend this store to anyone. The service was incredible and he really focused on trying to save us some money. He was friendly, casual, and fun to work with. Although there are other companies probably with cheaper rates, this customer service couldnt be beat.
I recently visited this store to change my wireless plan and upgrade my cell phone. The young man who helped us was very courteous and helpful. He even put the TV on cartoons for my little ones while we waited - how thoughtful. I didnt feel like he was out to get more money from us. He actually helped us save money, and switch to a plan that better suited our needs.

Do not go here! I bought a new phone; after 2 days it turned off and never came back on. They were absolutely no help and wouldnt exchange it. After speaking to at&t over the phone I did some research on authorized retailers its independently owned and they can sell refurbished phones as new I ended up going through apple and it was a factory refurbished phone I bought for over $700!!! Do not do business with this store, the manager doesnt even care about his customers.

After several frustrating telephone attempts trying to set up a DirectTV account, we decided to return to our local AT&T store for help. Our past experience with this store has always been positive, but Charles delivered OUTSTANDING customer service when handling our issue and made our visit both pleasant and simple. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. THANK YOU, CHARLES! We will keep coming back to the Loganville store for all of our AT&T needs.

Horrible customer service. Thought I would give the new location a try. I think it got worse since they relocated and hired all new staff. They said that I needed to call a number to get my number on a new plan. I was on the phone for at least an hour to find out the manager in the store was able to do this the entire time. Raul, the manager, is the one that said I had to call the number. In the middle of helping me he started talking to my mom trying to sell her on a bundle plan. You would think after saying NO numerous times he would drop it. Raul kept on my moms case and would not let go. When he finally realized she was not going to sign up he abruptly got up and started helping someone else. I was not sure if he was even finished with what I went there for. HORRIBLE place of business. I would highly recommend going to the Monroe location. They are always great to work with.
I asked for manager because the free activation that was approved when I moved my phone service over was on my bill. IT took FOREVER, and then the manager started talking to another customer, even though I was first in line from him coming from back room. Then in the course of helping, he started waiting on another couple while fixing my bill. After an extended period, I went over, and he indicated it was done. Then did not return my bill. I left the store, but had to return for the bill. Very UNIMPRESSED with this store.
Gave me straight wrong info. I needed to port numbers from one att acct to another. Said it couldnt be done. Called customer support and they gave me the info i needed immediately.

My fiance and I switched our Cell phone plans to AT&T from Verizon because we were promised that they would buy out our Verizon contract. They said once we paid off our Verizon phone plan, they (AT&T) would refund us the $300 with a Visa gift card. This was a lie. We have continuously inquired about the refund. Each time we are brushed off or someone says that there is someone else we need to talk to. Its been well over 6 months. Nothing. Its amazing that they can lie right to your face like that.
