I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone that I bought there three years ago. After I told the young lady what I was looking for she already had it narrowed down to two phones. She explained the difference between the two and I was able to get the one I wanted very quickly. Ill definitely be back for my next phone.
I have always had great interactions with the customer service representatives at this store. The last time I was in, Courtney was fantastic, even after a small mishap, she was able to get the issue fixed and kept me in a good mood the whole time. She set me up with a new phone after I shattered Old Faithful, and I really love this new one. She even talked me into buying a tablet for my little one, which I absolutely dont regret. Props to her. I went into store today to get new service and Sherry lied to me in order to get a sales commission. Not only that she committed fraud theft by deception along with promotion of a false advertisement. I will be going back to store with my attorney to retrieve video footage along with calls with the Metro Pcs Corporate. I have already filed a formal complaint with Metro and will be filing a complainer with the county as well.
I had a horrible day today, lost my iPhone and completely just was like let me run up to Metro ! Jennifer completely made my day so much better, she talked to me, and was like let me help you out. Good Samsung phone cheap price. Give Jennifer a raise metro ! 5 stars thanks homie

Imagine waiting for the associate to be done with their current customer, having never even greeted you, for 30 minutes. Then, imagine them finishing with that customer, and as you start to ask a question, have the associate pick up the phone, hold their hand out to silence you, and tell you, Im sorry, I cant talk to you right now. That was just now my experience. Ive stayed with metro because its cheap, and Ive gone to this location because its close to home, but good gosh, the service is bad almost every single time. The one time it wasnt bad, the girl who worked there told me she was leaving at the end of the week, because the job was so bad. And there was another time, when I walked in, and no one was anywhere to be seen. After a few minutes of waiting, I heard the back door close, and the current associate walked to the front, and the smell of weed on him was so strong, it made my eyes burn.
I visited the Loganville store on two different occasions. My concerns were met by a team member named Dameon. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He resolved my concerns quickly. In a matter of minutes. It would have been sooner if only I could remember my password to Google. Dameon showed patience with me as i was frustrated with the damage I had occurred to my phone.My experience was GREAT on each visit. I especially like that Dameon saw me in the parking lot and advised the other staff that when I came in to notify him to assist me since he had helped me previously I did little explaining as to what I needed. Problem solved for me, but as for Dameon, he knew exactly what to do. THANK YOU DAMEON in Loganville for your excellent customer service skills.
Very patient did what they had to do to get their job done. As in most important keeping up customer comfortable not irritated good job!!!
I was in the store to buy accessories, i was speaking with someone when i was accosted by a lady from the back saying i had to have a mask... She didnt even have the courtesy to get off her phone... Btw she was up front when i walked in. Nothing was posted about masks! The rudest service i have ever received!!!!

Im terrible with technology (especially phones) and the staff was incredibly helpful with getting me the phone that fits me best, not just selling me the most expensive one. Not to mention they were beyond pleasant. I even found myself standing around just talking after I had finally settled on one. This will definitely be future phone dealer
They have free 32 gb.phones for new customers. Their plans are very affordable and they are on the T mobile network, which has very good coverage in the USA. This store has very friendly and helpful employees.I have been a customer for about 18 months now after being with AT&T for 20 years. I wish Id switched sooner.

This store has Wonderful customer service. I bought a phone today and Kelly was the one who answered my questions. Told me everything there is to know about the phone and which phone its mostly like in comparison to other phones. I love this store and their people

I love metro but a specific person makes this location look bad. My first time calling she answers laughing and saying hello as if the business phone were her personal cell. So I had to ask is this metro her reply was thats what I just said and she goes back to laughing and tells her co-worker. This was extremely unprofessional and it rubbed me the wrong way for me to leave a review. I am very offended to be treated such way by a person whos representing my phone carrier of 10 years. Shes a very poor representation. Had I been a new customer, I wouldve switched carriers immediately. Her entire attitude was nasty and unprofessional.

Extremely slow, and the manager was very unprofessional, complaining of other store managers stupid questions that wete already asked while on a conference call meeting that she had on speaker although she had another employee there. She should have conducted her business in the bavk and definetly kept derogatory comments to herself!
