I visited the Cricket store in Loganville, GA on 07/21/2021 at around 11:30 a.m. I did not get the name of the wonderful young lady who assisted me at the Cricket store in Loganville, Ga; however she was one of the most efficient and knowledgeable sales associates Ive EVER had the pleasure of working with. She did everything to help me. I cant give her enough kudos!!I was in the store to switch from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. This young lady was AMAZING!!..I would even highly recommend her for a managerial position without hesitation. Its so rare today to find an employee so willing to make sure their customers are completely satisfied.I plan to return to this same Cricket store to purchase the device necessary to install my Firestick, and I will make sure that this same employee is working when I make this purchase!!😊😊

Wonderful customer service. Mariel was well informed of all the questions I had. Seemed like she cared and was helping me find the best phone to fit my needs. Was not bombarded with upsells or pressure buying the next new phone ? If your in loganville please stop by and ask for Mariel.

We switched to Cricket and got 4 free phones. Process was surprisingly fast and easy. I dont usually do reviews but just had to because Erin was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received at any wireless store. She was an absolute delight! I came in to ask about phone plans and after talking with Erin I made the decision to switch all 4 of my lines over to cricket. Im saving so much money because I switched and just so thankful for Erin!

I strongly recommend this store. Erin was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. She was kind and patient as I explained to her what was wrong and she was able to fix the issue no problem.

Its amazing seeing how nice the costumer service is caring about all your problems about your phones. Its awesome that they actually LISTEN TO YOUR REVEIWS AND PROBLEMS ABOUT YOUR PHONES. I really like this place personally. LOL

Went into this local cricket wireless to ask questions about becoming a cricket customer. Needless to say, I went in and was blown away how knowledgeable and friendly the two ladies were. I was so happy to make this store my cricket store where I know I will always receive excellent customer service!

Went in at 11:00, its 2:00 and im still here. CHEATED ME OUT OF A FREE PHONE. I was porting a number from Tmobile. They argued me down that it was a Verizon number like I dont know who I pay every month. Turns out the rep typed in the wrong phone number. The promotion was Activate and get a free phone, but just because my phone was unlocked they said I could use it and they REFUSED to give me a free phone.WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
