I went in to buy some flowers for a memorial service and had no clue what I was going to get. Suzanne quickly helped me pick out everything I needed Ans even got them from the cooler for me so I had the best ones! She gave me a bucket to put them in to take with me and reassured me I would be able to arrange them and make them look nice! She was amazing and went above and beyond what she had to for me. Her kindness was so refreshing and wonderful!

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Not clean, toilet paper had no plastic cover thing. Floors nasty.

The pharmacy definitely needs to hire more people. The drive through always has a long line,and if you go in the line is just as long... And dont even try calling them because they hardly ever pick up.

Let me start off by saying if the staffing personnel at the pharmacy was not up to par or five stars would have been given. They are completely overwork due to the available pharmacy workers on staff. After 18 hours of trying to reach a pharmaceutical assistance I ended up reaching out to the Assistant Manager. He took my information and walked over to the pharmacy and made things happen.A large shout out to Bryan “THANKS”

This Kroger is horrible. I’ve been going to this location for 3 years and have noticed a steep decline in both the store and the pharmacy. I get that it’s located in a very populated, fast-growing area. But there are always empty shelves, rotten produce, and not nearly enough checkout lines open. The pharmacy almost always takes several days to refill medications, and the line is incredibly slow. I’ve never waited in line for less than 20 minutes for medication, even if there are only 2-3 people in front of me. I don’t know what the problem is, but this location overall is not managed well.

This is not my Publix that where and whom I’m a loyal customer to, obviously. However this is one of the better Kroger’s in the area. It’s spacious, service is better than a few here, clean, and better ambiance here. I don’t like that it maybe only one or two cashiers opened and the lines are so long. This forces people to go to the self checkout line with a buggy full of groceries. Makes it a little annoying when you have less than 10 items. Overall experience here is good though and I like shopping here when I do.

I was told by this STORE MANAGER SHE CANT HELP ME WITH HAVING MY SICK HUSBANDS RX RELEASED TO ANOTHER KROGER PHARMACY WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MEDS FROM THIS LOCATION FOR 2 DAYS!!! Older black lady at fuel center very rude. needs mentoring or some type of attitude intervention. I come here everyday because i live in the area and my boyfriend was buying tobacco item and the lady goes on to ask when my boyfriend was born and when he answered her bizarre question she says her son doesn’t smoke like okay maam. It’s very unprofessional to wear that cheetah print bonnet or leopard print head wrap. Me and my boyfriend are both former Kroger employees.

Went to the doctor yesterday morning They sent my prescription over yesterday morning to kroger went back at 3 oclock And it wouldnt ready Ive called 10 times in 2 days and finally got somebody to answer the phone and my prescription is still not ready They might as well just close the doors if they cant get your job done

Stop trying to force us into the self checkout and open some registers registers. At least have a backup plan for when the line gets long its getting ridiculous. Today there were 2 people standing in customer service while the line backed up at the one register open fix it

Always a good stop to be able to pick up some things that you may need. Every now and then and you can catch a deal.

I dont go to Kroger very often but when I do this is the location I go to. Its always clean and shelves are always stocked. I normally find amazing deals you just have to have the time to stroll through all the isles

Always been one of the better grocery stores

Pharmacy is absolutely the slowest I have ever visited! Everytime(once a month)I come here its always a wait! I have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and the line still isnt moving.

Ive lived in the area for about 2.5 years now and during that time, I have done my grocery shopping at Kroger almost exclusively every single week. Ive tried the Grayson store, the Rosebud store (before and after renovation) and this location as well. Not just one or two visits - many, MANY visits to each of these locations. And I have now officially given up on Kroger entirely. I am tired of buying meat that has spoiled. Tired of the often subpar produce, (SO MANY rotting onions brought home or, they will be rotting before the week is up!) My last trip was just the last straw. I bought a whole chicken to cook. Not even two full days later, with a still good use-by-date, I open it. And the burning, rotting stench of chicken meat hits me. And like I said, this has happened several times before. Its been chicken, sausage, bacon, etc. And I know how to take care of my refrigerated goods, I am not the cause! Why have I waited so long and given so many chances? I thought with the weekly sales paper and the store coupons I could load to my card, it was still sort of worth the disappointment. The money saved could make it worthwhile. But more and more lately, I have noticed that some of the sales prices or coupons are not reflected in my final reciept. And I am not the type of person to hound cashiers about each coupon and sales price at the register. The checkout lines are long enough. There are also less valuable coupons on the app than ever. So, if my coupons are no longer worth it, and Im being robbed of money by buying unusable food that gets sent to the trash...what am I staying for? Its surely not the atmosphere. This store has been the worst out of the 3 when it comes to that. There is no longer any reason for me to stay. I have now started doing all of my shopping at Ingles. The outside of the store is nothing fancy but dont judge a book by its cover - that store is NICE! Great quality and good sales, I have enjoyed it so far. From now on, Kroger will always, always be my LAST choice in stores to shop at.

Decent enough staff. Does NOT enforce the companys mask policy for customers. Legitimately scared to shop here when its crowded because at least 20-30% of customers dont wear masks.*Edit*Its actually gotten worse. Now even the staff has just given up on wearing masks and were at the height of the pandemic. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Went to get sleepin medicine and before I even got to check out the lady workin asked for my ID, never in my life have I once been asked for my ID before I went to check out and had a lady who looked younger then me say I looked 15 and told me she I couldn’t have it . Nor have I ever even been ASKED FOR MY ID ON THE ITEM BEFORE TODAY . I’m well old enough to buy it btw

First time here. Beautiful store. Very similar to the ShopRites stores in NJ. But, noticed several flies flying around the slicing machine in the Deli. Dont look sanitary to me. Maybe its a Georgia thing. Look very closely at the electrical wiring.

I walked into the store with several coupons.I walked out with those same coupons and with some frustration.Poor R was my cashier. She was kind. One of my coupons simply wouldnt scan. It was for 75 cents.I told R not to worry about the coupon. The total was so minimal and the store was busy. She called her manager over (Manger S) and I asked if Manager S could override a 75 cent coupon. SEVENTY FIVE cents.Manager S informed me that I had too many coupons and after looking through them, told me that she would have to void more of them from my order.What in the world?!She was going to take off coupons that had already been scanned, despite the line forming behind me.No. No, thank you. I told Manger S that I really didnt want to complete my transaction after all and that I would like to return everything to the belt.So...I placed all of my bags and items back on the belt and made sure my transaction was cancelled. All of my meat, all of the dog food, everything - everything stayed at the store.I walked out of that store with nothing in my hands except my coupons and my money.How much money did Kroger see walk out that door with me today?All over a SEVENTY FIVE cent coupon. Seriously, folks.I was okay to totally skip the coupon in the beginning. It wasnt that big of a deal. But, Manager S decided to make it a big deal.In a separate transaction, I needed to get a refund on a product that cost $1.99.Manager S (her again) handed me $2 and asked me to sign the return slip.Fine, I signed and told her that she could keep the pennies from my refund.Her reply? Well, I GAVE you TWO dollars!Yes, yes she did. Did she think that she was doing me a favor?? haha!I explained that all items are taxed, and that $1.99 would have been taxed at 2 cents per dollar. I told her that those pennies were not worth my time to argue about and that she could keep them.She seemed so annoyed.I guess the moral of this story is...if you have coupons, drive to another Kroger and shop there. The Kroger on Rosebud happily took my coupons and my money when I drove there to complete my shopping trip.Thank you ROSEBUD KROGER!!

I happened to stop in there because I was in the area but found it a far contrast to my local Kroger store. Many people werent wearing masks! Found that so uncomfortable. There was even a lady who was openly tasting grapes! Employees working in the produce and not saying a word. Unacceptable during a pandemic.

Worst customer service desk people ever. Every time you come in here they tell you different policies. I bought a garlic press & it was broke. I tied returning 8 days after purchase. (Next time I was at the store) They said they dont do returns past 7 days. Even if what I bought was broke. The other day I bought my daughter a lunch box. She didnt like it. Tried to take back before 7 days. Now the lady at the desk says that your not allowed to return anything. So lot of money out the window.

Trash cans constantly overflowing. Bathrooms disgusting. Just a lack of care about store cleanliness.

Frequent weekly shopper, I used to love this Kroger but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing is ever in stock, shelves are never kept up. I’ve unknowingly purchased way out of date items and cans? Oh my lord they’re almost always dented. Cool if you have a desire for botulism. Guess Publix will be my new shopping grounds.

I have started shopping here, I was going to a competitor for years.I have to say Kroger does have the best fruit and vegetables around.People working here are friendly and helpful.The place is just so busy, they really need more cashiers.Ill be coming back regularly.

Don’t buy the whole rib-eye! It is a waste of money! Half of it is fat; the other half is not a good cut. We were able to cut 1 good ribeye from 26.94lbs. Will not make the mistake of purchasing this again!!

This Kroger was once a great store to shop friendly and ready to help with all grocery needs but not anymore.The employees could care less about customer service or where anyone walks through the door or not.The turtle slow pharmacy is even worse.Done with this place for good.The front is always cluttered with paper lying on the floor and laying along the side walk out front as well.The bathrooms is always very nasty.

I have been living in Loganville for over 10 years. I have always liked Kroger and use their fuel points and discount card to save money whenever I can. In the last couple of years this Kroger had developed a serious problem, they are very frequently out of many basic products. It is to the point that I have to stop at Publix on the way home just to get the things Kroger is lacking. The pictures I am posting were taken at 6:30 in the evening on a Wednesday. I have tried altering the time I shop there, but it is always the same story: Out of stock on essential items. I would really rather be giving then a much better review, but their poor management will not allow it. I am hoping someone at the Kroger corporate office will see this and get involved to correct the situation. Please help!

I love my job at Kroger

Bakery customer service is horrible. Asked about a few things and they ignored me. Finally when they answered me they had an attitude. Tried to talk to a manger about the things I was looking for and they did not want to help. This is why I shop at Publix.

Great selections. Layout is a little strange because the aisles are doubled in some places but I dont mind. Plenty of help and there are two separate self checkout lanes. Sundays are a madhouse so I try my best to stay away. Nice wine and craft beer selection for a grocery store. They also sell a vast array of kitchenware.

Prices are very inexpensive and very affordable. I also get a lot of Fuel points and my gasoline is cheap. The people are so nice and helpful. I dont go anywhere else for my shopping and gas needs. Love my Kroger!

This store is great. The store is very clean and well kept. They have a great selection of products. Reminds me of a whole foods type store yet you will get to keep most of your paycheck when shopping here instead. They have a nice sushi bar and a Starbucks inside the store. Unlike some other grocers, Kroger will discount day old foods and you can find deeply discounted products sometimes. Just another great way to save. Kroger is definitely my favorite grocery store for doing my weekly shopping. Try and get out here, you wont be disappointed.

Terrible management. They never schedule enough employees to work so you have to sit in lines forever. Actually worse then Walmart now. It’s sad they seem like they care more about their bonus checks than customer service

This is a nice Kroger store. You can get freshly made sushi here. Id give it 5 stars if they wouldnt have used a lot of their front parking spaces for their click list customers. Go through the right side if you need a cart. Those have all been removed from the left side because of their click list. Thats pretty inconvenient for regular shoppers also.

Great staff love going there. Today on my lunch break they have training, and decide to leave 1 person in the deli and only 2 cashiers.. well planned out

Every time I call I am put on hold. Then someone pretends to pick up the phone and it it is an immediate disconnection. If I could give less than one star I would.

This store has an abundance of different items that everyone would love. They have great sales most of the time. This store is very organized and neatly put. Although every shelf is packed it looks very neat.

This has been a fairly decent Kroger, but I am now very disappointed. If youre buying anything that isnt an average grocery item, such as a humidifier from the pharmacy section, please check the packaging before you buy it. Apparently this Kroger has no problem selling you used items, and even further, selling the used item to you at full price.The product is absolutely disgusting. Asked the 2 ladies in the deli when they would be putting out the Kroger chicken sandwiches and at 1st didnt get answer because they were talking and laughing so I had to say excuse me...then 1 started talking to the other 1 and she said probably 1130. -12...I asked if it would be possible to go ahead and get 2 and she asked the other 1 and said she might could get to it in about 20 mins...I could understand if they were doing something other than standing there talking and laughing and continued to do so unconcerned about the customer...

Im not a regular customer of Kroger. I went there to see what it was like. I must have went at the wrong time because the prices in store or different then what was on my receipt. I have to go back and let them fix it. Apparently they have up signs that were from the previous sale. Go figure

This location is 24/7.The Sushi is made fresh and delicious.Barring a mad rush on the store, the shelves are always well stocked. Produce,bakery, seafood, deli and meats always fresh.Lastly no long wait times in line.

There are flys all over every fruit and vegetable. Everything is labeled completely wrong and there’s maggots coming out of a zucchini I picked up. This the most disgusting store I’ve ever been too.

I visited the Bakery to pick up a cake I ordered! I was greeted warmly by a gentleman named Garrett. Garrett didnt even work in the bakery but he was so nice and helpful. Emily who also wasnt a bakery employee assisted me with questions I had on other bakery products. This experience was so unexpected, I usually set the bar at minimum customer service such as Hey, how are you doing? But this was so far above that! I appreciate this experience more than they could know! I waited and told the manager Daniel how please I was and he was so grateful to have someone provide good feedback!

Horrible customer service! I am at the deli 10 minutes with 4 employees working and NO ONE waited on me. I reported to the manager and he did nothing after I spoke to him TWICE! I guess that is why the employees act the way they Do! Publix for me now on! Typical of the way business is conducted in the sticks of Georgia!

Was there kind of late (wife and I are late shoppers) and had to use the self check out. We kept having problems with it, but the store clerk Lisa noticed us and immediately came over to help with a cheery attitude and a smile. She was excellent. We had a pretty full buggy and she went and grabbed us a second one and then continued to help us until we were finished (not very good with automated checkout myself). Not to mention clean and will lit. We will definitely be back and it will definitely be while Lisa was working. A personal thank you so much for everything to Lisa. You are the best

This is seriously the nicest and most well-kept Kroger that I have ever walked into. It may be the most immaculate grocery store around even. The people are always friendly and I love that there is a gas station at this location as well! My family and I return here often to fulfill our shopping needs!

Ever since this location opened we have all but stopped visiting other grocery stores. They have a fantastic selection in their health food aisles and the produce is always fresh. I am a particular fan of how they discount their going to turn produce in the red mesh bags for a dollar. I have made many high dollar recipes from those bags (5 avocados for a dollar...um...yes please). This location also has a tag renewal kiosk which makes those pesky trips to the courthouse a thing of the past.

Took my mom here a couple of months ago get grocery done. She really enjoy the whole set up in Kroger, customer service to coupons. Their broccoli were fresh and other produces.

Great price on blueberries this week. Bought gift cards got a lot of kroger plus points toward my next gas purchase. However every time I go for gas I dont get more than 3 cents off with almost 200 points. I dont understand why.

Dont go on a Sunday or Monday, or you will be disappointed at how empty everything is! However, any other time the produce is great and the employees are friendly. We really enjoy seeing Clays smiling face at checkout!

Nice, big location. Starbucks located inside. They offer the Clicklist program, which is pretty great. The customer service desk can be hit or miss with customer service, ranging from awful to good. Still, overall, a really nice store.

Low prices and nice selection. Great deli. Decent seafood market. Fresh veggies. And friendly service.

I loved shopping here because it was clean and produces fresh. The cashier was also very quick in checking me out.

This is a big Kroger and it is very busy. There is a big parking lot and it is always quite full. You might not get a close parking spot. It can be a little wait to go East on Hwy 78 when leaving the strip mall. You may have to wait a few green lights depending on the time/day you are shopping. Because the store is a larger Kroger, they usually have everything I need, including ad items.

Good RX prices for people who do not have insurance that use Good RX instead but they are extremely slow at filling the prescriptions.thepharmacy is a joke. Thepeople lie to you over and over. Stopped at the air pump but quickly found out it doesnt work. Yes it come on but it didnt put air into my tire. Actually lost air pressure! Needs to be fixed!!

Clean store. Friendly employees. Starbucks, sushi, salad bar, extensive gourmet cheese selection. Also has an olive bar and ready made food to take home for good quick dinners.

Our problem started with a shrimp sale using digital coupons......being technically challenged, I was told that they would honor the price at the register.....well that didnt happen. The lady at the register was great but the store managers, both if whom were called to help, would not. You need new management. I believe you do these sales just to get us in there and then wont honor the sale price unless we have the digital coupon loaded on our phone and our account......I will never shop at Kroger again!!! The experience was so unpleasant that I never will subject myself to this again.

The best Kroger Ive ever been in. Employees are very kind and helpful, and the store is clean and has a great atmosphere. Management is always visible and greets everyone with a smile. Loganville has a ton of options for grocery stores, but this Kroger has never let us down.

Its a better place for a variety of lunch options. They have a sushi bar, a salad bar, an olive+ bar, a variety of pre-made items at the deli and they make sandwiches. Good portions, healthier choices or at the very least the closest to homemade and reasonable priced. (no more then #4 at any fast food restaurant & its worth it if you spend a few dollars more)It is also a good place to do your grocery shopping. They are always well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. And they have a Starbucks.

We were at Kroger tonight with a buggy full of foods. At 8:30 we got into line. The lady than turned off her light and told us to got to self checkout she was closed. No other lane was open. I hate self checkout. All together there was at least 10 ppl who wanted a register, plus another 16 who just went to selfchkot. We asked the desk she said they didnt have another person for register. We have never done this, but with ppl standing at customer service doing nothing. We left our buggy, made them aware and went to Publix.

The only problem at this Kroger was that they seem to be more interested in serving the customers that order from outside and drive up to collect their groceries than those of us who walk in. I had to use a wet cart because they have no covered area for the carts to be stored. Then as I walk into the store the pathway is almost blocked by all the waiting groceries that are to be picked up. Now it might be nice if they told us of the plans to make this better instead of giving out an applogy when you buy your groceries. The other thing, have always gotten my eggs in the same place, however they have been moved. Now I dont feel like hiking all over that store looking for them. So just a little upset with my shopping trip this time.

Went in to catch some of the coupon specials, they had a lot in stock and the staff was very helpful when needed, so Im really glad I made the visit.

My father is severely depressed. Because he use to be a pill addict, they continually called his doctor to have him cut my father off of his nerve medicine, I watch him each day take his medicine and he has never abused it ever. He needs it for his emotional state its why his doctor prescribed it. They complained enough just to worry his doctor of loosing his license so they could take it away from him. The manager, Lisa has some person vendetta against simply because she knows he use to be an addict. It took everything from him to over come that struggle and it is so heart breaking and insulting to accuse someone of still being the same person they did everything to get away from. Lisa even lied and said my father kept calling saying he lost his medication, he had done no such thing and I do hope this woman is fired! She shouldnt even be working at a pharmacy. Please anyone and everyone who has dealt with this woman please report her. My dad is dealing with so much, my mother and I were recently in an accident and we have all of the insurance papers and meetings and the police report to deal with. My parents have a lot on their minds. But my father has changed. He is better and for them to still treat him as if he is still doing everything wrong, they all should be ashamed of themselves. This sickens me, I wouldnt even bother shopping at that store ever again. Just knowing Lisa is there, Im never returning. It breaks my heart to hear of my father being treated SO HORRIBLY. How can someone be that heartless and sad.

This is our go-to store. General good value with especially good savings on store brands. Cant wait for their their new store.
