After 10 days stay at Paradiso Aparthotel I can recommend it. Perfect location, very friendly staff, especially cleaning lady was nice

Chose this property because of the location being right between the old Nessebar and Sunny beach. The receptionist Neli was very helpful and assisted us in getting a sea view room overlooking Sunny beach, as well as recommended some nice restaurants in the area. Bathrooms are a bit outdated, but the rooms and the common areas are nice and clean.

Good location, does not have its own beach but is very close to the beach (2 minutes). It is also located quite close to the old Nessebar (15-20 minutes walk on the seafront). The pool is ok, it can be an alternative to a swim in the sea on days without too much sun. The rooms are spacious (I stayed in the suite overlooking the inner garden), cleaning is done daily, towels are changed daily. The hotel staff tries to be helpful. That would be the positive thing. On the negative side I can mention the parking that appears to be provided free of charge for hotel guests, but you have to be lucky to find a place. There are a lot of abandoned taxis in the parking lot and so tourists do not have enough places. There is an underground car park but it is for a fee (20 levs per day according to the hotel website, 40 levs per day according to a receptionist !!!). Also at the entrance to the parking lot there is a barrier that is always high and because of this anyone can enter and park. Maybe if on arrival the data of the cars of the accommodated tourists would be taken and the cards for the barrier would be distributed, then it could be solved with the parking lot. Regarding the breakfast, the offer is not very diversified, but during the stay the products from the offer can be alternated and thus the monotony can be removed. One problem is the waiters, more precisely the waitresses who do not speak or understand English and happen to confuse or forget the orders. The most professional are the older man and woman. In addition to breakfast, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then we ran into the same communication problem (if its the older waiter around it solves any problem, if dont, you will have a little work to communicate) Overall Paradiso Aparthotel is a location that can be a good choice for to spend a beautiful holiday for those who are not extremely pretentious.

I almost have only good words about this place.The apartments are really clean and spacious. Perfect for a couple, but for an entire family as well. The balcony has a wonderful view, straight to the sea. At least the one I stayed in. The rooms were cleaned every day very carefully.The furniture was new, there was also a minibar in the room and air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room.The hotel is very quiet, so you get to rest pretty well, unless there are parties on the beach nearby.The breakfast was very rich, diverse and delicious.The personnel from the reception was also very friendly.What I did not like was the fact that the pool was always cold because the sun waves could not get to it because of the hotels tall walls. From this point of view, the architecture of the hotel should have been thought differently.I totally recommend this hotel. :)

Very Good

A fabulous room with a sea view and mountains. When I booked it said a double bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. On arrival they also put in a single sofa bed and double sofa bed in the lounge which was really roomy. We felt it was everything our family Needed beyond our expectations. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

One really bad thing if you like to sleep at night - you can get a room where you hear busy road thats right next to the hotel and BANGING TECHNO from the beach EVERY NIGHT ALL NIGHT.Maybe its a different story when high holiday season ends, but in July/August bear that in mind if you are a light sleeper.Even earplugs didnt help much, the bass was so hard ;(Other than that, nice view, clean rooms, towels changed everyday, neat pool, and close to the beach, but dont go in July/August.

Really nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff (good english spoken, too) & in a great position. A 20 minute or so walk down the beach takes you to Sunny Beach, & a 10 minute walk to Nesebar old town (& a 2 minute walk into Nesebar new town). Decent pool (no shallow end, though) & a mini mart next door.

A clean and tidy bare bones hotel, perfect for a base to explore from.

The hotel was fine, the family room also, though the cups and glasses were not clean when we got there, nor otherwise. Beds were good to sleep in and the airconditioning was the best of it all; it was perfect! Another positive thing was the amount of towels we got every day :) If the people who worked there, knew how to speak English, it would have been a better experience and also, they could have been more polite and at least given a smile. Breakfast not so good. All round, we had an ok experience and it was very easy to get to the beach. We might go back to the same hotel and hope for a hello back when we greet them... :)

Ok hotel, nice location but the restaurant terrible - fortunately we bought breakfast only, but the same service every day and the service, especially one very rude lady, the menu to choose from is a cold omelette, sandwich, combo, i.e. two salami toasts and two slices of tomato and cucumber and croissants, which are sometimes missing and if you ask for something, it is a great offense - they will or will not bring you I also do not recommend the restaurant

I stayed in a two-room apartment on the 5th floor, overlooking the sea. I only gave it three stars because the location could have been better maintained and I dont mean strictly the cleanliness of the rooms. Also water at the ice pool. I dont think Ive seen more than 2-3 people in the water while Ive been there. The breakfast that came with the offer was very poor. The same food every day. If you stay two days its not who knows what, but if you stay longer you get bored. In the parking lot of the full hotel give the companys taxis. Its not OK.

The hotel has a great location, sea views, the beach nearby. The pool is large, the water is cool - + 21 °, but you can swim.There was a woman at the reception - Daniela, a wonderful person, helped us to resolve the issue with the continuation of residence. Very nice and sensitive person.

The hotel is very nice, clean and spacious. The service and staff are at a high level. It is in a strategic place. There are no Bulgarian terrestrial televisions such as BTV and Nova has several Bulgarian channels, which for me is not OK. The pool is in the shade and makes it absolutely unusable because the water is icy.

WE ARE IMPRESSED BY GOOD AND RESPONSIBLE STAFF, ALSO A VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN HOTEL.

Everything is good, the room is spacious, comfortable, beautiful view and a very good location of the hotel. The only small remark is that in the room for three there is only 1 hook in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang towels, a bathrobe and there is not enough soap dish in the shower.

In a nice place is almost on the shore, suitable for walks along the coast with an asphalt alley. You go out and you are on the shore, you can walk along the alley along the coast to the old Nessebar. Convenient for cycling. bars and railings in front of the windows.

We chose an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a shared living room and a kitchenette. Lovely view of the sea and swimming pool. The apartment is clean and pleasantly furnished. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Even though the hotel good started at 2pm, they accommodated us at 6am, right after arriving. Comfortable sun loungers by the hotel pool. Very close to the beach.The only disadvantage of the stay is the breakfasts (in the Attica restaurant by the hotel, which probably belongs to the hotel, or at least cooperates with it regarding meals). You can choose the same, rather modest sets every day, consisting of, for example, 2 croissants or oleta with feta, or 2 toasts with cheese (one option to choose) and a cup of tea / coffee or a glass of juice (also one option to choose from) Portions really small and not varied in any way.

It was a pleasure! Extremely tasty dinner, breakfast was delicious but a bit monotonous. We went in mid-August and the pool as it is located in the shade could not be used. We really liked it, it was very clean, tidy and modern. Our stay was amazing!

The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Wifi is bad. Vteme is covid19 so it is deserted and then there is a lack of complete information about the contents because a lot of it doesnt work.

Boorish institution. We left Nessebar, my wife asked to go to the toilet. They refused in a rude manner.I can imagine how this institution rushes to its guests ...

The view from the apartment was wonderful, the parking lot very convenient. It was very comfortably furnished, but the hygiene was not up to standard.

Strangely enough, I was at the hotel, but it looks great from the outside! The location is wonderful. We used daily parking for the hotel, which was not free of charge, and from there on the pedestrian walk we ran to the old Nessebar. The distance there and back is about three kilometers. Extremely romantic and healthy feeling - sea, wind, iodine money! It is also close to the North Beach of Sunny Beach - within walking distance. I apologize to the people who want to read about the hotel, but this is true ... and there is a very stylish restaurant! This from me.

A fantastic hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Room clean, fragrant, cleaned every day. The room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, WIFI, electric kettle, TV and balcony / terrace. We got a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers overlooking the sea. Hotel well located. Just cross the road and the beach begins. A few minutes walk to the historic Nessebar and the other way also a walk to the center of Sunny Beach. In addition, a lot of shops, restaurants in the area and bus stops. I would definitely recommend.

Very good aparthotel for those who appreciate peace and quiet (apartment with kitchenette). Located right next to Sunny Beach and very close to the beach, however, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Room spacious and comfortable, clean in the room as well as the entire hotel. We were in a room with a sea view. Wonderful hotel, the rooms are clean with decent furnishings - they have a decent TV and air conditioning and the best thing is swimming in the pool and watching the pool. One night we went out $ 230

I rented an apartment for 3 nights and there are too many restrictions.For example, on the first day I went to the pool at 6 pm and the next day it was closed. . ETC.

New hotel, Im here for 9 nights that breakfast, service very nice everyday cleaned rooms, exchanged towels, I had a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the sea, the minuses are that the room is very tiny lack of a table and some car seats, in the bathroom at sinks lack of hooks for towels can be a trifle but it is cumbersome, cable from the antenna to the TV so short that you have to move the TV to the edge of the cabinet to plug in the plug, Im here in the month of September and probably the biggest downside for me is that the pool is whole time in the shade and the water in it is cold maybe in the summer months when the sun is higher it looks different, the advantage is that close to the beautiful old town in Nesebar on foot for about 30 minutes with a spackier.

Unique view to the Sunny Beach resort and the town of Sveti Vlas Located on the very entrance of the northern beach of Nessebar From here starts the northern pedestrian alley which leads to the old town along the sea There is a bus stop in front of the entrance! The new central square, the post office and some of the citys good restaurants are a hundred meters from the hotel in the direction of the old town!
