A typical stop for me when I go to fox valley so naturally I tend to walk in for just smelling things and I walk out with lotions fragrance mists or a new candle. The staff are great to talk to and help everyone I have a question and even give me so many great suggestions for my next purchase 5/5 would recommend stopping here

Love when they have great sales! Just got the 6 hand soaps for $26! Plus the store had some 75% off and some 50% off! And these smells are amazing!! Just cant get enough of them for at least 25yrs now Ive loved them since I was a teen. Now I get to share these amazing smells with my kiddos!

I was so devestated to find the Bath and Body Works in Danada has closed! The next closest location for me is here, in Yorktown Mall. The selection is pretty decent- this spring seems to be tropical themed which isnt my favorite, however I still found the lighter citrus and floral scents I prefer. Their aromatherapy collection is one of my favorites as gifts, and there are adorable gift bags and boxes pre-selected which makes shopping much easier. The staff go out of their way to be helpful which is very important to me because I dont have much of a sense of smell. They always describe the strength and aroma well enough that I am comfortable picking out gifts or something for myself. Plus there is always a buy 2 get 1 deal on most shower gel/lotions.

I love this store and I really love when they have the candles on sale!! I went in today ready to spend a little definitely spent a lot but it was worth every penny! The best candles are sold here!!

This is the best brick and morter Bath and Body Works Ive ever been to. Very organized with beautiful displays and always well staffed. Theyve done a great job managing COVID protocols. They also always seem to have everything in stock which seems to be a problem at other locations.

New fragrances are amazing live the passion fruit fragrance.

Im not even going to lie I felt weird coming in at first but the employees helped me out right away and made me feel welcomed and helped me out with some excellent gifts for my mom!

Always kind and helpful staff. I use a wheelchair to get around and I never feel as if I cant reach something because there is always a staff member close by to help me.

Couldnt find what I was looking for was out of everything I was looking for.

I love this location!!! All of the staff is amazing and very pleasant to speak with. I have had great conversations with the staff at this store, all of them are kind, focused and a true joy to be around!!! From the second I walk in to the moment I leave I get to speak with people who make me feel welcome and at home. This store is a shinning example of what I think all bath and body works stores should strive to be. Even when they don’t have something in store they will spend the extra time to find it for online. I always look forward to running mall errands when it means I get go to this bath and body works.

I love this place. Coordinated lotion, body wash and body sprays, often sold at buy 2-get one free prices. Trial sizes are available, and are a good way to sample before committing to full size. Mens products and home fragrances are also sold. This is an ideal place for birthday, Christmas gifts. Both pre-assembled gifts boxes or make your own gift box are available. Lots of ideas for grab bag gifts for the office and this is also a teen girls haven for trinkets for birthday party gift bags. Scents range from Jr. High school cloying to subtle grown woman. Indulge yourself!

Love the scents! I always have some kind of coupon, which is great. Use the app and you can get even more coupons and free rewards for shopping. My fav candle scent was discontinued though, they should bring back Oceanside!

Absolutely love their soaps! Went there to get soap and ended walking out with 6 soaps since I couldnt decide on which I liked more. Also the candles and other product are great too. I would suggest to prepare for the sensory overload of all the smells you will experience while there.

I love B&BW and this one in the Yorktown mall is excellent. The store is very large and is set up with body products in the front third of the store, candles in the middle third, and smaller and travel-sized items in the last third. Their signature line is on the walls all around the stores, and the hand soaps are in the back. B&BW always has sales going on, like buy three get one/two/three free for their signature line, and discounts on their candles. Staff greet you and for the most part leave you alone, but sometimes if there are a lot of them and you look interested, they will come and try to sell you things. A warning that the store is heavily scented (you can usually smell it down the corridor), so if you are sensitive to scents youll want to steer clear. This is also not the place to find gentle, hypoallergenic, or sensitive skin needs. The products are great and high quality, but they do have lots of perfumes and dyes.

Addicted! I have only girls and Ive completed switched to only hand soaps from B&BW. I was already a big fan of the candles and room spray. Now, the hand soaps & wallflowers. 💜 Get the app if you dont have it. Thank me later.

I like them but the fragrances change so often many are to sweet lately. I lo ed Tuberose which is long gone.

As àlways kind curitous and their big semi annual sale is always a huge bonus.

I had to exchange a product because the odor bothered my sinuses and employee at the Yorktown store gave me a hard time. She was not friendly at all. You could tell she just did not want to help me. Do not order items online unless you know what they smell like. Women at this store are not friendly. Go to Oakbrook, they are so nice there.

Always interesting new fragrances to try and holiday sales are always welcome as well!
