Dave is by far the friendliest salesperson I have ever met! He makes you feel like a guest in his home. My wife and I love coming here.

The clerk Liza and owner Dave were very friendly and attentive to my 2 sisters and I. They took the time to help pick out candles they thought wed like. I will definitely continue to shop there and would recommend their store to anyone

Ive never had a bad experience at any YC location however this one was extremely mediocre and disappointing. Would not visit this location again. Good associates REALLY make the difference in retail stores and this location really suffered from a lack of this.
Candles smelled great as always. But we went in and saw the find your scent display, an older employee tried guessing the scent (guessed wrong too). After she tried, she said I dont like this display, but I dont work at corporate. Unprofessional and should be told that isnt proper customer service. Dont bash the displays in front of customers no matter how much you dont like it.
On May 31, 2018 around 5:30/5:45pm, my friend and I were just browsing around the mall and decided to stop & check out the sale yankee candle was having. We are both racially ambiguous young women. The moment we walked in, a sales associate named Sarah asked if we need assistance and we said we are just looking. After a minute, I picked out a couple $1 sale items and another women whom Im assuming must be a manager begins pestering me about holding my items for me at the register. I kindly decline but she was persistent but eventually changed the subject to meaningless conversation. Ive worked in customer service long enough to know that when you overly engage with customers like that, its because youre suspicious of them. Not to mention the third sales associate was literally standing behind us the whole time with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face. Everywhere we walked, they followed directly behind us. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and bought about $8 worth of candles. Then after thinking more about how uncomfortable we felt the whole time, I decided that great deal was not worth it and went back and return everything. I mentioned twice during my refund to Sarah that I didnt feel right after buying them, but didnt bother to elaborate with her why I didnt feel right because by then I was pretty angry that my friend and I were blatantly followed around by 3 different associates when we were only in there for about 10 minutes and I didnt wanna lose my cool. We even made it a point to keep our hands visible and away from our purses, even though we shouldve never felt the need to in the first place. Pretty disappointed in my first experience at yankee candle. I wont be going there ever again.

I came in yesterday because of the semi annual sale. I got 6 large jar candles for $10 each. And they had a really good selection of candles that were on sale, tons of different types of scents from florals to fruity and everything in between. There’s something for everyone! The best part of my visit was the manager, Elliece. She was so helpful and was really friendly. My fiancé and I ended up talking to her for about 10 minutes and we struck up a really good conversation. It’s really refreshing to see someone who’s so personable and likes to engage with their customers. We will definitely be coming back and we look forward to chatting with Elliece again!
