Yaz was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I can’t explain how easy, smooth and fast this process was. I was able to get approved virtually before I even got there which saved me so much time. He was communicating with me via text as I was working which I appreciated so much. I found a SUV ( Buick Encore) that I was absolutely IN LOVE with. I was able to put it on reserve. When I got there the car was parked up front just waiting on me. The car was better than I could have imagine. He was very patient when I had my father on the phone and he took the extra time to explain some things to my dad. My down payment and car payments was very affordable. I was in and out in about a hour and half. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. I’ve been getting turned away from dealerships and honestly this was too good to be true. It was nice, clean, social distance guidelines which made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend this place to anyone.

My experience in buying a used car here was superb. As a diplomat, there was a special procedure in the purchase as some fees are not applicable. In other dealerships I visited, the agents had mostly been aggressive (and condescending at times) in pushing for a deal, and close-minded regarding the special procedure for diplomats. At DriveTime Lombard IL, it was altogether different. They were straightforward in terms of the deal details, particularly the pricing. And, my agent, Yaz Qafisheh, was very patient in effecting the applicable procedure for me. Id definitely recommend DriveTime. I had a very pleasant experience unlike in other dealerships.

Not pleased at all with my car, only had it since May and immediately reported issues with the car since DAY 1. Warranty won’t cover it and neither did Drivetime help to resolve this situation seeing that I reported this issue within the 30 days of having the vehicle! But had no problem reminding me that I wouldn’t be eligible for trading it in and would still be required to spend more money on a car that has been reported with issues since the day of purchase.
