I wanted to say how great this was and appreciated the follow up! I also appreciate how he discussed how the mask mandate in his department was resolved and how another department was currently being resolved which made me feel better!I have a great experience coming in! Everyone is kind, professional, and willing to help when I come in. I always come in for my oil changes.However, I did say this in my last review, but it is about the mask requirement. I see everywhere that they require masks but I see a lot of people without masks or not wearing their face masks correctly by both staff members and customers. Yes, I understand you cannot control all customers but staff members need to lead by example by wearing their face masks and follow their guidelines if they’re having signs everywhere in their store. That is just something I’m noticing and they should follow if they care about their clientele. Thank you.

Over 2 hours for oil change. Mechanics inside garage working on cars with no masks. Its a public business the mechanics are inside but not wearing mask breaking the mask mandate. When the mechanics walk up to the service greeting desk they put their masks on. The people working in the parts department only put on masks when the approach the counter to talk to customers. Behind the cashier desk in their office there are a lot people in the office with no masks. We have reported to the DuPage county health department.

Went in for annual service and was told my water pump was leaking. I was told the cost to replace it was $1500, as apparently the timing belt had to be replaced at the same time (untrue). The technician rolled his eyes when I asked any questions. I left and went to Toyota of Naperville where I received wonderful service and was told my water pump was not leaking and that Lombard Toyota had tried to rip me off. Save yourself a headache and go to Toyota of Naperville.

Pat and Wesley were definitely there when I needed them. They were very TRANSPARENT when it came to options for me. I look forward to doing more business later 🙂

Had an absolutely terrible experience- My husband and I called about a vehicle listing, and was promised by Gabby that it was selling at MSRP after checking with the manager. Despite the red flags and not being able to put money down to hold, we made the three hour trip, only to find it marked up $10k over MSRP.We understand with the vehicle shortage were in a sellers market, but our interactions there had all the writings of a stereotypical dealership, complete with a peanut gallery of other salesman standing around commenting, having our trade-in keys held / initially underquoted, and getting bounced between different reps when we werent budging on the price we were told over the phone. We wouldnt have made the trip if we knew it wasnt MSRP.The only slight relief was Todd Waller, who was generally unobtrusive and did negotiate a bit, despite the circumstances which werent his fault. Avoid if you can, especially if you have to call for pricing and have to travel. This place stinks at communication.

Agreed to purchase, then Sales Manager increased $10,000 after I had committed to buy.Saw a Rav4 Prime in inventory so I inquired with internet sales. Salesperson, Gabby P. called, confirmed availability and pricing at MSRP plus $320 dealer service fee, taxes and fees. While en route to dealership to pickup, Igor, the Sales Manager called me and told me he couldnt speak to what sales quoted but now wants a $10,000 over MSRP Markup, after we had already agreed to a price. Weve already sold a few at that markup, non-negotiable. If thats the case, should be advertised on the web site and sales should quote it up front. Adding $10k after a purchase price was agreed, isnt okay. Similar feedback has been provided to Toyota. Ive owned nearly 85 cars - and this franchise will never get my business. The EXACT reason so many people hate car salespeople!

I bought a car here! They had every salesman and manager in the building working on me, one after another. I had a set price in my head, held my grounds and after hours of B.S. I left with a car purchased at my price with all of their additional charges included in my price out the door.And yet the salesman still made a good amount of money that day and I was able to sleep that night.And no I will not go back for service or any other reason. Told they had installed a new battery - a week later $200.00 to replace old battery.what was that all about? Dirty dealing and no thank you. I pass on a second visit. Buyer beware!!!!!

Do not go here if you don’t want to be preyed on. The salesman were literally frothing at the mouth trying to get us to sign within 20mins of arriving. The salesman told us that the “Trail” setting was to make the car go faster when in fact it’s a difference in traction control. He didn’t seem to know very much about the car and then his manager also tried to misinform us on the lease agreement and when I told him that’s not correct he changed the subject and started complimenting my appearance instead. They were so pushy and misinformed that I tried leaving multiple times and they continued to say they could give us a lower price and then would turn around with a different piece of paper that was no lower in total price, they were just moving the money around. Did not enjoy myself whatsoever.

Came in for tire rotation, and was told I needed new tires. Only 31,000 on car, but its 5 yrs old. Sales person patiently explained why I would need new tires even with such low mileage. If there was a a better way to soften the blow of bad news,I cant imagine it. Kalvin was very nice to deal with, and the new tires ride like a dream.
