Dont buy a car here unseen! Purchased a 1996 Toyota 4Runner from Louis in full confidence. According to Louis the car was overall in good shape considering its a 24 year old car! No visible rust! Unfortunately, the reality is different. I live in the Netherlands and have the car imported. I was shocked by what I found. The photo speaks for itself. And now Louis no longer knows anything about it. He tried so hard to make everything right. Its a cheater! No more and no less. Absolutely not to be trusted. Do not buy here! You say you want to fix it Louis but you dont respond to my email. Hereby the friendly but urgent request to do so!

First of all I stay in Warren Mi(48092) and I called them to get info on the truck which was a 2000 limited edition Tahoe but like I said I called they sent video of the truck I actually went down to Chicago a few days after leaving the deposit because I asked them was there any roo. They told me to name my price and that was the out the door price but the seal on the deal was the shipping ! They sent the truck without any problems and any issues I had with the truck they took care of before sending it to me ! If your in the market for a super clean reliable dependable ride I wouldn’t hesitate to send my 72yrs old mother there by herself because they are going to treat her FAIR and when buying a used car that’s all you can ask for I bought this as a toy but it could be an everyday driver with no problem but they walk it like they talk it ! First off, this place is shady not because of how it looks on the outside and inside, but because we caught them in a few lies and we just didnt say anything. After one lie, why should we believe anything else they say? How many lies could they have passed off to us if we didnt do some research beforehand? To explain, the carfax report stated that the car was in the lot for over 2 months, when we asked the guy who was helping us how long it was there for he told us only 1 or 2 weeks. We took the car for a test drive and then we pulled over to inspect the engine and even though the engine bay was cleaned to the untrained eye, you could see some severe rust that was going to cause issues soon after purchase. I took it upon myself to go underneath the car and inspect the integrity of the undercarriage, it was completely rusted and looked close to rusting out. We drove the car back and politely declined to buy the car, when the young lady on duty asked us why we didnt want it, we elaborated for her. She then tried to make it sound like the car was better than we were making it seem and it just felt weird and pushy. We told her that we noticed that the car had resurfaced rotors, and she told us that they were new. But we know cars very well and we arent idiots, they were definitely resurfaced. We kept politely declining over and over and tried walking away. Then she told us that she would get the man who initially helped us, but then got the manager. He tried to assure us that the rotors were replaced recently, and we agreed that they were in fact replaced....with pre-used resurfaced rotors. Those were not new rotors. We told them that we understand if they were replaced, but that they were replaced with used resurfaced rotors and he tried to assert otherwise. We kept declining the car and he kept trying to push the sale by offering to get some work done on the car, which should have been done BEFORE selling it. Then he lied to pressure us into buying the car and said the he had another prospective buyer lined up to see the car as it is a first come first serve basis. Like...dude...we know that you are lying. The oldest sales trick in the book. Overall, they lied too many times and were too shady. Their sales methods were super slimy and pushy, they couldnt take no for an answer. Save yourself and go to a reputable dealership.

I have been looking for a new car for about 3 mths and finally found International Car Center on 6/18/2021. I called them up and spoke with Hector about the Volvo XC60 T6 that was on their website. Two hours later I came to the dealership, my husband and I test drove the car and 3 hours later I signed the contract (which was very straightforward and reasonable).The process was friendly, simple and without all the fluff. Overpaid for the car but I bought rarity and fun. 2 years later the car is still in pristine condition with no mechanical problems. Buyers Beware!!! I flew to go pick up the truck of “my dreams” only for me to get there and see things that weren’t listed as far as damage and overall quality of the truck. It’s almost like they photoshop the pics... this place definitely makes money off of people’s 500$ deposits. Ruined my week and cost me hundreds of dollars in last minute flights plus the 500$ I lost.

My patience have run out. On Sept 19 2020, I purchased a used grand cherokee for a bit over $15,000. With only having there internet pics I requested pics of any flaws, and was told its a main showroom piece. That was a lie, and when I got there, all pics from internet were down. They did say they would order the completely missing trim pieces on the inside of the car and offered me a coupon code to get new tires as the ones they shined up were totally gone. I contacted the dealer 2 days after I reluctantly bought it about: service engine light, daytime running lights bulb out and remote start not working, and rear wiper motor not working. I also requested the vehicle inspection report that I was charged for. They said they would make things right and even pay for a sensor to be installed. A MONTH later I got 1 plastic trim piece, wiper motor and the title. A month after that I got a package with some aftermarket sensor in it sent to the wrong address again. Thats my experience so far. And I also come to find out I need to replace the window washer fluid pump.

That 1995 Mercedes S600 coupe you sold is “something”. Lots of faulty lights including check engine right after you pull off this place. Not a best practice selling junk cars to YouTube blogger with almost 2M subscribers.

I have known of this place For a while with their wide array of inventory from classics one of a kinds to basic everyday vehicle . I Went to international car center . Honestly I Was taken back by the amazing service I was given . LEO AND LOUIS were very helpful, they worked with me and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted . They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to get me out the door . That was a nice feeling . I didn’t have all the money to put down and they still made it work.I had a service engine light pop up after a day or two and brought it back they fixed the problem no charge took the time to diagnose what was going on and replaced the part that needed to be replaced . NO CHARGE . Unlike some places that would tell you Sold AS IS and would leave you screwed . Overall I would recommend this place HIGHLY. Not your normal used car dealership experience . I would even say better than the big name dealers .

I did something I said I would never do and that is buying a vehicle over the Internet. In fact, my goal was to buy the vehicle and tow a trailer across the country. And my other goal was to not pay a lot for the vehicle. Well, I bought a 2003 Expedition from Hector at International in early April with almost 200,000 miles on it. The vehicle looked and looked clean and sounded strong. So, I made a pretty fair offer which was accepted and paid cash for the vehicle the same night via wire transfer. The Ford was shipped to me a couple days later. Well, after having the oil changed for good luck I hitched up a Uhaul 6x12 trailer and loaded it with my household goods and drove from Greenville, SC to Reno, Nevada in the middle of this crazy virus season. The truck did a great job, ran strong, and the gauges were steady the whole time. I am very pleased with what I bought and thankful a company like ICC was there to sell me a vehicle which did the job and more. They did me right and I appreciate it. Mike

This dealer sells salvaged cars. Make sure you copy the VIN number and put into google. Makes sense as to why some of the vehicles they sell have replaced hoods or roofs that they title as custom

The salesmen at this dealership are extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth. They dont give you the run around or try and nickel and dime you. I did my research for the exact car I wanted online (dodge charger) before even stepping foot on their dealership and saw that their prices are on the lower end of the market. Horrible experience! I was there looking to buy a Jeep. I had cash and I looked at a 2005 rubicon and 2009 sport. Sales guy was helpful but when I asked if I can test drive the cars I was told I could not. I asked why, the response was “ we don’t want to put more miles on the vehicles” I said thank you but I will not buy a car I can’t drive. I felt super disrespected and I usually don’t call people out but this is bad business. I will post a picture of one of my bank accounts so that you can see that I was not BS when I said I would pay cash.

I had such a bad experience with 2008 BMW X5 I purchase I HAVE TO SAY EVEN THOUGHT THE DEALER GAVE ME $1000 which I really appreciate for one repair several more showed up after..the vehicle overheated coolant system problem,wheel hub bearing replacement,strut replacement not to mention the original problem 2 intake manifolds with all four sensors .. the engine light came on the next day of my purchase car stayed at there garage for 3day nothing was done yet if I had not notice the clueless alley mechanics they got working there left the metal under carriage cover off had to come back to have them put it back on wrongly fitted but on there..a very disappointing experience WOULDNT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone stay away even thought the sales and management staff were awesome it doesn’t make up for them selling LEMONS VEHICLES..I took this vehicle and trade it in for a better brand new car...

Flew from Idaho to purchase what was described as an adult owned, extra clean Volvo with no mechanical issues or warning lights. What I found when I arrived was anything but. Instead of an apology I only heard a bunch of lies, excuses, and double-talk. Buyer beware.... Avoid this shady business at all cost!

My son bought his first car from Leo at International Car Center. After talking to Leo a few times, he bought the car of his dreams - on-line and sight unseen. I was a bit worried about him buying a car off the internet from a dealer halfway across the country, but in the end, the whole process worked out great. Leo helped us through the entire buying / paperwork process, shipping the car to our home state, and follow-up on an exhaust issue once we received it. He was responsive both during and after the transaction. On top of all that, my son got a military discount. I highly recommend Leo and this dealership.

They sold me a car with no oil in the engine. So whats the inspection fee for? Check the oil levels in your cars.

I came to see the cars that interested me, all of them did not match in price and quality. They write that the car is super clean and super good condition But this is a blatant lie. Cars are very much overrated. I asked about the trade-in and they looked at my car and said they would give me a thousand for it. I bought this car from them two and a half years ago for 6500. I looked after my car only at a branded service center and after two and a half years of use and 20,000 miles of run during this time, it did not change not external not inside. They want to sell their cars at 3 times expensive and for customers cars give miserable pennies. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody.

I would just like to go ahead and say the staff is amazing any question that I had they answered or found the answer and whats a great experience. I had looked at a vehicle very early in the morning and then proceeded to about nine other dealerships looked at numerous cars and ended up going back to International Car Center to purchase the vehicle I originally looked at and I could not be happier. I purchased a 2004 Lincoln navigator about a month ago. Took for a test ride, and noticed a few issues with truck. Talked to Sam, who is the owner, and he said all would be fixed that week. True to his word 5 days later he called that the truck was ready. Everything that we had discussed was in perfect working order, and even made me a spare chip key at his expense. Liz who handles all the paperwork was extremely efficient in her duties. She made our experience with all the paperwork as pleasant as possible. Horrible experience.Monday Picked a car. Put in for financing.Asked about holding the vehicle.Was told dont worry about holding the vehicle, well call you tomorrow. Tuesday, we will have everything done Wed.Wed, was told everything was good to go.Spoke to finance dept.Thurs morning was told we are all set and come in today. We stated well be in after work.We went in and found the vehicle was sold so another person just prior to us arriving. Salesman didnt care. He tried to sell us on anything.Never buy from them!!

Cars not worth the money

Junior sold a 2006 Toyota 4Runner to my husband and I recently and he was extremely friendly and fast with processing our purchase. Compared to big dealerships where we have purchased cars from in the past, Junior completed our paperwork and got us out the door in less than 30 minutes (quickest purchase we have ever made). The vehicle was in mint condition and the price was unbeatable. We accidentally left my husbands drivers license at the dealership and since we are from WI it was not easy to drive back down just to pick it up; however, Junior was kind enough to send it by priority mail to us as he promised. I definitely recommend this dealership and would return in the future if shopping for another car.

I want to thank the International Car Center for treating me like family!! I had been shopping for a car for awhile and every dealership I went to treated me horrible cause of credit score, but not at International Car center. They went out of theyre way to get me a good deal even with my credit score. I got a great car 2011 Nissan Rogue fully loaded with low milage and a great financing rate with a low down payment. The team work there is AMAZING!!! Luis, Leo and even the owner Sam are truly amazing at what they do. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great car and great financing options. I dont give them 5 stars i give them 100 stars for being friendly, out going and understanding!

The most terrible company I worked with! The company doesnt know anything about how to do business. Customer service at ZERO level!If you have any problems or issues be sure that they dont care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely dontrespect carriers! Ive been in this business for more than 7 years and Ive never seen such ignorish attitude! I have a 5-star ratingof the carrier, I successfully delivered the car within the specified time. But nobody paid me!!!!After doing the work, they gave NULL CHECK! We contacted them for more then three months, but didnt receive payment. Every day they promised us that they would pay the next day, but no one paid.The companys management knows this, but does nothing. Why do we need such company, if I have to solve all my problemswith a client by myself?Do not mess with them if you do not want to work for free.

Friendly, honest staff at international car center made for a smooth car buying experience. 4 runner was in great condition as advertised. Dennis made sure all of my questions were answered. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used car!

I came in today on hope & faith. i didnt think i was leaving with the truck i wanted. but through GOD & hector it was made possible. hector was very helpful no pressure. it was almost like we knew each other for years . we talked life jokes kids family. i would gladly come back & get another truck. so to anyone looking at least stop bye cause i did im leaving happy as a kid in a candy shop.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles from several different car dealerships (mostly large brand name) but my experience with International Car Center was just as good; especially for a smaller dealership. The purchasing process was easy with Liz and Sam providing a lot of upfront discussion. Liz and Sam both answered all the questions that my wife and I had on the vehicle that we were thinking about purchasing with no presser. When everything was said and done, we purchased a Range Rover that we are very happy with. The team stayed late and we got the deal done. I give International 10 stars! Lewis and Leo are the Man! I was a damsel in distressed. I was stuck paying Uber 500.00 dollars a week. I went to 4 other places and no one will take me or they will give me a bad deal. I came here and got a fabulous car with a fantastic deal. I was in tears. I recommend this dealership to everyone. Leo and Lewis are the BEST! I WILL BE BACK FOR MY NEXT CAR!

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. From the first day I walked in Ryan was polite and not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to take the car for an extended test drive without hesitation. He negotiated the sale fairly and gave me an appropriate trade value on my vehicle. I have only had the vehicle for a few days so I am not sure if there are any problems that will arise in the near future but in regards to the experience I had there, I will go there first when Im in the market for a car down the road. Ryan was a pleasure to work with.
